Rate this book
Suneel and his ragtag group of immigrant friends want to learn to play hockey, the favourite sport of their new country. But the parent council of their new sub-division has just banned all street-games and worse yet, Suneel’s parents are dead set against the sport. Unable to play road hockey on the first day of March break, Suneel and his friends go searching for something else to do. Little do they realize the hockey adventure that awaits them.

Join Suneel and his friends as they learn the true 'code' of playing team sports - hardwork, sportsmanship and playing as a team.

Brings back memories

If you enjoyed playing road hockey growing up (or still do) this book will bring back fond memories of the game. It highlights the “code” of how hockey is to be played and reminds us that we shouldn’t think of lockout’s or CBA’s when thinking of hockey. Instead we should think of sportsmanship, hard work and playing as a team.

Passing the Puck entertains all who love to watch or play a game of hockey.

It reminds you that everything in life cannot be explained and sometimes unexpected, but wonderful, adventures can happen.

A very enjoyable read!

I loved writing this book; it brought back a flood of great boyhood memories. I hope it reminds you of your own adventures and inspires you to "pass the puck" (your passions) to the next generation! - DJ
