Writer and Artist, LM Fields is passionate about mixed genre story telling. She believes in serving her creations well done but understands perfection will never be hers because she is, after all, only human. Though Epileptic seizures follow her, shadowing her daily life, and at a minimum, erase her memory, she chooses to never give up. "Life may get in the way but I will never quit. I intend to live, learn, and strive to leave a beautiful mark." LM Fields astonishes again in this third book of her Dark Seeds series. This installment takes off where the last book ended. Adina and Adonis are together and the world is collapsing all around them. LM Fields presents a frightening possible future for Earth, that is so realistic, it caused me to re-look at the events going on today. Filled with mystery, supernatural horror and a splash of steampunk for flavoring, 13 Degrees Below Zero will have you sitting on the edge of your seat. Read this book, and the others that precede it, but make sure to keep the lights on.

Don't let the title fool you, Fields turns up the heat in this book. Her series gets continually darker and the secrets she keeps hidden start to reveal themselves in hideous ways. I had to take a second look at the genre she classified this series under… she truly is a mixed genre writer. You won't want to put this one down. Must read the fourth book now!
