Some might think this is a dumbed down thesaurus for teens, but I liked it. It has the words you might fall back on when you're lazy (like the notorious "nice" and the overused and abused "awesome"), and provides alternatives that still sound natural. (When some people use the thesaurus there are words no one really ever uses, and you end up sounding like a pompous old fart.) Nice way to bump up your language level, if like me, you've been getting a little rusty. Wish I could print these out on cards and flip through them a bit each day.

This was a thesaurus. They can jazz it up and call it what ever they want but it was a thesaurus. There were lots of good quotes at the bottom of each page using their "new and improved" words. I guess it would be good if you were looking to improve your vocabulary, maybe read a page a day or something. I'll just stick to the basic, quote free thesaurus when I need an alternate word.

Not as extensive as a true thesaurus. Set up gimmicky, but fun. I could see teens using this "point and click" hardcopy resource.
