Made raw eating seem not quite as crazy as some of the other books I've read. It actually seemed a bit doable. I found some good, basic recipes (salad dressings, desserts. Interesting idea...but I just don't want to over think my food to the extent that I worry if it has been heated over 118 degrees.
The writer owns a chain of restaurant called 118 . Not all recipes are mouthwatering but that is just a quibble from my end. Please try the stuffed mushrooms this is one recipe I would highly recommend. Some interesting recipes for people who are trying to start incorporating raw food. What I like a lot about this book is the recipes dont call for nut rice or cauliflower rice items
