Minutely detailed discussion of making plug-in hybrids (aka mostly-battery hybrids) primarily focussing on the Prius and Ford Escape but applicable for a complete DIY car if you wanted. Some weird and major typos (figure captions having nothing to do with the information in the graphic, garbled words) but overall an excellent book.

This book is very useful for those with knowledge on the subject. Also has advanced schematic hybrid systems, maybe too advanced for novices.. Overall a very decent guide into this hardly explored subject.
