- This husband and wife team (a Zoologist and a Psychiatrist) present copious research proving that infidelity is instinctive. Recent advances in genetics have shattered long-held assumptions regarding species considered monogamous (geese, wolves, cheetahs, etc). While the science presented is somewhat interesting, the issues of human societal construct (social stability) were not explored as well as could be. I am entertained by Freud's suggestion that civilization is built on the repression of mankind's instincts, and furthermore, I subscribe fully to the theory that, to a large extent, overcoming our natural instincts is THE defining characteristic of what makes us human.
- I liked the term E.P.C. (extra-pair copulation), that is used to describe the 'affairs' of the animal kingdom.

Ok, I admit to skipping most of the math and logic chapters.
