I picked this up at a flea market. It was a quick, easy read and I enjoyed the story. I would definitely read more in the series should I come across them.
This was a book picked up at a library book sale. I read it because I wanted light reading for the summer and it had DOGS in the title. I was able to read it through in a little more than one day.
I may have enjoyed it more if I had read previous books in the series but this is a stand alone story with promise of continuation in another book.
It was a non complicated mystery, easy to follow. My only complaint is that the author insisted upon explaining every last detail over and over. Too much repetition. This may be good for an audiobook, where one could not easily look back if they thought they had missed a detail, but since it was such a quick read there was not time to forget anything important.
