A really good guided meditation will assist an individual to really hear what is going on in his or her unconscious, also known as the universal consciousness or the divine.

About the author

Alfred Willowhawk, DMsc, DD, MS, is a 20 year veteran of spiritual counseling, coaching, and training. He is a traditional Third-degree Priest and First Priest of Wyte Rayvn Church, an Indo-European Traditional Spirituality educational and religious organization. He facilitates training, services (rituals), and spiritual counseling. He also works with other ministers to promote their understanding of Indo-European Traditional Spirituality. He has earned a Masters of Science in Psychology – concentration Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University and is pursuing his Ph.D. in Psychology. He is ordained as a metaphysical minister by the University of Metaphysics with a Doctorate of Metaphysical Science. He is ordained by the Assembly of God, previously licensed by the Church of God of Anderson, Indiana, and was a member of a team of individuals who assisted individuals in Morocco to enhance their spirituality. He has been helping people manifest themselves to their highest potential for over 20 years. He also has a Reiki Master and creator of the healing system Celtic Transformational Healing and the Warrior Within Release program. His work with men and women to embrace the Warrior of Spirit within has assisted many people over the last 15 years. He has facilitated the initiation of men and women into the Warrior of Spirit. He hosts the weekly radio show – Charge of the Millennial Warrior on WCAS-DB, Friday nights at 9 PM Eastern.
