S.L. Armstrong has been writing for as long as she can remember. Art and reading have played a large part in her life since young childhood, but around fourteen, writing became her passion. Voraciously consuming every book in front of her opened up hundreds of worlds in her head, and she soon wanted to create worlds for other people as well. She has a particular fondness for gothic horror, horror, high fantasy, urban fantasy, and romance novels. The authors she turns to time and again are Stephen King, L.J. Smith, V.C. Andrews, R.L. Stine, and Anne Rice, among others. She has no shame in picking up the young adult novels she loved as a child, and she will talk your ear off about grammar and punctuation.

After she married her husband over seventeen years ago, she began to truly delve into the world of writing for public consumption. It was sheer chance that she stumbled on M/M fanfiction, and she's not looked back. Though fanfiction will always have a fond place in her heart, she soon grew tired of playing in other people's sandboxes. When she discovered M/M romance, and how it was now a legitimate branch of romance writing, she knew her course. S.L. plans to release F/F, M/M, M/F, and multiple partner books as she continues her writing career. M/M romance is where her heart lies, no matter what else she may write or read, and it's where she keeps returning to. There is something about two men passionately in love that just makes her heart melt, and she has no intention of giving that up anytime soon.

S.L. Armstrong lives in Florida with her husband, partner, two dogs, and twelve cats. She hates the heat and longs for a northern, snowy climate. She writes with K. Piet on a number of projects, but she also writes her own solitary titles as well.

Well-written, intense BDSM scene between an established interracial couple. Enjoyed the sensuality of the shaving, and the trust and caring displayed in the scene itself comes across quite clearly.

Really enjoyed this story! It turned out to be a wonderful, sexy short full of hot kink between two men who have obviously been together for quite a while to build up that amount of trust. I'd love to have read more about their established relationship, but this was just a glimpse into their lives that worked very well. I'll definitely be trying these authors again.

Short, intense and very hot, this is a BDSM scene between Phinn and Malachi. They're an established couple and the setup of needing to relieve the recent work stress they've been under gives them just the right 'excuse' to go all out. They clearly both love what they do together, but this story/situation is not for beginners. The story is well written with a gradual increase in tension and a 'softer' ending which makes sure everyone (in an out of the story) knows Phinn had a great time.

This is a kinky little glimpse into the lives of an established, stable, loving couple ... who obviously don't want to replicate their genes via children if their shenanigans are anything to go by ... I don't have balls (obviously ... although I have been accused of having metaphorical balls ...) but parts of this story bought tears to my eyes! If you want a hot, kinky, quick read, then this is the short for you.

While yesterday’s free story from Storm Moon Press was BDSM lite, this one is BDSM … hard? Anyway, for those who don’t care for a more intense level of BDSM, including CBT, this may not be for you. The story is set with established couple Malachi and Phinn. They often play BDSM games to help relieve the pressures of the daily grind, and both have been stressed out due to their work lately, so Malachi decides to ramp up the action with Phinn to relieve the stress.

The majority of the story is the sex scene between the two, using an elastrator (a device for putting an elastic band around the base of the testicles – google it at your peril ) and flogger which Malachi uses on Phinn’s privates to great effect. The story is told from Malachi’s perspective, so you don’t really know what Phinn is thinking, you only see his reactions to the scene and Malachi’s interpretation of his responses. The scene is quite intense and personally, I don’t even have male genitalia and I was wincing. I’m not a huge fan of hardcore BDSM, so I had to keep remembering that Phinn did not safeword, and there is no question that they have a loving relationship and Malachi would have stopped immediately should Phinn have called a halt to the process. While that’s not my preferred method of relieving the work stress, whatever works.

I liked that once it was over, Malachi questioned himself and wondered if he had indeed pushed Phinn too far. I like it when a dom isn’t 100% certain of themselves. That they question what happened and seek confirmation so they can correct things later if necessary and improve the relationship. Nothing worse than a smug dom and Malachi definitely wasn’t. There’s never any indication Phinn isn’t completely on board with this plan and there is a sweet ending.

I would have liked to know more about the characters. How did they meet? Did they both know they had a mutual love of BDSM? Was it something they discovered together? However for a short taste of an established couple and those who are looking for an intense scene between a loving couple it is well done story.

This was a very short story I’d read for a challenge. It probably wouldn’t got my attention under other circumstances, but I have a good time reading it. More than a full story, is just a scene, but a really good one. I really enjoyed it. Is about an established couple who are trying to release some tension in a BDSM scene. My challenge was to read a book that had some BDSM elements that were involved in this one. I was very pleased with it. I’m not sure if is part of a series or if this characters are feature in other story, but if they are, it would be something I would love to read.

I prefer BDSM-light in BDSM stories, and this wasn't really light. However, I'm not going to give it a bad rating or review because it's not my preferred choice of reading material. The writing was excellent and I did live myself into the story. I also liked the obvious care Malachi has for Phinn. I wasn't exactly sure if Phinn was okay at the end, but I'll go ahead and assume he was.

Very intense BDSM "scene" between two lovers that obviously trust and love each other deeply. This was a short read, and I would like to read more about Phinn and Malachi and how they became a couple and learned to trust each other so much.

Breaking Point by S.L Armstrong and K. Piet

An intense BDSM scene that was well written and had me cringing. Though I don’t have the bits involved I cringed anyway! It’s called sympathy cringing...

A free read on bn.com. It's one short and very hot bdsm sex scene. The relationship and love between the MC's was clear and the scene flowed really well. I thought it was really well done and makes me want to read more from this author.

Really short and there was no character development. It was basically just a single sex scene that I wasn't really into.

This was a quick scene between two guys who have been together for a few years and clearly satisfy each other's needs. Wouldn't mind seeing more of them outside of "the scene."

Not much character development, repetitive, BSBM is not my favorite topic. The guy on the cover is cute though.
