Beautiful and haunting. I can't decide what I like best about this book. The pictures are amazing. I had never seen the majority of these. The poems both classic and modern are such a fitting and elegiac tribute to this dark time in US history. If you're a Civil War buff, a lover of poetry, or just open to a unique experience, then check out this amazing collection.
