We are three.
Three lovers scattered apart.
Our relationship couldn’t survive the scrutiny.
My surprise pregnancy with Luke’s father only drove us further apart.
That was four years ago.
Luke is a wonderful father figure to Olivia.
Evan is living the life he always wanted in Chicago.
They find their way back to each other.
I am thrilled for them, but I am alone, empty without them.
How am I supposed to survive without their love?
I thought we were destined to be three, forever.

The Shadow Thorne Series is about a polyamorous MMF relationship that extends through the entire series. The books should be read in order as it is one consistent story broken up into four books. The series includes a taboo theme as well as reverse age gap, friends to lovers, struggling with sexual identity, bisexuality, loss and comfort, and an immortal stranger who will affect their relationship in ways they never could have imagined. The story reflects the intricacies of complicated love with in depth emotions and the effects society has on those feelings.

I grew up in the deep south where we don't talk about any of the things I write about, which is what makes it so much fun! Since I was a kid I have been writing something - books, poems, journals - always something. It wasn't until a few years ago that I embraced the story that was burning in my heart and invading my dreams. It turned into my debut novel, Apothecary Tea.

I am living my own happily ever after which is why I love to write about love and romance. I'm married and madly in love with my soul mate. We have one beautiful daughter who is the light of my life. We also have four pet rabbits. I've realized my dream of living by the sea, and when I'm not writing, I'm usually drawing, painting, reading, sea shell hunting or cross-stitching. Honestly though, if I'm not working I'm writing!

This is the story I have been waiting for and Autumn did not disappoint. From the beginning the love that Luke and Evan share has captivated me. There’s just something about them that makes me want to jump into the story and feel their emotions… this is the book that lets you do that.

This book will take your emotions through a wild trip but it’s so worth it. The angst is worth it. Make sure that you block out your day because this story is meant to be enjoyed uninterrupted.

"this is only the beginning"....

I am so in love with this series. Each book gets better and better and better and I dont want it to ever end. This book was the BEST ONE YET. I was so nervous going in with how the last two books were. Especially with all the sexual tension. But Autumn Key made SURE to handle all those worries in this book. We got to see Luke and Evan in a completely different atmosphere and it was like looking at two new men.

"In this moment I realize, I’m too weak to fight this anymore."--Evan
"I’m tired of skirting the edges of what we once had."--Luke

And when they finally came together it was an EXPLOSION. FIREWORKS. Even the moments leading up until then, when they had another body in between them, the passion, connection and undeniable chemistry was like anything I can explain. I was rooted to my bed reading that. I re-read it when it was done. atleast 2-3 times. Feeling the walls finally crumbling down and Evan allowing what he has needed and wanted deep down to happen for so long was just everything. When an author can write a scene like that, or many scenes like that actually (because there are so so so many emotional scenes in this book) and make us feel like we are right there in the room, or better yet, make us feel like we are apart of the character also, that is how you know you, as an author, have a TRUE gift.
I didn't feel like I was reading a book. It felt like I was reading a diary of real events that happened and I felt that emotion deep down into my soul.

"Right here, I find the two of us again, our truth, who we are, how we feel, and how our destiny is the same. This is innate. We share the same existence and soul, always have, and all we’ve been doing is delaying this thing fighting to permanently fuse us together."

I wholeheartedly believe that there is a Luke and an Evan somewhere on this Earth living this beautiful life together. There has to be. I need it to be. These men BELONG together. fiction, non-fiction. Like Evan said in the book, "He is never leaving me. We are tethered together forever."

"She tastes like the love of my life, the most forbidden of fruits."

Now onto the third in this trio. Oh did you forget? There is a woman that is in this mix that they both love very much. Rachel. Luke's stepmom. I loved her so much in the first two books but in this one, even though we don't get her AS much because we are getting Luke and Evan more, I loved what I seen of her as a mother. She was such a great mom to Little O. That little girl was her entire WORLD. Luke's too (which I know we are all shocked to see with how upset he was and the whole reason book 2 was the way it was) When Evan came back into town and they laid eyes on one another it was so magical. I thought right then and there they would be getting all their wishes.

"You own parts of me, aspects of me no one could ever begin to touch."

But like Autumn Key does so well, the torture started again. I like how in the last two books the tension was so high between the two men and I was NEEDING them together so so so badly. And now that I got that wish, I am NEEDING Rachel to be with them just as badly. But she is making it SO hard for them. I was screaming at her throughout this book. But when Rachel and Luke went to Chicago and finally got to be together again as one it was like nothing I had read before, it was AMAZING OMGGG. I NEEDED IT ALL!!!!!!!! "All we were missing was you." UGH THAT PART, AFTER THE WHOLE CHAPTER THEY JUST HAD. PERFECTION.

"We're the pyramid."

I LOVED THE WHOLE HUGE SCENE. (until the very ending) It was everything. I never expected this series to go in that route at ALL. This is what I love about this writer. There are things that you would NEVER IMAGINE happening in this series. This is a MUST READ. Anyone and everyone would love it. And the phayed are still here! I loved Evander's parts! AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, and as always, left us needing the last book!!!!

"You're not broken. You're mine. Made for me. Made for Rachel. You're perfect, baby. Absolutely, f--king perfect."

well… it wasn’t my fave

3.5 stars.

This series is about a polyamorous relationship between a stepmom/stepson/stepsons male bff. So taboo content and lots of spice. Every book in this series so far as been filled with emotional angst because of the taboo nature of their relationship, the small town they live in with judgmental small minded people, the homophobia which really plays a huge part when it comes to his bff who’s been raised very religious and strict and fights his gay tendencies hard! Also has a supernatural element thrown into the story… which is interesting. There also winds up being a child in the mix, the bff moves away, they all separate for a while but still love each other… so you can see why I say it’s filled with angst!

As for this third book… I liked it the least. At first it was maddening because of how hard Evan was still fighting against his sexual desire for Luke and then the things they did together that was a slap in the face to Rachel when she found out… I was so mad. And then like 75% of the book was $ex scene after scene between the guys, as Evan FINALLY let go a little… but there’s still the angst of the three of them finding a way to be together and no one being willing to move to where the other one is located… and then some sh*t goes down towards the end… I just felt like there was way too much spice when there needed to be more communication. However, I don’t wish to be too hard in my review because the author was apparently going through a very difficult time while writing this and getting it published, so she even said that it wasn’t as perfectly executed as she might have wished for. So I do try to take that into account!

Spice level: 5/5.

Entangle is the third installment in the Shadow Thorne series. You MUST read 1 and 2 for this book to make sense.

This was the most beautiful story. I have been invested in Luke, Evan and Rachel’s story since the very beginning so I was SO excited to read this! Autumn M. Key did not disappoint! The connection Luke and Evan share in this book is breathtaking. Even reading this I wished I could experience it in real life right along with the characters! I love the individual relationships the three have together but I am blown away by their chemistry and connection when they are all together. There are definitely moments where you want to shake the characters and beg them to wake the hell up and see reason but it is so worth it! This book also ends on a cliffhanger and I cannot wait to read the next book!

If you love deep, intense, otherworldly love, you will love this series and I implore you to check it out! There is a fun little paranormal twist that I’m sure will come to the forefront soon!

Thank you, Autumn M. Key and Passion Author Services, for an ARC of this book! My review is mine and freely given!

Well, what can I say? I've been waiting for this book for a while and it delivered. One of the things that I love the most about this saga is that the titles encompass already a lot of the emotional ride and when you finish reading each of these books you know that the titles encapsule its soul.

I'm calling it, I don't know if Autumn already revealed it or not, but book 4 will be titles Tethered, i feel it!

Having said that, I was so freaking happy to read about Luke and Evan, finally.

It really was an emotional ride for me too. I was so sorry about the event that led the two of them finally together. It was difficult for Evan to embrace something he was too scared to admit to himself, someone had to push him in the right direction, but the way he was pushed, at the beginng of the book, was devastating for me to read. His thoughts, hopes and dreams, and especially the idea of coming to terms to who he was, was robbed from him.

I didn't "like" that in every book someone was excluded, especially when it's Luke - I love Luke, but when at long last Rachel accepted what the three of them have is special and that they all had been waiting far too long, this book became perfect.

A couple of extra things. I really do hope we have seen the last of Zephyr, if he comes back in their lives, I'm going to be pissed.
Hugo is a d*ck for spilling Evan's secret's out to Luke, but we need the fourth book for every things to fall into place.

Since I'm a sucker for Luke, I really need for him to forgive Evan, after Evan did a bit of groveling of course, because they can't be too far from each other.

Oh, and Bridges can keep his 'no trespassing' signs. Idiot.

Thank you Autumn M Key and Passion Author Services for an arc of this book for an honest review.

This story was an emotional rollercoaster, throughout this series I have felt sorry for Luke 🥺 and just wanted to hug him.
But this book was much needed for Luke and Evans' relationship, the connection and chemistry they finally gave into was everything 🥺🖤

I loved the family dynamic with little O, her Luke and Rachel as a mother it was cute 😍
Im hoping everything falls into place with next book!
