Selene Grace Silver writes lyrical, immersive, and compelling romances featuring intelligent heroines and passionate heroes who overcome personal challenges to create deep, empathetic relationships.
Raised in land-locked North Dakota, Selene spent her youth longing to escape. First, she escaped into books, then she escaped to the West Coast, trading waves of golden grain for ultramarine ocean currents. Today, with her Scottish-born husband, she lives just minutes from the Pacific, where the horizon ties the sea to the sky and the surf surges against the shore, soothing her restless spirit.
Selene believes in two true things: love and the power of stories. Everything else is up for debate.

A quick, sensual and exciting story that read like an amazing fantasy come true. A definite book to add to your TBR for all contemporary romance readers that want a quick and exciting fix!
Janice is a single mother of two, widower for four years, and a very independent, beautiful, strong and lonely woman. She is on her way home from dropping her boys off at the airport so they could visit with their grandparents when suddenly her tire blows and she ends up in a ditch with bumps, bruises and a wrecked car. After contemplating for a bit of what her next more should be, she hears a car stop close by, then sees a large male figure looming towards her. Can you say one HOT night and shining armor? Yes, a gentleman (of sorts) named Adrian helps her out of the vehicle and offers to help her get home. Janice is not used to any help what so ever, and is weary of any strangers, but in her current condition decides to accept it. He seems nice enough. Once he gets her safely into her home sparks fly, heat rises and changes of heart are made.
I WANT MORE! The ending left my mind wandering what would happen next between the two. Would it really work? What about the boys, Janice’s children, will they accept him? I’m really curious where it all would go from the ending and REALLY loved both main characters and the way they both warmed up to one another so quickly :)
Note: The author asked me to read this book and give my honest opinion on my blog.
Janice is a single mom of two boys. After her husband dies, she dedicates her life to her sons and makes no time for the pursuit of love. Adrian is a high-powered business man who isn't in the market for a committed relationship. When a car accident brings them together, the attraction between them surprises them both.
Despite the erotic nature of this novella, it was actually a very sweet, romantic story. The author has created two multi-dimensional characters who sizzle when they come together. I really found myself rooting for this couple and hoping they would find more than a summer fling.
My only complaint about this book is that it wasn't longer. I really would have liked to have seen the relationship between Janice and Adrian explored a little deeper. But, in all fairness, that is usually my feeling with most romance stories I've enjoyed. When the reader falls in love with a couple, the story never seems long enough. And I definitely fell in love with this story, so it could have been 1000 pages and I would have left wanting more.
I received this book for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review. I gave 'Crash into my hart 4.5 stars and here is why'
'Crash into my heart' is a romantic short story which had me hooked from the get go. It focuses on Janice and Adrian who meet when Janice has an accident and Adrian comes to her rescue - They have an instant attraction with each other and although she tries to fight it she succumbs to his charms. It is well written and the only reason it didn't get all 5 stars is because it was a little too short and the ending was romantic but wasn't what I would call spectacular.
Cute short story of a single Mom on her way home from dropping twin boys off for vacation when out of no where an accident leads to mr Greek god...who says chivalry is dead? This was a quick paced book so no time for messing around. But I did love their banter and Adrian's sense of humor.
A hot and spicy little short story. For what it was it wasn't bad. But like most short stories there is room for improvement in the development category. Still for those people who like 'em short and spicy, this is for you!
Short but not super short, but no where near long enough, just a 'lil tease. An unbelievable storyline with a few steamy parts between Janice and Adrian, but other than that nothing else really happens that's worth mentioning. It was all too rushed, within a week they go from strangers to lovers to wanting"more".
