Can you imagine losing your twin?

Nineteen year old Lily is still struggling with the death of her identical twin, Abby, a year later when she moves away from home for college. Even in death though, their bond is still strong, with Abby visiting Lily in her dreams.

When a chance encounter with twenty-one year old Dane Hansen changes Lily’s life, Lily’s friends warn her off becoming involved with Dane. He’s bad news, according to the rumors, anyway.

Dane has experienced loss himself, he understands Lily, and the more time he spends with her, the harder he falls. There is something he hasn’t told her though, something almost nobody knows, and it’s something that might stop Lily from feeling the same way.

Abby holds the key to something that will change Lily and Dane's life forever, but how do you get someone else to believe something you don't quite understand yourself?

3.5 stars!

Is it true what people say of twins having a 'special connection?'

Well it definitely was the case for Lily and her identical sister Abby.

When Lily's sister Abby died, a part of her died too. For the first few months Lily would still still see her sister.
Her parents, worried about Lily sent her to a psychiatric hospital for 3 months.

Now Lily doesn't see Abby anywhere but her dreams.

Now a year later at age 19, Lily moves away from home to go to college.
When she has a slight accident with Dane Hansen, Lily's friends tell her to stay away from him.

When Dane asks Lily out, she cannot refuse because she doesn't want to.

She likes him A LOT!
Little did they both know they would have so much in common?
Both have suffered incredible loss with loosing their siblings, only Dane's is worse because his was all his fault.

When Abby comes to Lily one night in her dream to warn her of something that could change Dane's life completely,
Lily has to help him even if he might not believe her.

Lily and Dane fall in love quickly and its sweet and intense at times.
It just shows that everything happens for a reason in life and sometimes one persons hurt is another ones gain.

I loved Lily's personality, she was fun and easy going and wasn't shy to eat.
One problem I had is that apart from this being a bit unrealistic, these two were too grown up.

Anyway when you Believe and have hope, faith and Love...
Dreams can come true!

Thank you to Missy Johnson for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review

Inseparable tell the story of Lily who after the death of her twin sister Abby moved away from home to start collage. Being twins the two shared a close bond and this bond continues after Abby’s death, as Lily still see her in her dreams, they talk, Abby give her advice, tell her things that she could possibly not know on her own.

I like Lily she came across as kind, funny and caring. I love how she loved her food, and often said the first thing that comes into the mind. Lily meets Dane, she is attracted to him and she knows there is something about him. However everyone tells her to stay away from him, as there are so many rumours about him and they say he is bad news. Dane does have a past and there is an air of mystery about him, however Abby tell her to trust her feeling and take a chance on him as her really was a nice guy.

I love Lily and Dane relationship they both fell for each other in a big way, they are cute together and many time they made me smile. They trust each other Dane opens up to Lily and tell her about his past and things that he has told no one else and she does the same with him.

I really like the storyline, it hard to describe it with out giving away spoilers so I won’t but I will say it was not at all was I was expecting when I started reading this book. The plot was a lot serious than I thought it was going to be and dealt with a heavy topic that was heartbreaking to read when it is first revealed.

The only thing I didn’t like about this book was the sex scenes, they left me a little deflated, and this was not because I wanted more of them, it was simply because they lacked passion and intensity. I felt they needed to be more steamier with greater description as they were over very quickly. I think it would have been better in this book if the author had just set the scene and I would have just used my own imagination.
I liked the background characters Lily’s best friend Kella and her boyfriend Fraser, I found myself want to know more about their relationship, like what happen when she meet his parents, before reading the Epilogue I would have said they should have their own story.

Overall I did enjoy this book, the paranormal element is there, if that’s how you would describe it but it’s not heavy which for me I liked. I would read more books by Missy Johnson

Inseparable is about Lily and Dane. Who happen to fall in love while they are both in college.
Lily is a twin who lost her twin to cancer a year before she started college. Dane lost his sister when she was 6 yrs old. They thought she was dead.

It is refreshing to read a book where the girl is a little weird and the guy happens to like it. It makes him fall in love with her more. Lily is just that weird. She giggles and doesn't hold nothing back. Also every other page didn't have a sex scene or cursing. Don't get me wrong I like books like that. But once in a while you need a change. This was my change.

Lets say this isn't your normal romance book. There is a twist to it. Abby, Lily's twin talks to Lily but while Lily sleeps. I read this and was like cool. I mean I believe in the paranormal but to sit there and hold a conversation that is wow!

Without giving to much away. They find Dane's sister Steffy. Yup she wasn't dead. To find out you will have to read this book. Also lets say Dane and Lily tend to get married and kids. Not going to spoil that part either. I recommend this book to all my reading friends.

I received this book in return for an honest review.

I was in a book slump when I started this book and wasn't sure what I wanted to read and if I was going to enjoy this book. The description sounded interesting and I am very glad that I read it.

I found myself laughing outloud at some of Lily's antics. What woman hasn't been in college and wondered if she had anything to wear and was thanking her roommate for having the same size shoe? What woman hasn't had that one boy in class that she stole glances at only be to caught?

Lily started the book letting the reader know that she was recovering from losing her twin sister and having had her mother commit her since she was hallucinating that her sister was still with her. Everyone grieves in their own way, and Lily's way was to move away (not far but far enough) from her family and start afresh by beginning her college life.

While Lily was signing up for her courses, she is run over (Literally) by Dane Hansen. Little does he know that Lily was checking him out. Dane turns into Lily's classroom stolen glance guy and he notices. He in turn tries to catch Lily's attention and they begin to date.

I was certain that this was going to be a typical romance and figured that I knew where it was going to lead. I was incorrect and Missy took us on an enjoyable, new ride that lets the reader learn about Dane and Lily and how they help each other get through tough times and bring a happily ever after, for not only Dane and Lily but the other characters in the end.

Missy wrapped up the book nicely so that we knew what the future led for each of the characters she has introduced us to.

I am glad that I had a chance to read this book and look forward to other books written by Missy Johnson.

ARR-I received this in exchange for a review.

Let me first start off my saying if you are ever looking for a very cute very sweet read then this is for you. This is a story about a girl named Lily who had a twin sister that passed away and how she finds someone to love and a way to enjoy life again. This is also a story about a guy named Dane who lost a sister when she was 6 and then how he tried to deal with his life.
Now you may be wondering how can this be sweet and romantic. I don't want to ruin the story and give away thing away but I will say it all starts with her staring at his great Ass and him breaking her toe (LOL). This is such a cute and great read that I will recommend my fellow romance lovers to give this a try.
I will be adding Missy Johnson to my list of authors that I really like.

Diving into Inseparable by Missy Johnson was a leap of faith. I’ve read a lot of Romance novels recently and the “automatic book judger” in me was worried it was going to be just another superficial college love story. You know the ones. Girl meets boy (boy who happens to be ridiculously rich or into BDSM and facing personal demons), Girl falls in love cue drama, boy saves girl or vice versa and then wham bam tie it together with a happy ending. Although Inseparable does have a happy ending (and I’m thankful) it doesn’t follow any of the standards. Missy Johnson threw them out the window and created an amazing story, its foundation stemming from tragedy before blossoming into more. Inseparable captured my attention and drew me in until the wee hours of morning when pre-dawn rears her ugly head. Nothing anyone could say would convince me to put down Lily and Danes story.
Lily is my favorite blonde ever. Missy Johnson worked magic with Lily as her female lead. I was so glad she wasn’t a perfect girl. She had issues, she was starting college late, she was quirky and awkward. All those qualities and then some made her believable. I loved her personality and how well Missy wrote her in regards to losing her twin. She paid a great respect to those of us that have lost a sibling and my heart ached for her after every dream with Abby as if it was my own twin. Lily had moments of humiliation, grace, confidence and self-doubt. Each adding to her credentials and pulling her off the page a bit more and into my heart, seriously, once I read that she put on Metallica to go to sleep…it was over. I already knew I loved her and just how awesome she was. That sentence just made it official and a fangirl moment. I’m sure I squealed. Overall she was genuine and relatable, becoming a better main character with each turn of the page.
The entire cast was such a joy to read. Kella had my heart when she was introduced with her “matter of fact” attitude and blunt approach. Then Gem who sits next to Lily in class was sweet and had me crossing my fingers in hopes that she turned out to be a good friend and not a later plot twist. Both supporting characters held their own and added their own sparks throughout the book.
Now I loved Dane and his mysterious nature. For starters, he got some brownie points for not spending the entire book denying his feelings. He was everything Lily needed to flourish and she was his key to finding himself and his way home (along with some answers were a long time coming). Their dialogue exchange was witty and dynamic. Missy set up some really great scenes that held precious moments between the two and their journey down the darkened path together. Between Dane and Lily there was never a dull moment. Their relationship was another nice change for me because Lily didn’t make Dane jump through a million hoops or have him on some extreme pedestal. She liked him, was able to admit it and oh, another plus was that she didn’t constantly think of how she wasn’t good enough. I loved how it was simple but sometimes less is more. Their relationship fit into the plot wonderfully and was realistic. I like my Romance novels to have some realism in there (I mean I’m not reading Fantasy) and Missy Johnson balanced everything beautifully.
There were epic plot twists everywhere! Inseparable kept me on my toes the whole way through. Even if I wasn’t already attached to the emotional aspects of the plot by the third chapter, the secrets each character has would definitely keep me reading. That’s why I stayed up all night reading it and as much as I’d love to gush about them I try not to fill my reviews with too many spoilers. You may think you even have it figured out after reading the blurb but I promise you, you don’t. With every puzzle piece Missy Johnson reveals on Lily and Dane’s path, she creates another missing piece. She ties everything together smoothly and with precision.
I liked how some secrets worked themselves out throughout the book and the questions you find yourself asking are also answered before the story ends. The deeper meaning is never lost underneath what’s going on with the characters and they have to work every step of the way to cope with their losses. They cleared their own paths and the moments of truth…the one’s where the characters have to face themselves in order to move forward could have been a bit longer in my opinion. But I wouldn’t necessarily call that a fault because it could have simply been my desire for the story not to end. And I found that when they were on their trip, I lost track of time but it didn’t hinder the storyline at all (I could quite possibly be the only one that notices these things).

After finishing this book I was at a total loss for words. I mean it was full of mystery, angst, love, and hope. I loved Lilly she was such a strong character. Dane is a bit mysterious but he gets Lilly which is so great. They are headed on a journey together of self discovery which is quite amazing.

Lily goes away to college. She is still healing from the death of her twin sister. They were very close and her death has devastated her. What a lot of people don't know is that Abby her twin visits Lilly in her dreams. She literally runs into Dane one day. She learns he has a mysterious past. Some of her friends warn her to stay away from him. She sees something more in him and doesn't believe what people are saying about him is true. Abby visits her in a dream telling her something that could change Dane's life. What will happen to them if she tells him about Abby and her dreams? Will he believe her or walk away?

It was nice seeing a character who was a bit flawed, she said what she wanted when she wanted. I admired her because she didn't hide who she was. She was a real honest person. Dane was a great match for her. He was kind hearted, understanding, he believed in her as much as she did in him. They were both willing to go to the ends of the earth for one another. The mystery and unexplained hooked me. Then I thought wow, this book has a perfect cover. It is beautiful and silently says it all. Also I have to point out that Lilly had a great supportive friends. She is really lucky to have them after everything she went through. Meeting Dane felt like it was meant to be. They were both in the right place at the right time. The scenario wasn't far fetched and I could believe that what they share is true love. That was so important to the story.

I without a doubt would recommend this book a thorough read. It was exciting, suspenseful, and so beautiful. This was a real amazing story.

Excellent story with excellent characters.

This is a story of two people who both have broken souls b/c of losing a sibling. I loved Dane & Lily and felt so much for them. Sorrow, fear, sadness...happiness. It was done perfectly b/c the story wasn't about how much steam in the bedroom it was more on a soul full level.

As I read I assume it would be normal college age love story with the normal cheating and lying and miscommunications, but even though there was some non-communication it was so much more than a normal college story..... With turning of the page you are hit with a twist and your jaw is hanging open and you are like holy F no freaking way. THEN you think that's all, right...?? Lets finish up the story and move on?? HA!!! NOPE!!! Turn that page and bam you are hit again. I never saw THAT coming either. I assumed it was b/c of one reason which was way to obvious but no way, here comes that ball out of left field and hits you smack in the face....NO WAY!!!!

It is really hard to want to be able to describe what I thought of Inseparable without giving any of the plot and story line away. I must say that the supporting characters, two in particular are so detrimental to the story. One makes you really think of the possibilities. Without these two this story would not be possible.

Solid 4.5 stars for me. Please take the time and read this, you won't regret it.

This book was kindly given to me in exchange for an honest and unbiased review

I liked this book but it didn't quite live up to my expectations and it had a little problem we call 'insta-love' which made it difficult for me to connect with the romance.

Let me start by talking about what I did like;
Lil was a really nice character, it was refreshing that she was kind of bad at the whole wooing thing. She ate lots, talked with food in her mouth, talked too much and said inappropriate things sometimes, was awful at small talk. You know, things that made her like a real person! She was also kind hearted, loyal, loving, honest about who she was and funny. I loved the thumb wars and tickling, it was really cute and something I could imagine happening in a real burgeoning romance.
I also thought that the added dimension in this book (not strong enough for me to consider this paranormal) of the dreams/visions of her dead twin was an interesting touch.

The other thing I really liked about this book was the plot idea. I won't reveal details as I like to try to review without spoilers but it was dramatic and heart breaking and brave of the author to write about such a serious topic that needs a lot more attention in the media. The action could have possibly been more climactic, the characters seemed to take a back seat, but I guess that is more realistic. There was also a little mystery mentioned early on and sort of forgotten about through the action that then popped up at the end. I was waiting for it and was pleasantly surprised that I hadn't guessed what it'd be at all. I liked it, I was pleased I didn't have to re-evaluate my character assessments.

I'm sorry to say, however, there were a few things that tempered my enjoyment of the book and made it difficult for the positives to shine out. Firstly, the insta-love problem. I didn't get where their love came from. A little bit of flirting, a couple of dates, not much passion or intensity, hardly know each, but BAM they're in love! I'm sorry to say I just didn't see it. Also, I don't expect all NA romance books to be steamy but this one was almost embarrassingly lacking. I actually felt sorry for Lil. I think if an author doesn't want to, or doesn't feel comfortable, describing passionate scenes then they should be avoided altogether. The sex in this book was of the 'wham, bam, thank you ma'am' variety. No talk of contraception (which makes me feel the characters are irresponsible and immature) and no foreplay and no (except one time I remember) female orgasm. It's no big deal but it just added to the feeling for me that the connection between the characters wasn't there.

I also found some of the secondary characters two dimensional. Maybe the book was too short? Not enough time to develop the friendships, family bonds or romance. A shame really because I thought Lil and Dane, the concept and the plot of the book were really good.

Oh and possible the cheesiest epilogue ever, but I probably would have loved it if I had developed a bond with the characters.

To summarise, I liked the book and enjoyed the story but was distracted by a lack of relationship development and intensity.

I would also like to note as an after thought (although I didn't let it affect my marking because having been provided with a review copy I have no way of knowing if it is identical in editing to the one on sale) - there were far too many spelling, grammar and continuity errors in this book. 'Their' when it should be 'they're', dosing when it should dozing, missing speech marks in dialogue, one minute Lil is wearing just a shirt and the next Dane is pulling her to him using belt hoops on her jeans. One or two I'd overlook even in a professionally published book (proof readers are only human!) but this was a bad case and if I have indeed read the final edit then I think it needs another serious edit.

Imagine every part of your life, every milestone, every hurdle, was shared with someone so entwined in you that their every emotion and feeling directly affected your own. Then imagine they were ripped from your life, gone forever. That's how I felt.

Lily is just returning to college after dealing with the death of twin sister Abby when she encounters Dane Hansen. Dane is also just returning to college after a long absence. The rumours about Dane and the reasons for his time away would be enough to make anyone question their attraction to him. But Lily looks deeper than those rumours and discovers the truth that Dane has been hiding.

How strong is the connection between twins? Is it so strong that even after the death of one you are still able to communicate? This is exactly what occurs between Lily and her twin sister who has recently passed away from cancer. Abby visits Lily in her dreams where they share the same closeness as before Abby's death. Abby dishes out advice and they discuss things that are occurring in Lily's life. But it then becomes more than that. Abby tells Lily something that is going to have an impact on a great many people. Also, how will people react when Lily tells them that the information has come from her dead sister?

At first I wasn't really too sure if this book contained a touch of paranormal or if it was just eluding to the deep connection that twins share but as the story progresses it all falls into place. For the most part it's a contemporary romance and then there are glimpses of paranormal which escalate as the book continues. I absolutely loved the concept of the story and really enjoyed that side of things. There was also some mystery and some twists and turns to the story and for me all of those things combined were the standout.

Dane Hanson. My heart swooned.

Oh god. That sparkle in his eyes was driving me insane. And his lips, they looked so soft, so kissable. He was so damn sexy.

The romance between Dane and Lily kind of developed quickly. Well at least their feelings for each other did. For me it was all a little too quickly and there were times that I just didn't feel the connection between them. As separate characters, both Lily and Dane were likeable, kind, caring and loving people. And they had moments where I could really see what could have been between them. They definitely had a strong connection through their grief and loss that they had both suffered. And I will say that towards the end of the book I felt the romantic connection between them the most.

All in all Inseparable was an enjoyable read built around a unique concept. I think that possibly if the book had have been longer there would have been a little more room to develop the characters and therefore the opportunity to feel better connected to them. In saying that I will definitely read more of Missy Johnson's books.

One thing I love about reading is the different tales you can immerse yourself in. No one book is ever the same. Some may contain the same concept as others, but be completely different. No trip is ever the same as the last. I just love losing myself in a good book. Even more to the point, I love losing myself in a book that is hard to put down and read until your eyes can’t stay open any longer then wake up and immediately finish what you were reading because all night you dreamt about what was going to happen next.
Okay maybe that is just me, but that is what happened when I read Inseparable by Missy Johnson. I honestly had no clue what I was getting into when I opened the Arc I received and honestly am truly glad I read it.
Let’s meet the characters shall we…..well my idea of what they looked like anyway hahahahaha.

Meet Lily……..

She is nineteen years old and trying to move past the death of her identical twin to cancer a year earlier. Starting college had always been something she expected to do with her sister, but that wasn’t the way it was happening…well not exactly the way she planned anyway…

Meet Dane…..

There is a lot of mystery around this man. He should be a junior this year, but because of taking a year off school he didn’t meet the required credits to be a junior. He WAS your typical athletic guy with a new girl on his arm as much as possible, until he took that year off suddenly.

Dane and Lily meet by chance as she is registering for school. She is lost in checking him out when he suddenly steps back stepping on her.

I will admit to it being a slow start due to the back story, but it was so well worth the read. You fall immediately in love with Dane. (At least I did) and you feel so terrible for both of them. The one thing they share is so unimaginable, but the journey they travel together is like nothing you can imagine.
“You’ve got soft hands,” He chuckled, “I believe you that you’re a nut, but maybe I like nuts.”
He likes nuts? I giggle as his face went red.
“Not what I meant, Lily,”…
This had to be one of the funniest parts for me. Their first date with nerves screaming LOL I found myself laughing.

OVERALL:
This is a heart-wrenching story about finding love and what was lost in another. It truly was a great book. I look forward to reading more from Ms. Johnson in the future. I am honored to have had this chance to be a part of her journey.
You need to read this book!

Inseparable explores the relationship between twins on an unusual backdrop. It's sweet and happy, and reflects multiple healthy relationships, which is something I absolutely love since most of the popular romance novels seem to condone some form of abuse.

I think the rumors about Dane were pretty ridiculous. As a guy that seemed to be pretty popular, you would think a lot of people would have gotten to know his personality, at least a little bit. I think it just reflects the kind of gossip that people throw around, which is a sad thing. However, I was happy that Lilly didn't let it ruin her own impressions of him. As someone who tends to follow intuition, if I have a good or bad feeling about someone, I listen.

Dane actually proved to be a great guy. He didn't do anything to justify the negative rumors even in the slightest, and I loved him for it. He was honest (for the most part) and loving.

I loved the interactions between Abby and Lilly. It was surprisingly heart warming when Lilly got to still spend time with her sister, regardless of whether or not anyone else believed her. I think a lot of people would give their right arm for the opportunity to have that kind of interaction with a loved one after death, and it was handled expertly.

The biggest aspect of the story that I enjoyed--and also resented a bit--was Steffy. While I was of course excited to see whether they would succeed in finding her, I didn't really feel like Lilly did anything. At all. Abby was the one with the information. Kella had the boyfriend, who in turn had all the convenient contacts. And Aaron was the final step. I mean, I guess Lilly was important because she relayed Abby's information, which set everything in motion. But I would have liked it if she played a more prominent role, especially because the novel is from her point of view and she's the main character.

Overall though I liked it!

When Lily loses her identical twin, Abby, her world falls apart. After spending and sharing your whole life with someone so close to you, it's hard to believe that person is gone and won't come back. Still, Lily is able to communicate with Abby trough her dreams. Determined to go on with her life, Lily desides to start over and goes to college.

When she (literally) bumps into Dane Hanson, she falls hard for him. Despite the fact that her friends warned her about him and the rumors that go around the campus, she can't stop thinking about him. With Abby's approval of him though, Lily manages to put her doubts aside about him.

After Abby tells Lily something that has to do with Dane, things really start to get interesting..

Although I never felt such a loss as Lily was feeling, Missy Johnson managed to write it in a way that I could feel it through Lily. Does that make sense? Anyway, I'm glad that Lily met Dane, who could more or less heal her wounds.

This being said, I'm moving on to Dane. I loved Dane's character so much! This funny, sexy, mysterious guy. In all the books of Missy Johnson there is a jummy guy, I just love that! If all the guys in America are this cute, I'm seriously considering moving! :P
I did not expect Dane's secret to be what it was, my heart really went to him :(

Also, I'm really glad how the book ended <3!

There were some misspellings and/or typos in the book, but it weren't that many that it bothered me ;)

There's nothing more to say other than: Missy Johnson wrote another great book! The mixture of a heavy subject combined with humor, romance and a cute guy are just the ingredients I love for a book!

Missy Johnson is definately in my top ten authors! ;D

this book was completely amazing. the whole time i read this book i thought of my twin sister. yes, we are identical, and if something would have ever happened to her i feel the same thing would happen to me!

there is a girl Lily who was going to college. she took a year off because her twin sister had died, and she had a hard time coping. Her mother placed her in a psych ward because she was seeing her twin sister and claiming that she could talk to her. the funny thing was that one day her twin sister Abby told her that their father was having an affair and where to find him. To make sure she was not crazy she went to the spot and found him. well, after therapy and medicine she only sees her sister in her dreams.

while staying with her best friend in college she saw a boy that she liked. his name is Dane. he has a dark past. everyone who went to school with him made up some type of story and told Lily that he was bad news and shouldn't be hanging out with him. Lily looked past what everyone said and started to see Dane. her twin sister told her that his sister needed her help. Dane's sister was supposedly kidnapped, raped, and killed. now she has to find a way to tell Dane about her sister without her sounding crazy and also proving that her twin sister was right and that his sister is really alive.

this book is full of sadness and happiness at the same time. there is allot going on at once, but they all flow very well in the story. i didn't want to give allot away, that is the main part of the story and all the little bits are a good plus in the story.

Received a free copy from the author in exchange for an honest review.
Inseparable is the story of 19 year old collage student Lily who has lost the identical twin Abby to cancer and has had a hard time getting over the death of her other half. she doesn't feel whole and feels lost without her.
After Abby dies Lily sees her in her dreams and speaks to her. Everyone thinks this is Lily's way of coping with the death but Abby knows things and tells Lily about thing that turn out to be true like their father having an affair.
When Lily leaves for collage away from her home she meets Dane and begins dating him. they connect through a mutual loss as the have both lost a sister but Abby soon tells Lily that when it comes to Danes sisters murder everything is not as it seems and Lily and Dane try to figure out what happened to her before its to late.
This book had me n an emotional roller-coaster and I felt all of Lily's pain, desire and hope right along with her. Very realistic.
A great read and recommended to anyone who likes Romance with a touch of Paranormal and Mystery. Will be reading more by Missy Johnson in the future.

I loved this book it really brought out all my emotions and I couldn't put it down, I read it within hours!!! Dane was this hot troubled boy who has all sorts of rumours going round about him, lily moved towns to go to college, because she didn't want to see people's pity she wanted to live her life for her and for her sister!!! She when on her first day, she literally falls over him and then try's to hide from him, just doesn't work, same classes one campus, his going to see her.

This book screamed romance for me, I did feel it was a lot like other books at first but then the twist happened and this is where the five star happened, I just didn't know how it was going to work out and I was on the edge of my seat at each milestone they got to!! I thought Dane and lily played the perfect couple, it all flowed how its suppose to, with first date and then second it was so tastefully and I really liked that!!! I'm sooooo happy with the way it ended and Dane and lily are very much one of my favourite couples!!!! I did feel maybe the second bombshell didn't need to happen but as there wasn't any sad, heartbreaking news I could cope!!! Well done missy x

Just finished reading Inseparable and I just LOVED it! I had read a few other reviews and some mentioned the falling in love fast thing, and actually, I thought everyone here was paced fairly well. The ONE thing that drove me NUTS was on page 40 of the book Kella is explaining to Lily abut her relationship with Fraser. There, his last name is Gennerson. On page 197, everyone is at Dane's parent's house for dinner and Kella and Fraser come in. kella is pregnant and they tell everyone they found out the baby is a boy and here, the last name given in Garrison. Grrrr... Wish the names would've been correct, it throws me off when stuff changes in the same book. Otherwise, I was in love with the very fast reading. It had a great psychic twist, was not too far fetched as some and was really great. I cried after they found Steffy and as everyone discussed her progress. I thought this was a really good read! Thanks so much for the chance to read it! Will look for future books! :)

This is the story of Lily, a 19 year old girl who recently lost her twin sister to cancer. After a troubled year, Lily decides it's time to go to college and try and gain her life back. Here she meets Dane, a young man with a hidden past. They have an instant connection and soon fall for each other deeply. Dane understands Lily in a way no one else can, he too lost a sister 10 years ago when she was just six. She was abducted and is believed to be dead. Lily sees and talks to her sister in her dreams and it is during one of these visits that she reveals something that neither Lily or Dane are ready for.

This is a really lovely book, well written and so easily draws you into the story and lets you learn to love the characters. I was taken in right from the beginning and truly enjoyed it right to the end. It has some beautifully sweet and tender moments, which truly will capture your heart and I just know you will fall in love with Lily and Dane too.

I assumed that when I first started to read this that is was going to be your typical College romance and I was so wrong! It has a touch of paranormal and I dont even know if I want to call it paranormal. There are twists and turns throughout this entire book. As soon as you think you have everything figured out you're hit in the face with a 2x4 sized nugget of information that makes you rethink everything. There is a lot of sorrow and pain and a lot of happiness but they somehow interwine so well with each other that you don't notice the toll your emotions are taking. I am rating this at 3.5 Stars ONLY because I personally am not a fan of the paranormal but I definitely don't want this rating to sway anyone away from the book. I do highly recommend it for a read as long as you're comfortable with reading books that are in the genre.

First, thank you to the author for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I enjoyed this book. It was not what I expected at all. I was expecting a typical love story that was sad, but it is not that way at all. The author did a great job with the storyline, and the ways that people sometimes deal with the death of someone really close to them. The last couple of books I have read seem to have cancer related issues which is close to heart for me since I am 4 months in remission from ovarian cancer.
I think that the book was well written. There were quite a few editing errors though, but it was easy for me to get past them. It was easy to fall in with the characters of the story, and get into Lily seeing and speaking to her sister that passed away. I will be keeping an eye out for more from this author.

Inseparable by Missy Johnson is a romance/mystery/feel-good story. Dane and Lily are a likeable young couple, having in common the loss of siblings - Lily's sister having died and Danes sister having been abducted and murdered. Dane and Lily fall in love after a tricky start and Lily finds visits from her deceased twin give her the opportunity to bring closure to Dane's tragic loss. These visits become highly central to the story leading us through various events and to the happy ever after ending with all issues neatly resolved. Highly recommended as a holiday read.

I was gifted this book by the author as a Read to Review and award 4stars.

Very enjoyable read. Who really knows what kind of bond identical twins have and would that bond be severed by death? I cannot imagine what this would be like.. Lily goes off to college to begin to live again but she still sees her twin in her dreams. Enter Dane a mysterious boy that has secluded himself for the past year and no one knows why. Dane's little sister was kidnapped when she was 6 and no one knows where she is. Lily and Dane find a love in each other that is beautiful. There is so much that happens that I cannot even comment on without risking ruining the story. I was happy with this book from page one and really enjoyed the ending. I will be looking for more from this author.

Lily has lost her twin, Dane has lost his sister.. when they run into each other in Lily's first year of college neither one of them expected what was to happen next. Love, Passion, Hurt, Anger, Fear, Surprise, and a little CRAY CRAY going on in this book. I felt the up and down rollercoaster ride as each new twist and turn took place. Dane has a secret though.. one that could make or break it with Lily.. I loved the ending.. I was shocked with the twists it provided.. thank you Missy for an awesome book!!

I had high hopes for this book, but I was disappointed. It started off good and I liked the premise, but it fell short. Everything happened too smoothly to be believable. And I was very confused about where the book took place and where the characters were from. It's not a bad story, but in my opinion it could be better with a little tweaking.

This book was weird for me. There were some really good parts, but it went a little off the rails for me. A lot going on and it seemed disjointed to me. Foreign authors shouldn't write books for American characters if they don't know the language as it can be very distracting. The language was definitely distracting!
