Tested several of the recipes. the steak and blue cheese butter was a disappointment. Our fave was Ricotta Pancakes which could rival our old Buttermilk pancake recipe ANYDAY! and since I almost always have ricotta on hand, and hardly ever buttermilk, much more practical!

A lot of good information on types of cheeses, how to store, where to buy, etc. DANGEROUS to read when hungry!!!!
