I appreciate that she's realistic when encouraging readers to ADD raw foods to your diet, not just eliminate everything.

Made raw eating seem not quite as crazy as some of the other books I've read. It actually seemed a bit doable. I found some good, basic recipes (salad dressings, desserts. Interesting idea...but I just don't want to over think my food to the extent that I worry if it has been heated over 118 degrees.

The writer owns a chain of restaurant called 118 . Not all recipes are mouthwatering but that is just a quibble from my end. Please try the stuffed mushrooms this is one recipe I would highly recommend.
Some interesting recipes for people who are trying to start incorporating raw food. What I like a lot about this book is the recipes dont call for nut rice or cauliflower rice items
