There were a lot of options and a lot of recipes, but none of them hit home for me. Cream cheese and gelatin seem to be two of the most prominent ingredients, but it was nice to see the recipes for icebox cake vary from Red Velvet to Cherry Surprise and plain old chocolate cake.

These appear to be some pretty simple a good recipes. I cant wait to try a couple. Once I have I will edit this post.
