I fell in love with Graham in Between the Lines. He was hard not to love. I even liked the "bad boy" image of Reid even though he was so not right for Emma. She wasn't "the one" to make the "bad boy" come to heel. Where You Are wraps up the story between the Emma, Graham, Reid and Brooke. From the sneak peek you get of the next one in this series it looks like Reid is going to meet his match.
There is emotional drama that has you ready to pull Brooke's blond hair out of her head and cry out in frustration for Emma and Graham. I loved every minute of this book. Even more so than the first one in the series. Graham and Emma take the "heat" up a notch in this one and I'm all about the spice ;) Fabulous job Ms. Webber!!! Can't wait for the next one.

I am not liking this book. As usual, I have problem finding good YA authors. I read Miss Webber book before and I am surprise Where You Are does not work for me
I guess my main issue it Graham. He is pasif hero. He is lack of ambitious. And Emma is just.... all over the place. I am surprise that Reed still making appearances in this book. I thought the story woul be focus on Graham and Emma.
Overall this book is disappointment.

School Pride has wrapped up, nothing left for the cast to do but some promotional events and interviews, and of course, the premiere. So Emma Pierce, soon to be star, has been back home, trying her hardest to live that "normal" life that seems so appealing and yet elusive. At the urging of her bff Emily, she's even dating a regular boy, albeit somewhat unenthusiastically, and trying to put the emotional uproar of the past few months behind her. And then she meets Graham Douglas again ...
This sequel to Between the Lines picks up where that one ended, the morning after Emma and Graham's chance encounter at the coffee shop. As they come to recognize and acknowledge the depth and intensity of their feelings for each other, they have to deal with the obstacles of a long distance relationship, their own somewhat reticent natures and history, and, more dramatically, the attention and nefarious intentions of Brooke and Reid, who aren't finished with them yet. Brooke's plan to nab Graham for herself, with the assistance of Reid, who she enlists in her scheme with the promise that he can pick up the pieces of Emma when she prevails, is the main story line, and it is one that will keep you reading, biting your nails, and cursing that bitchy, brittle and broken Brooke, well beyond the time you promised you'd turn out the lights, stop reading and try to get some sleep before work in the am. Good luck with that, my friend, it won't be easy!
This one is told in four shifting POV's - Emma, Graham, Brooke and Reid. This is a relief, after the opacity of Graham's thought processes in BTL. It retains the closeness we feel to Emma and Graham, and continues to hold out the tantalizing possiblity that there's more to Reid than he lets on. Brooke's point of view, while revealing the world of hurt she's coming from, doesn't (for me at least) make her a whole lot more sympathetic or relatable. Maybe the subtitle of this should be "Hoping for Brooke's Comeuppance," because I spent a good part of the book wishing for that! But, back to POV's. While the first book felt to me like it was Emma's story, this one feels like it's Graham's turn. We come to understand the basis for his hands-off, non-possessive attitude (whether we like it or not, or feel like yelling "Use your powers, Superman!," as he hurtles ever closer to the ground). And learning his history and spending more time with Cara and his family is really enjoyable, too.
The story of this one is fun, despite the almost overwhelming tension created by the machinations of the two antagonists, but again for me, there's an elusive something beyond the plot, characters and setting that makes these books special. Tammara's writing is seductive and immersive - you're reading along in the regular way, and suddenly realize that you've been drawn into her world so deeply that hours have passed, you're hungry, and that bathroom break you've been postponing is long overdue, and still you don't want to stop! It's a kind of dreamy but vivid style that I wish I were astute enough to analyze, but prefer to just enjoy.
There are three teaser chapters for the next book, Good For You, included, and they promise a different direction, focusing on Reid this time, as he meets someone different than the actresses and society girls he usually hangs with. The suggestion of sparks between them makes me look forward to this one, as much as I anticipated Where You Are.
So, just to be perfectly clear, I loved this book, the characters, the story, the writing and look forward to enjoy Tammara's exploration of this lovingly and richly imagined foursome. Could there be someone who can heal Brooke's hurts? Or is she so bereft of the capacity for real love that she'll have to just make her own way in the world, without the tender touch of Tammara's obvious affection for her little cast? Time will tell, but I, for one, would love to read about it!

Even better than between the lines. I love emma and graham. Brooke made me so mad in this book what a bitch. I can't wait to read book 3 from Reids POV.

I'll begin by stating that I enjoyed this book more than the first one. If you haven't read book one than you might not want to read this review.
The story picks up right where book one left off. Instead of two POVs like in the first one this book has four POVs intertwined throughout it.
I personally hate love triangles and this book takes it one step more by creating a love square.
Emma and Graham have a chance meeting in NYC after their filming was done. They decide to rekindle their relationship. In the meantime Reid and Brooke both want Emma and Graham. Brooke starts scheming with Reid on how they can each end up with the person they want. Brooke's devious plan to manipulate the love birds, Emma & Graham, isn't full proof.

No cliffhangers but each story follows the previous one.

EXCELLENT!! Loved it!! Managing to write first person POV is not always easy. From 2 different POV’s harder still, but Tammara Webber managed quite nicely in Between the Lines. In this book we have 4 different POV’s and she pulled it off again…very impressive!! It might seem that it would be hard to keep track, but the story transitioned smoothly from one person to the next.
This time around we have Reid, Emma, Graham, and Brooke’s point of views. This is a book about manipulation, on the part of Reid and Brooke. She wants Graham, he wants Emma and they devise, or I should say Brooke devises a plan to break Emma and Graham apart. They are spiteful, hurtful, and my like for Brooke turned into hate. Reid just annoyed me, but I always felt that he just went along for the ride and his heart wasn’t really into it. I was a fan of his by the end of the book, not a big one, but I liked him nonetheless. I wanted Emma to have a little more faith in Graham, but she’s young and it’s understandable that she could be so easily swayed. I am a Graham groupie!!! RAWRRRRR…there it is again, my inner cougar roaring for this wonderful, charming, kind, sweet, sweet boy! Or man, depending on how you look at it. He certainly assumes the responsibilities of a man, and is mature way beyond his 20 years, but because he is Emma’s and she’s only 18, I see him as a boy.
The story made me happy, sad, and anxious and in the end I smiled, I just wanted to smile a little bit longer. The ending came way too fast and I’m hoping that Good for You Between the Lines 3 might bring about some updates for two characters that I grew to love. Again I say…major cuteness with Emily and Derek and I want to read about them too *hint hint*. It’s okay that we know they are together, but it would be fun to see how they got there. I know I’m just plain annoying, but I can’t help myself…I love them! Terrific job Tammara Webber, you have yourself a new fan!

Funny, romantic, and more teen celebrity drama and I loved it!
Warning! This is going to be spoilery if you haven’t read the first book in this series – Between the Lines.
Directly continuing on from the last book, the story begins with Emma in New York checking out colleges, where she just happens to run into Graham, and the two of them FINALLY open up to each other about their feelings. I love these two together, and in this book we finally get Graham’s POV, so there’s all kinds of swoon and excitement as they begin what will be a long distance relationship until Emma moves to New York for school months later.
And just to complicate matters, Emma is about to start a mad run of publicity events for the movie where all of the drama started and the production team have asked her to appear like she is in a relationship with her on-screen love interest, Reid Alexander, the boy she almost hooked up with while filming before he proved himself to be a spoiled, carefree, manwhoring ass. So whatever is developing with Graham has to take place in secret.
And then, just to make things REALLY interesting - conceited, glamourous star, Brooke has decided that friendship with Graham is no longer enough for her. She wants him, and what she wants, she gets. So she teams up with Reid in a diabolical scheme to break Emma and Graham up, so that they can be there to claim them on the rebound.
It’s a wicked setup, and the potential is there for misunderstandings, communication issues, stupid behaviour and intense angst, but this book is really well done, and I'm happy to say that I didn't get annoyed or irritated at all. We get both Reid and Brooke’s POV intermingled with Emma and Graham throughout the book, and I thought it was a fantastic mix. Emma and Graham are happily falling in love while Mega-bitch Brooke’s determination to win Graham at all costs is such a contrast to Reid’s hilarious ‘WTF-ever’ attitude, and as much as he hates Brooke, he’s willing to go along with her plotting so that he can get another shot at Emma.
Aaaaahh, Reid… he’s still an arrogant, selfish, entitled asshole, but he grows on me more and more. He’s a douche, but there is something about him that is just so appealing. And I love his inner monologue…
He’s a great mix of funny, inappropriate, and surprisingly deep, and he’s obviously got some issues from his past. I’m really excited for the next books in the series, that will focus more closely on him.
And through everything, Emma and Graham continue working towards their plans for their future and being there for each other, focussing on making their relationship work. They are open, honest and completely trusting of each other. Sure, they get pushed, and they get hurt, but I love the way they handle everything that happens, and their romance is absolutely beautiful.
I really enjoyed this book. It’s funny and sweet with a touch of drama and a gorgeous romance (and the audiobook is fantastic!). It’s a fantastic finish to Emma and Graham’s story, and a great continuation for Reid. I’m loving this series, and looking forward to more.

Okay that's many repeating words but seriously, I wanna fill this review with just his name instead of explaining how much this book made me obsessed with him pulled on my heartstrings and left me giddy, fuzzy and warm all over because of that effing sweet, adorable and definitely hotastic boy named GRAHAM DOUGLAS!

Eeeeepppp! I can't even begin to describe how much I loved him in this! I just can't. OMG! Asdfgjkqwertyuiop[a,najudban;'schavhgahs!!! I'm just caught speechless which results into squealing and swooning in delight whenever I think of him.
So before I scare you off with my fagirling, I'm gonna go on with this review.
Where You Are picks up where Between The Lines left off. Starting off with a Prologue in Graham's POV. I mean, YOU GUYS. When you start a sequel in one of the sweetest scenes in Between The Lines with Graham's POV, you know it's gotta be awesometastic! And hell, it is!
In Between The Lines, we have Reid's and Emma's POV, but in WYA, Tammara Webber added up Graham and Brooke in the mix. And yeah, I love it. It was nice(USUALLY) to be in their heads and now how they feel about things happening in the book. And yeah, as I have alreadyin like an annoying number of times now mentioned, my love for Graham has deepened because I got to get to be in his mind, not that I can say that much with Brooke, because oh boy, that girl is one heartless, evil, manipulating . I was beginning to like her at the end of BTL, but she most certainly backtracked that to the pits of flaming hell! I felt strangling her senseless in most parts of the book!
I'm like..
Someone slap some sense into her!
Reid, on the other hand, has redeemed himself for me towards the end of the book. And I'm looking forward to understanding him more in Good For You. And as one of my twitter friends, Thamy, had said "Once you've read #3 I will tell you about my ideas of bathing Reid with a hose in my back yard. LOL". That's her exact words. And I'm looking forward to what inspired that bathing-Reid-with-a-hose-in-her-back-yard idea. XD
And now we move on to Graham and Emma. *squeeeeeeeeee*
Oh dear, this two got me hyperventilating and sweating with their scenes! Their chemistry could burn down a town! And it doesn't help that Graham is just so swoony, that it amplifies the scene to galactic level of hotness! Dammit, Graham, Y U SO PERFECT?! He's just so everything that a girl could want (in a very realistic way). If only you were real, I would be flying to New York by now and runaway with you (and Cara) and hide you (and Cara) in a secluded place where there is no Emma and we can be one big happy family in paradise with sunset and rainbows! BUT YOU AREN'T!!! *le sobs to infinity* So maybe, I'll just find the 17 year old, "Real Life Graham" that Tamara is talking about. LOL
I JUST LOVE YOUUUUUUUUU.
But of course, you already now that. And I'm gonna shut up now before I start saying senseless things about about how much I love you. AGAIN. and AGAIN. and AGAIN. and AGAINNNNNNNNNNNN.

Okay that's many repeating words but seriously, I wanna fill this review with just his name instead of explaining how much this book
Two words:
Eeeeepppp! I can't even begin to describe how much I loved him in this! I just can't. OMG! Asdfgjkqwertyuiop[a,najudban;'schavhgahs!!! I'm just caught speechless which results into squealing and swooning in delight whenever I think of him.
So before I scare you off with my fagirling, I'm gonna go on with this review.
Where You Are picks up where Between The Lines left off. Starting off with a Prologue in Graham's POV. I mean, YOU GUYS. When you start a sequel in one of the sweetest scenes in Between The Lines with Graham's POV, you know it's gotta be awesometastic! And hell, it is!
In Between The Lines, we have Reid's and Emma's POV, but in WYA, Tammara Webber added up Graham and Brooke in the mix. And yeah, I love it. It was nice(USUALLY) to be in their heads and now how they feel about things happening in the book. And yeah, as I have already
I'm like..
Someone slap some sense into her!
Reid, on the other hand, has redeemed himself for me towards the end of the book. And I'm looking forward to understanding him more in Good For You. And as one of my twitter friends, Thamy, had said "Once you've read #3 I will tell you about my ideas of bathing Reid with a hose in my back yard. LOL". That's her exact words. And I'm looking forward to what inspired that bathing-Reid-with-a-hose-in-her-back-yard idea. XD
And now we move on to Graham and Emma. *squeeeeeeeeee*
Oh dear, this two got me hyperventilating and sweating with their scenes! Their chemistry could burn down a town! And it doesn't help that Graham is just so swoony, that it amplifies the scene to galactic level of hotness! Dammit, Graham, Y U SO PERFECT?! He's just so everything that a girl could want (in a very realistic way). If only you were real, I would be flying to New York by now and runaway with you (and Cara) and hide you (and Cara) in a secluded place where there is no Emma and we can be one big happy family in paradise with sunset and rainbows! BUT YOU AREN'T!!! *le sobs to infinity* So maybe, I'll just find the 17 year old, "Real Life Graham" that Tamara is talking about. LOL
I JUST LOVE YOUUUUUUUUU.
But of course, you already now that. And I'm gonna shut up now before I start saying senseless things about about how much I love you. AGAIN. and AGAIN. and AGAIN. and AGAINNNNNNNNNNNN.

I think I liked this one even better than the first! Loved Graham! And Emma too. Brooke infuriated me but made an excellent villain and I was pleasantly surprised with Reid which was nice. Looking forward to the next one!

Audiobook Review:
I continue to be amazed with how much I love Tammara Webber’s writing style. From Easy to this Between the Lines series, she’s continued to impress me.
For no particular reason I decided to start Between the Lines in audio format. After loving it so much, Tammara offered to send me audio copies of the next two books, and I was beyond excited! My blogging was put on hold for a few months earlier this year due to illness, so once I got back into audiobooks I jumped on this one. I had fallen in love with Graham in Between the Lines, and I was SO eager to get his side of things in this one.
The alternating POV’s was a bit much at first, but I found myself really enjoying getting all 4 sides. Of course we had Graham, *sigh*, who still my favorite of the group. He’s so sweet and caring, yet fun and entertaining too. Emma and Graham really bring out the best in each other, and I loved to watch their relationship begin. Then we have Reid, who is… well, Reid. He’s conceited and pompous, though also has a softer, sensitive side that tends to come out when he least expects it. Brooke is the final POV in this story, and she’s definitely an awesome addition to the story. She’s the snarky, bitchy, controlling girly girl that we all love to hate. And hate her we do. :) This group of characters makes for one fun story!
I absolutely love when audiobooks have both a female and male narrator. For this book especially, with 4 alternating POVs, it was even more awesome (and almost necessary) to keep all characters straight. The voices Todd used for Graham and Reid were perfect. I was able to tell who was talking at all times, solely on the way they sounded. The personality and attitude he portrayed in each guy was EXACTLY how I imagined them being. It’s so great listening to an audio when the narrator is perfect. Kate was just as fantastic with Emma and Brooke. Emma always sounded more sweet, down to earth, and real. Brooke was the total cheerleader, materialistic pretty girl type, and I loved the way Kate brought her to life.
Tammara, you’ve done it again! I think overall I liked Where You Are even more than I liked Between the Lines, if that’s even possible. Which means my expectations for Good For You are pretty darn high! And since I have the audio waiting for me, I WILL be listening to it very soon. Another awesome book in a series that’s proven to be loads of fun, and continues to be one of my all-time favorites. :)

Well, I waited for this to come out….really waited for it. And alas, I was a little bit disappointed after reading it. Don’t get me wrong, I truly loved the first book…really really loved it. And I was really happy knowing that a second book would be out with Graham and Emma’s story (at last). So, here are the reasons why I didn’t find it phenomenal as the first one:
1. There were a lot of POVs going on, Graham/Emma/Reid/Brooke. But I guess the author has to do it since the story revolves around the four. But in my opinion 2 POVs would have to do (it’s just me).
2. The story was just so-so. It didn’t appeal to me. It was predictable. It just bored me a little.
3. The characters:
GRAHAM: Since book one I loved the guy. I was rooting for him to end up with Emma. And boy, I’m glad he did. Well, the bad boy always gets the girl in the stories right? So, I was happy that the underdog finally gets the girl. But in this book I kinda find Graham boring and a lil bit mushy. And another, he kinda acted a stupid in the story. Towards the end of the story I lost interest in him. I don’t know he wasn’t as exciting as I find him in the first book.
EMMA: Like Graham, she acted stupid in this one. A lot of times I want to smack her head and say: “Girl, use your brain damn it!” ‘Nuff said….
BROOKE: I love hating her in this one….she really is a good antagonist/villain/manipulator/bitch. I actually like how her character was written in this book.
REID: Well…I was shocked that I liked him more than Graham in this one. Yes, I know he’s the bad guy. But he redeemed himself towards the end. And hey, he was not into Brooke’s plan all the way.
So the conclusion, should you still read it or not? In fairness, I think you still have to. We’ve got different opinions on book anyway. I might hate it but others might like it or vice versa. But I was still hoping for a more climactic events happening here and I just didn’t find it. But will I still read the third book? Hell yeah! After all I liked Reid in this one and the third book is all about Reid….actually I thought he and Brooke would end up in this one. But I guess it didn’t happen as we see in the third book that he finds a new girl.

Excellent writing!!!
I loved this book and love the way that Graham is such a sweet heart. When he loves he loves with all of himself. Emma did herself right by not sleeping with anyone till she was in love.
I'm so glad that Reid didn't end up,with Emma in this book because once he got her I'm sure he wouldn't be interested anymore. He would feel like he won the conquest.
What I am glad is that Reid is actually a good guy who actually cares for Emma in this book.
You can almost see how he changes. It's like Emma changes him for the better.
I'm picturing him to be perfectly beautiful like Chase Crawford just with blue eyes and a sorta Chuck Bass charm :)
This story kept you on your toes all the way to the end wondering what will happen and what lengths Brooke will go to.
I feel real sorry her! Clearly years on loneliness with no real family and too much money tends to do that. Very Hollywod!
One more thing about Emma- I wish that she didn't throw away her whole career for studying. She should have done both. Kind of the purpose of this book? They were actors and Graham is also one and is continuing to be one! Dumb move!
Anyway this story is worth the read. I've finished this book in 24hrs! Will start book 3 tomorrow since its 0.40am lol
And I wish there was a way to rate this book 4.5 :D

I pretty much read this story straight through without putting it down. I fell in love with Emma, Graham and Reid in the previous book all for different reasons. Emma is so adorable and sweet I want to put her in my pocket. Reid is just a yummy bad boy and Graham well I've got to say he is the reason I couldn't put this book down, he was such a refreshing change to the usual male character and he had me... *sigh*!! As for Brooke, I get it, she may not have had it easy but what a bitch(sorry lol), so many times I was ready to slap that girl!!! This story follows Emma and Graham and their struggle to cement their relationship amidst interference unbeknownst to them from Reid and Brooke. It is a really fab 2nd book in the series - a very sweet read!!

I finished Between the Lines and then immediately pick this up....
I needed to know what happened between Emma and Graham... And somethings I definitely didn't see coming....Reid definitely read deemed himself in this book… Especially in the end........ Brooke on the other hand was definitely a super B in this book... Kind of unfortunate because I thought she was coming around in the last book.... But it definitely made it more interesting. I'm now on the third book in the series and still loving it!
PS: you had to love Emma's BFF Emily!!!

2019 Audio Update: I think that this is a book that you have to be in the mood for, and obviously when I first read it I was in the mood for it. This time around I was so irritated with all of the characters that I could barely stomach it. Graham and Emma are clueless. Reid is mostly awful, but he partially redeems himself at the end. And Brooke is AWFUL. I hated being inside her awful head during this book. But I'll keep my rating the same in deference to my experience when I first read it. The narration of this story was grating. Todd Haberkorn's narration of Graham's point of view was hard to endure at first. He was way too whiny and nasally. His Reid narration was a bit better, but not great. But after awhile I got used to him enough to make it to the end of the story. I wish that this could have been a book completely focused on Emma and Graham since they seem to be genuinely good people. Adding the drama of Reid and Brooke made this hard to bear. I get that they were needed for the drama of the story, but I would have rather had their points of view removed. But I'll keep my four star review because I did enjoy this a few years ago, and I do love that Graham and Emma get their chance at a Happily Ever After.
I have to admit ... I was furious for almost two-thirds of the time while I read Where You Are, book two in the Between the Lines series by Tammara Webber. I was so, so angry! There were times when I was sure that fire was going to come shooting out of my ears. I don't think I have read a book in awhile that evoked such raw anger in me. So that means it must have been a horrible book, right? No. In fact, I really enjoyed this book a lot. I loved the characters and some of the themes that came out through the action of the plot. As I have found in all of the books I have read that Webber has written, there is a story full of rich characters who are deeper than they might appear on the surface. The characters that are best still have their own personal flaws, and even the most wretched of characters have insecurities and difficulties that make them interesting -- even if I still hate them for their actions.
So what happened in this book to cause my blood to boil? Well, in Between the Lines Emma and Graham finally confess their feelings for one another, and everything appears to be headed for a strong happily ever after. But two characters in that book did not get their HEA when Graham and Emma got together -- Reid and Brooke. In Where You Are they decide to do something about it. Well, actually Brooke decides to do something about it, and she needs Reid's assistance to make her evil plan work. The two of them plan to create seeds of doubt in the minds of Graham and Emma, leading them to believe that there is some sort of infidelity going on, and causing them to run into the waiting arms that Brooke and Reid are providing. Ohhhhh this plan! Oh how I hated Brooke for all of her conniving! Emma and Graham are such good, nice people, and they are so good for each other. Neither one of them deserve what Brooke and Reid put them through, and all of it is done simply because Reid hates to ever be rejected and Brooke believes that she is the one who should be with Graham. It seemed so unnecessarily cruel. So I was ticked off for so much of this book as Brooke began each stage of her plan to get Graham for herself. And, goodness, Graham could be so obtuse about her actions sometimes. How couldn't he see what was going on? But I figured that it was just one more example of his kind and trusting nature, never thinking that a close friend of his could be so cruel, so I automatically forgave him for his obtuseness. Still, I wished so often that he could open his eyes a bit more and see what Brooke was doing.
But I have to say that one of the things that made this a great book and not one that I ended up hating was how Brooke was written as a character. It would have been so easy to hate this shallow, conniving, hateful, spiteful, uncaring character. And I did hate her in so many ways. But Webber was able to write her in such a way that I could see all of the events of her life that created the young adult she had become. There was a vulnerable woman underneath all of her hateful actions. She really did care for Graham, the one guy who saw beyond her witchy exterior to see that vulnerable woman inside. She had a lifetime of experiences that left her with little faith in the motivations of men. She really was a mess. And Graham seemed to be the one guy who could get her through the mess her personal life could be. But instead of valuing that friendship she threw it all away in order to manipulate him into a relationship. So was I mad at her? Yes. But by the end of the book all I could feel was sorry for who she was as a person. What a lonely, miserable way to live out your life, even if you are a semi-famous celebrity.
And Reid. What an interesting character! He could be conniving as well, and so many of his actions were just bone-headed, to say the least. But underneath every action it was obvious that Reid had a bit deeper feelings for Emma than he gave himself credit for. And those deeper feelings tapped into a nobler side of Reid's personality that kept him from seeming as depraved as Brooke did. Don't get me wrong. I was not rooting for him at all during this book. But I was able to see that underneath the ego of the superstar was a young man who had the ability to love. He's not there yet. He is still in the midst of potentially tragic consequences for his actions. But there is potential. Emma sees that potential. That potential is what is driving me to start book three right away so that I can see Reid emerge as a better person. And his actions at the end of the book with Emma? That is the Reid I'm excited to discover in the next book!
But ultimately I love this book because of Emma and Graham. I have rooted for them from the beginning of this series. In the midst of such an untethered existence as is found in the world of movie making, it was nice to see two characters who rose above their circumstances to be nice. Simply nice. They deserved to be with one another. They were great friends, and they are great now that they are more than friends. This book was definitely a rough spot for their relationship, but in the middle of all of the Brooke-manufactured drama the two of them were able to tap into their inner strength and make their relationship work. Hurray for that! I absolutely LOVED Graham. You know, he didn't really have tons of swoon-worthy lines like so many romantic leads in YA books have. But his actions were what helped him to rise above others as a romantic lead. He was just so good. Good to Emma. Good to Brooke. Good to his family. Good to his daughter, Cara. I couldn't help but hope for the best for him.
Despite my anger throughout the book I still found this book to be a satisfying addition to the Between the Lines universe. Tammara Webber is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors of this genre. Four stars!

I am going to quickly jot down my main thoughts on Where You Are, and then I am going to hit the sack.
Hello 2:30 am! I am in serious need of sleep, but this novel was exciting and surprisingly intense. WOW! This story kept me on the edge of my seat! I was cheering for the good guys and wanting to bash the bad guys heads in. (Please excuse me, it's really late/early, depending on how you look at it. I'm wired and showing signs of violence! Scary!)
Thoughts on the Prologue: I can’t think of a better way to start the sequel. :)
Thoughts on the Story: I consumed this story. It’s romantic, suspenseful, devious, sweet, funny, and sexy.
Thoughts on the Conclusion: I am extremely satisfied!
When there are three books in a series, I always assume (yeah, yeah, I know what they say about assume) the middle book will be the weakest link. Oh, that is so not the case with this novel. WYA was better than BTL. Say what? Where You Are was better than Between The Lines. The multiple viewpoints and the overall development, both the characters and the story, put this story a step ahead of Between The Lines.
You know what's crazy? I always root for the bad boys. It's this crazy thing I do in every novel, every novel except this one! I am TEAM GRAHAM all the way! I like Graham the way he is. I want Reid to change. I don’t really understand it, but I want good things for Reid. Let me rephrase: I want good things for Reid as long as they don’t include Emma. And, I am not entirely sure why I have such high hopes for Reid. He doesn’t deserve them. He's conniving and selfish, well he's your typical Reid. But, I haven't lost all hope for him yet.
Strangely enough my fiction fantasy guy is typically a bad boy. However, my real life perfect guy would be a lot like Graham. He's attentive, caring, gorgeous, responsible, sweet, sexy and just a little shy.
Long story short: I <3 Graham. Reid, not so much. (At least not right now and not ever for Emma.) I will wait to pass my final judgment on Reid’s character after the third and final book in the series, Good For You.
In Between The Lines, I was undecided about Brooke because she showed some redeeming qualities. I thought her character could go either way. After reading Where You Are, it's safe to say that my mind is made up about Brooke! Let me put it to you this way, if Brooke was a real person and I ever happened to cross her path, I would slap her! (Wow, this is such a violent review.) And I think I can say that without spoiling anything. If you read the synopsis, then you know Brooke is after Graham… enough said!
I like Emma’s character, but I would like to see her develop a little more in the next novel. Basically, I think she needs to grow up a little bit. Sadly, she is probably more mature than I was at her age. However, she is in a completely different place in her life than I was at her age. I think she made a few bad judgment calls in this novel, but I think those choices have a lot to do with her characters innocence and naivety. I like how Emma isn’t perfect. Overall, I like Emma, but I still want more from her.
I am VERY happy that Tammara Webber didn't let miscommunications rule this novel. Yes, there are quite a few problems that arise from people holding back. However, Webber doesn’t let these issues go on for pages and pages. I hate when authors do that, and I love how Webber didn't go there. The conflicts, deceptions, and miscommunications were executed perfectly. They keep you on the edge of your seat and hanging on to Webber's every word.
I gave Where You Are by Tammara Webber 4 STARS. I really loved this novel, and I strongly recommend this series to young adults.

Hello 2:30 am! I am in serious need of sleep, but this novel was exciting and surprisingly intense. WOW! This story kept me on the edge of my seat! I was cheering for the good guys and wanting to bash the bad guys heads in. (Please excuse me, it's really late/early, depending on how you look at it. I'm wired and showing signs of violence! Scary!)
Thoughts on the Prologue: I can’t think of a better way to start the sequel. :)
Thoughts on the Story: I consumed this story. It’s romantic, suspenseful, devious, sweet, funny, and sexy.
Thoughts on the Conclusion: I am extremely satisfied!
When there are three books in a series, I always assume (yeah, yeah, I know what they say about assume) the middle book will be the weakest link. Oh, that is so not the case with this novel. WYA was better than BTL. Say what? Where You Are was better than Between The Lines. The multiple viewpoints and the overall development, both the characters and the story, put this story a step ahead of Between The Lines.
You know what's crazy? I always root for the bad boys. It's this crazy thing I do in every novel, every novel except this one! I am TEAM GRAHAM all the way! I like Graham the way he is. I want Reid to change. I don’t really understand it, but I want good things for Reid. Let me rephrase: I want good things for Reid as long as they don’t include Emma. And, I am not entirely sure why I have such high hopes for Reid. He doesn’t deserve them. He's conniving and selfish, well he's your typical Reid. But, I haven't lost all hope for him yet.

See, I have this problem. I realized that I've been walking around these last two days just pissed at the world. Do I have things in my life to be pissed off at, sure (who doesn't). But this pissed off has regularly been directed at this book. The question begs, am I pissed off in general and I'm placing blame on the book, OR is this book causing me to be pissed off en masse? I honestly think it's the latter. I base my belief off the fact that I'm not an angry person, usually. I am regularly accused of being too passive by my nearest and dearest, and my patience and acceptance for people is constantly called in to question as being one of my flaws. This can only leave me with the thought that it has to be this book!
I'm going to make a list, (I love lists)...
1. I think it's unrealistic to assume that beta-men don't get jealous. Everyone gets jealous. For us to have a window seat into Graham's thought process and not see him battle these 'caveman' would make him boring. I mean, how interesting is this person, "Reid is hanging all over her, touching her inappropriately and trying to drive a wedge between us (more on this in a moment), but it doesn't bother me at all. I'm just going to stand here and let bulldozer Alexander plow right over me because I'm a beta and not supposed to show aggression." Okay, I don't like that guy at all, the big sissy. Now, for me, his thoughts about how he's jealous and wants to knock Reids teeth down his throat was entirely understandable. He's a Beta-man because he has these thoughts and doesn't act on them. This is realistic. I'm a beta female, and trust me, I have those thoughts, so would someone just put this kid out of his misery, stat?
2. Reid - I hate this dude, I totally do! He's an ass! So why am I constantly agreeing with him in round 2? When he leans over and tells Emma that if he were Graham he wouldn't have been so noble. He would never have stepped aside, he would have fought for Emma with everything... damn if I didn't agree! Maybe this is because I'm a beta-girl who loves her alpha-men (with a few exceptions like Matt and Seth), but damn if I wasn't sitting there going 'hell yes! you fight for who you want!'. And I DO not want to agree with Reid about anything, at least not at this time.
3. Goodness Brooke, you can look at regular girls and think about how they're pathetic because if a guy wasn't interested before, they're not likely to become interested now but you still can not see how that is YOU! For such an 'it' girl, you really are just a big ole joke. I can't wait for you to get what's coming to you, WAY more then Reid. And to think, I actually kinda liked you in the first book.
4. Last one, swear; Why are Graham and Emma so stupid? Why is it that neither one of them can see that they're victims. They are completely being played for fools and both of them are so flipping blind. For pete's friggin sake, Graham is one smart beta-man so how did he not see right through I mean, this is not a mastermind here. It couldn't be more obvious! But Emma and Graham just eat it up, not picking up on ANY clues. I would have much preferred if someone figured it out before the last 15% of the book (which is where I'm at right now) and confronted them for being manipulative little biotchs. It's just all so transparent.
In closing, am I loving this book? It's hard to tell. Right now I want to say I hate it, but in that really good way. This author is conducting my emotions like a symphony, and in the heat of the moment I want to drop kick these guys and be done. Except, i think that when my thoughts have settled down and I'm able to think about this book in hindsight I'm going to see how engaging this story was. How else could I have been so affected by it. I'm definitely not going to forget this book, that's for gosh darn sure.
I'm not sure how some of you GR friends can read these drama filled books back to back, I feel like I'm going to have heart failure... I hope getting this all out has brought me some serenity...

Let me just start by saying, I adore Tammara Webber's writing. I love how she can go from something completely heartbreaking and angst filled with Easy, and then turn around and give us sweet and happy and fluff. The Between the Lines series is just that, pure fluff and I love it.
In the first book we are introduced to the main players: Reid, Emma, Graham, and Brooke. All four come together while filming a movie. Reid is Hollywoods It boy, Emma is the newcomer, Graham is the indie actor, and Brooke is the, well, the stuck-up Hollywood starlet who went from star to sidekick.
In Where You Are, Graham and Emma are working at keeping their relationship alive (and secret) from the public. The problem? Brooke has suddenly decided that Graham, her longtime bestfriend would be perfect for her. She enlists the help of Reid to break the two of them up, playing on Reid's inability to say no to rejection.
Graham and Emma's relationship is sweet, like toothache sweet. Towards the beginning, it was a little too much. I was like, no one is this perfect. But towards the end when all the drama was unleashed, I came to really love their relationship with each other.
Reid still remains my favorite character in the series. He's such an ass, but I love him. Reading his POV is hilarious. Also, I think he may be the character with the most depth. Weird, I know. But he's the only character who really goes through changes and grows as each book progresses. I feel so bad for him and just want him to have someone who can see what a great guy he is underneath the exterior.
Brooke needs to take a long walk off a short pier. I feel no sympathy for her. She's conniving liar who throws a fit when things don't go her way. I'm sorry Princess, but you can't just wake up and decide someone is perfect for you AFTER you see that person happy with someone else. She uses everyone around her. No wonder she has no real friends, she's completely fake with everyone. It's going to take something major happening for her to ever be in my good graces.
This series is the perfect read if you just want something fun. I cannot wait to read the third one!

Book opens up to Graham's POV? Um, yes please! Do you know how refreshing it was to open the book to find my guy Graham? So very refreshing. And to get a little deeper into that head of his was even more so. Oh how I love this guy. With this book we get so much more of him and it is why it is so far my favorite of the series.
I was definitely not happy to see Reid make a reappearance or Brooke for that matter. Lord help me those two are made for each other and need to leave Emma and Graham alone. Every single time one of them would showcase their POV I was ready to hurl. By the end of the book I was ready to b-slap them both because I was so over them.
Ok back to the beginning. Emma and Graham had just realized they both had feelings for each other when BETWEEN THE LINES ended. And boy I couldn't be happier. Together they will be happy...together they will make cute babies. Yeah, I know. These are fictional character we are talking about but I can dream right? And I know that all relationships are going to be put through the wringer before they can get their happily ever after. And these two are no different. In fact, I think they have it rougher than some other characters I have read about. They have a lot of obstacles in their way of that happily ever after. And the forces that are coming at them to break them up are a pair I hope I never cross paths with. Such evil intent.; such malicious ways.
Emotional drama plagues this book to the fullest. Oh.My.Gosh does it ever. The trouble and drama that Graham and Emma go through just proves that they are not meant for the limelight. They need to stick to the Indie flicks and stage shows if they are going to fall prey to every little rumor they hear or see. You'd think they would have gotten a clue from the very start of Brooke and Reid's devious plans. I mean, the plans are grade school at best. Very immature and hard to overlook. But I guess some people are more trusting and are easier to fool than others.
Not sure I will continue on with GOOD FOR YOU, only because it is Reid's story. I have never liked him and don't care to start anytime soon. Yeah I am sure he will redeem himself but I might have to wait for another day before I let it happen. But I do recommend this one only for the mere fact there is so much Graham and the story is so good. So please pick it up today. Enjoy!

I'm still recovering over the happy end :) I liked this book more than the first one. Tammara Webber managed to create a realistic (as much as I'd love to deny there aren't persons like Brooke or similar situations) world.
I hate and despise Brooke. All her plotting was unbereable and just... bad. Pure evil from my POV. That girl's got some serious issues. I get it, I trully do -- she had to endure some hard stuff herself, but that doesn't excuse her selfish way of stealing someone else's happiness.
Graham was beyond amazing! I loved him and Emma! <3 Their relationship had me hooked and whipped like a little girl since the ending from Between the Lines. Talk about true chemistry, not some School Pride invention. His love for Emma is swoon-worthy and his intense feelings are gut-wrenching. I absolutely adore this character.
Emma somehow evolved as a character and I couldn't help but feel sorry for what she had to go through, because she's basically a very good person. Her insecureness was expected and made a very good number of confusing her: Graham, the boy that seems too perfect for her, or Reid, the walking one night-stand from Hollywood? Don't panick now; this question will be answered nice and slowly, with the help of some long unsuccessful scheming (Hell yeah!!! Buuu, Brooke!)
Now Reid is definitely my problem. I'm conflicted and torn between giving him the silence treatment for agreeing to the whole plotting thing with Brooke or another chance after everything he's been through. I have to admit, at nineteen years old, he's just messed up. Very messed up. After his family relationship, after his break up with Brooke (btw, I blame Brooke for that conclusion and she's officially the Bitch Queen in town) and after everything else that add up. But I know there are better things in him. Hopefully, the third book from this series will wrap him in some pink joy aura too, 'cause he deserves it. Guess I'll have to wait and see...
Tammara did an excellent job with this sequel and she rocked my world with Graham. If you haven't checked out these books, go try them NOW!

Even better than book 1. :)
Some books get a high rating for the story (the story was okay but it's not going to be winning any literary awards, heh). Some books get a high rating for an emotion that it evoked in me. This story did me in because of one character - Graham. He just made it to my list of favorite book guys of all time. He is the anti-alpha and admits it fully. Don't get me wrong - I love me a good alpha, but after realizing some months ago that YA fiction was being overrun with drop-dead perfect male types, I started craving characters who weren't the same as everyone else. So started my obsession with characters like St. Clair from Anna and the French Kiss, Matty from Flat-Out Love, etc. Now I can add Graham to this elusive list. Especially in Where You Are, the second book to this series. We got a little bit of an insight to Graham at the end of Between the Lines (book 1), but he really got to shine in this one. I'm about to become a gushing puddle of fangirl, and I really hate to let this side of myself go, unless I'm talking about Richelle Mead, who is the one person I make an exception for.
Side note...okay, I swear I'm not having some weird fetish with books featuring people holding hands. In fact, I don't know if I've read any books with hand holding couples until just recently. This whole thing just happens to be a coincidence.

LOVED this book even more than the first...except I will say that the story line was stressful, to say the least. But the struggles that the main characters faced didn't seemed forced. I don't enjoy angst for the sake of angst. It has to be justified.
The love story that we get out of this one is soooo incredibly good. The main characters are 2 of the most likeable characters I've read! For all of the drama going on around them, they still try to openly communicate with each other and not play silly games and I found that very refreshing!
Another totally engrossing read from Ms. Webber. She has definitely become one of my favorite authors!
For the more sensitive reader...a good amount of swearing with some extreme words. Mature situations and subject matter.

I'm on the minority on this I'm sure - but I enjoyed book 1 more.
This book was a continuation of a series & couldn't stand alone. I guess I didn't like that I felt this book didn't have its own ending....regardless if its a series.

A really great series! The author is more than just a YA writer - she is superb and insightful with really mature and thoughtful storytelling skills. This may be a high school/late teen characters but the story telling in my opinion is more of a mature writing style.
Both Graham and Emma are lovable characters and even Reid is developed to where the reader will enjoys his assholery! The author does deliver as promised as we do see Reid's layers unfold in this book, and the reader will even start to understand and love him as I did - he's just damaged.
My only grip is I wanted more from Graham and Emma.

Już dawno nie czytałam tak słabej książki. Irytujący bohaterzy, ich głupie zachowanie, płytka fabuła i dialogi. Dodatkowo nudna fabuła. Nic więcej o tej pozycji powiedzieć nie mogę, bo nie miała żadnych fajnych momentów. Ogólnie mega słaba.

First of all, this review wouldn't be possible if not for Fiktshun and her amazing and secret ways of surprising and making me cry myself to sleep(she tends to like to do that). Thank you Rachel I'm forever in debt, as you already know, and will continue thanking you till my last breath.
Now. THANK YOU! After reading this book one cannot say LOVE doesn't exist. Our favorite characters come back with a boom of not just energy but also love, jealousy, hollywood, drama, sexyness, and just a good story to tell you.
As the book is told in 4 different point of views I'll post an excerpt of all 4 through out the review.
~Focus on sweet and friendly. No flirting. So I guess pulling her forward and seeing if she'll let me kiss her is out. As is telling her she looks good enough to eat.~
-Characters-
Emma, Graham, Brooke, and Reid; I love each and every bit of your characters that Tammara wrote.
Oh Emma, I can relate to her in a way I didn't think possible. She's insecure in the most real, believable and sane way...her character is easy going, serious, guarded, funny, professional(when needed), and shy. She made for an incredible leading lady and sure sometimes I wanted to smack some sense into her...I just know I'd have done the same were I in her place.
Reid and Brooke, well THAT wasn't expected. I got scared and even a little creeped out a bit by their characters in this one, if 2 people can get on my nerves are these 2, they rock at being evil, sneaky, actors, and well mean. I seriously couldn't believe all the things they BOTH do and scheme in this book. And I have no other than Webber to thank for it.
Graham! oh god Graham! I don't even know how to describe him. He's more thn perfect but not bordering in the surreal...he's just a man but a man in love and I wish I had a Graham for myself too!!~envy aura towards Emma~ He's devoted in every single aspect of his life, all of them. I love how Emma is the one that can get him out of his comfort zone with him being okay with it...does that even make sense?
-The Story and Writer-
Tammara Webber~hats off~ her writng. She's a complete complete complete genious at writing the thoughts of a guy and a girl in the same book. Keeping them always fresh and like-able! Since the first sentence of the book I was head over heels for it.
She's an amazing author and I know there's only more to come from her. Book three will be released December 2011.
~Something about first love defies duplication. Before it, your heart is blank. Unwritten. After, the walls are left inscribed and fraffitied. When it ends, no amount of scrubbing will purge the scrawled oaths and sketched images, but sooner or later, you find that there's space for someone else, between the words and in the margins.~
~This is what I'm talking about I think I will highlight the whole book by the time I finish it...if she ever gets them out printed I need this big time...I'm all for the cute sweet scenes in the book that she manages to take them to the maximum level without them getting cheesy!~
-My Feelings-
*I laughed, blushed, got mad, got madder, teared up, blushed some more, envied, screamed, tried to throw my computer away(don't own a kindle), went all Oooh, Oh, and Awww and even Ewww all in one book!
*Graham's pov gave me an insight of how sometimes men can feel while loving and going out with that someone they love and maybe just maybe that there's still hope for romanticism and true love out there his and Emma's scenes made me all warm and fuzzy and plain gooey inside because I really think they dripped love all over the place
*Real life problems; we get the insight not only on Reid and Emma this time BUT on Brooke's and Graham's as well...Brooke might seem the b*tch* type but now we get to see that she actually has, if not reasons and rights to be and act like that, some kind of past that was obviously leading to make her the way she is now.
*I've always said and will continue saying that I'm a complete fan and lover of books that at some point through it, the tittle comes up making it all the better for me. That's a gift not many can muster...writing a book? okay she did it...make an amazing heartwrenching real story? check! completely nailed it BUT out of nowhere...the tittle of the book comes just at the perfect scene, the one no one would've thought possible could get any better? there you got=> WHERE YOU ARE...because all passes, time, money, even friends...but love? that remains FOREVER.
*And YES people I admit it...I think there still might be hope for Reid in the future...his last action made up for more than I thought and maybe he can be better...MAYBE.
