These recipes are a little different to what I'm looking for, simple biscuits in place of shop bought ones. These are a little fiddly, not every day bickies. We liked the All-Bran and maple syrup ones. Great for the lunch box! But less sugar next time. Don't you find that in a lot of recipes, too much sugar??

Some really good recipes in this book, I just converted the ones I liked to be gluten-free.
