This book had it's moments, but overall I felt that it wasn't nearly as good as the other two Citizen Dog books

The last installment of "Citizen Dog" before Mark O'Hare quit to work on "SpongeBob SquarePants". I cried a little bit when I finished it for the first time because I knew there wouldn't be any more.
