If you live alone or with your family, times might come when you are desperately low on money and in need of a healthy cheap meal that doesn't come in a "happy box" or an expensive restaurant, I learned the hard way how to use my own restaurant: my kitchen! All the recipes featured use four ingredients only, in a quick and easy meal. Forget junk food, this is magic in a small kitchen!
