Margaret's latest book 'One More for the Kingdom?' has just been published - July 2017. She is also the author of the 'How do I know?' series and the BSBP series. All the profit from her writing goes to Tearfund - a Christian charity working in many parts of the world to release people from both material and spiritual poverty. To find out more about Tearfund check out their website - www.tearfund.org and to find out more about Margaret check out her website www.howdoiknowbooks.com

The 'How do I know?' series arose from a desire to answer the many questions that Margaret has been asked by friends about God. It also includes many questions she has had in her own mind over the years.

'How do I know I know God?' is the first book in this series. The purpose of this first book is to point you to the Lord Jesus Christ and Margaret's desire is that if you do not know Him then you should come to know Him personally. She would recommend therefore that you read the Bible - by far the best book of all! - but if you read any of the books in the 'How do I know?' series then her prayer is that these will generate in you a desire to seek God and get to know Him better.

The BSBP series (Bible Studies for Busy People) are for a specific group of people - those who have a real desire to study the Bible but find they simply do not have the time. Life can be so busy and whilst there are many very good Bible Studies and Commentaries available, these can be quite off-putting for very busy people.

Margaret is an experienced Speaker and is also an Accredited Speaker for Tearfund. She works for this charity on a voluntary basis. Margaret has a degree in Theology from London University and has a great love for the Bible.

The second in a three-book series, this book continues the interesting two-person narrative now focusing on the leading and guiding of God in the life of the Christian.

Very thoughtful discussion of core life issues based on sound biblical doctrine…presented in a format that pulls the reader in.

I highly recommend this book.

Heart filling

Thank you for explaining in simple terms the answer to my question. For decades I’ve wondered if I was doing God’s will or just being selfish. I’ve been doing both. Now I can go forward with better understanding of what God wants me to do.

Excellent strategies to help Christians fulfill their purpose in God

Because the title of this book is the cry of your heart, author Margaret Weston has provided tremendous wisdom that will steer you into understanding and fulfilling God's destiny for your life. As servants of Christ she highlights the importance of spending time with God through prayer and reading His word. As we get more intimate with God, she states, that our desires will be brought in line with His.

Weston's main theme in knowing God's will is that we would change our hearts from self centeredness to servanthood. This book is for all levels of maturity as even many seasoned Christians will have overlooked leading a selfless life. Scriptures are woven throughout that help anchor the reader in biblical principles of service. "It is in serving him that we not only bless others but also find we live our lives to the full!"

Cultivate the biblical virtue's while you trust and patiently have faith that God is in control and will work things out on your behalf. As you gain valuable strategies in learning God's plan for your life I will close with a quote from Margaret Weston that will stick with me forever. "We should remember that other people' destinies are on the other side of our faithfulness – or lack of it ".

The proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to Tearfund. This is a Christian international aid to end poverty and injustice in the world's poorest communities.
