This is a decent book on improving your memory that can help you with your studies, or just generally help you remember lot of stuff :)

Some of the memory techniques shared by the author are good, and helps us to easily recall things like a long shopping list, mathematical formulas or even telephone numbers. The author also reveals about Rajayoga meditation that improves our brain power & is spiritually uplifting too. Personally, my parents claim that Rajayoga mediation has immensely healed them mentally since they've been pracitising it for the last two months.

I could not understand all the memory techniques mentioned by the author as he hasn't made it clear enough. Also, there are grammatical errors galore. But I do appreciate the author's enthusiasm & earnest intention to positively improve our life.
