Modeled after the Lord's Prayer, this version of My Whole Self Before YOU includes an 80-lesson learning guide that parents can use to teach their children the concepts of prayer directly from God's Word and the teachings of Jesus.
 
The prayer section features large, full-color photography that bring the concepts of the prayer to life and rhythmical words children understand making it easier for young children to learn to talk to God in a meaningful way.

The learning guide section is an outline of themed Bible passages illustrated with lovely, child-friendly stained glass windows. It is perfect for helping parents select appropriate topical Bible readings for use with their children at bedtime or family devotions.

This is one of two versions of the book which are available. The yellow covered version is a picture prayer book for ages 0-4 without the study guide. It includes a personal dedication page and a place at the back for recording notable prayer moments.

About the author

An award winning children's author, Susan Case Bonner graduated from Columbia International University in Columbia, SC, with a bachelor's degree in Biblical Education in 1977. As a Christian school teacher, Christian education director, chapel and conference speaker, Sunday school teacher, home school teacher, and parent of two children, she has dedicated the last three plus decades of her life to teaching the Bible simply and creatively so that children of all ages can understand and embrace its teachings. Susan continues to write and publish children's books in Traverse City, Michigan, with her husband Keith, a retired air traffic controller. She travels the country encouraging kids, teens, and their parents to better understand who God is and how to pray in a meaningful and effective way.
