A book about Knowing and not Knowing

A book that states Knowing everything - isn't
every thing- so-Relax you dont have to know it all.
Ever

Now there’s nothing wrong with all this knowledge that’s out there – but, as we will show in this little book, when you boil it down, despite all the information and ‘knowledge’ - we really don’t know that much about the important things. In fact don’t know that much about most things.

We know a lot about insignificant things, but almost nothing about things that are significant. And then there’s all that stuff we have lost or forgotten, both personally and as a species

We know a little about a lot of the important things – just enough to get by – but not enough that we have to fret about whether you or I ‘know’ EVERYTHING. We will never know EVERYTHING

So – honestly - Knowledge is not all it’s cracked up to be.
Or to be blunt:

What is the real value of information? - Zero?

What is the potential value of information? - Zero to Priceless.
The question is what you do with it.
We will explain – see Part 2

Now take a breath, unwind – and let me show you - – you already know enough to make it all work for you.
This is a book to demonstrate – it’s not about the ‘facts ma’am” it’s about the emotion.
The emotional center you can have, keep, and control.

Something Refreshing and Deeply Meaningful

Read the book description and I bet the first thing you'll have in mind is "uhmm what?!" It's upsetting, terrifying, ambiguous, confusing.. Name it all!!! Knowing all the things you know don't matter that much.. I beg to disagree! Especially I am the type of person that values knowledge very much, that somehow seeks this special element to assess a person or a phenomenon and lastly, that dwells and sits with every knowledge I can grasp and won't miss any if given every chances.

But as I have comprehended from this Martin Gover's book and after a very autonomous pondering, I got his direction.. Just get his direction and you won't be strayed. With this era, knowledge can be easily accessed, information can be easily googled.. well the question now is, is that all? We can have this all if we use our time seeking for every bit we could have. But is these all significant? I wish I have an excel function "auto filter", but with this book the author explains how to adapt and have this function at your own and in your own.

I recommend you read this book without worries. Having a lot of things in mind won't help you get the golden rule and message the author wants to convey and is very eager for us to all know because this is something that can move us in a positive direction. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, but it is not proportional to saying "MORE KNOWLEDGE IS MORE POWER". What we have right now, can be utilized at its best, we can add some but adding a lot may lead to confusion and indefinite direction (trust me I have experienced this).

In my own understanding, this book is giving us a simple yet very effective ways to handle all the information that surrounds us. I find this helpful; I sometimes tend to overload myself with information until I get to a point of mental block! Can you believe it? That’s what too much information can do to me. I’ll never forget some of the lines written by Martin Gover. My partner used to read aloud some of the useful information he sees on the book. I find this book full of information, great things to ponder, knowledge and ideas on how to make your life less stressful just because of too much rationalization on some things. So now, it’s better that I just pick the needed information and that’s it! I should start picking only the needed information when needed on a particular situation, event, occasion or whenever it is needed, now I will never overload myself with useless information. This book helps me realized that there are far better things to do than just understanding every single information I encounter.
