I have read this book many times, and looking at it open at the next cake I am going to make from it, prompted me to add it to this list.
This is an excellent recipe book with many lovely cakes, and all are variations on different kinds of quick mix. All the cakes I have made from this book have worked out, and I have made recipes from it for many years.
