I've been reading this on and off for the past few weeks. There are some fantastic tips.

Including keeping envelopes and stamps with you at all times, in case you need to return correspondence.

Also, if you're worried you might write over the floppy disc you've saved your information on, you can move the tab over, and you'll never write over it!

Yeah, this was published in 1989, and it's so easy to find things to giggle at. But some tips survive the times, and Heloise is pretty good at her job.

I like that I found this book.
