Hello, My name is Heather! I am a mom of three, married to a firefighter, and I am a writer. In 2005 I ventured into the online world to simply start an online community for moms. Whether you go through this book by yourself and in a group, it will give you a lot of thought provoking content. Rejection is such a relevant topic today and so many experience the pain and hurt that comes with it. I appreciate the author's willingness to be real and vulnerable with her own struggles with rejection and yet always bring us back to what God's word says.

Each week comes with an application step, scripture to memorize with an action step for each day and three group discussion questions. It is not an indepth bible study with fill in the blanks, but does goes deep with the content.

This entry in the Giveaway program caught my interest as it is a topic that all of us deal with at some level. The topic is an important one. I had hoped that there would more written information on the topic compared to empty pages encouraging journaling. I did not use it in a group setting and wonder how deep or superficial the discussions would be in a group where the members did not know each other well. Regardless, this study is well worth the time spent in reflection and I appreciate the author's compassion in sharing her journey to encourage others.

Rejected focuses on a topic that most people deal with - Rejection. Heather pursues reasons why, and results of rejection in a person's life while offering the opposite - acceptance. This is a good study for anyone ministering to those who have a low self concept.

Short and concise. Right on target. Helpful questions to ask yourself or discuss with another. Great topic for any ladies group ; Young and old alike. Clear and on focus with out distraction
