Maybe I'm too hard on this book but the suggestions were all things I was already doing, except journaling about my feelings before and after eating. It was nice to know I wasn't just weird, that my behavior is actually part sleep disorder part eating disorder but most of what was suggested was essentially common sense if you were actively trying to deal with this problem
