Alyssa Fox is shocked to find herself pursued by the gorgeously wicked billionaire. She believes she’s nothing like the women he was used to. And then she realizes he’s built a whole different image around the woman writing those steamy series.

"There was a naughty girl
And a naughty girl was she,
For nothing would she do
But scribble poetry"

Katelyn Skye began her creative career very young, writing little romantic poems that she was too afraid to show to anybody. After graduating from high school and getting admitted into college, her poems slowly developed into longer verses and eventually into little stories that she finally allowed others to read.

They eventually matured, as she did, to romances filled with the wildest fancies of her imagination. As her own sex life flourished, so did the lives of her characters and her stories became edgier, more alive than ever before.

Katelyn Skye endeavors to give her readers the most modern and contemporary romance tales for women. She writes strong, independent female characters who either learn to, or are not afraid to experience all that life has to give.

She hopes you enjoy reading her work as much as she has always enjoyed writing it.

Enjoy,

Katelyn Skye

I give this book 4 stars based on the hot steamy sex scenes. This book does not have much of a plot and that is ok with me. When you read short stories you do not get much of one anyway. lol

Alyssa is a erotic romance writer who is not a fan of crowds, or social events. She is very private and is happy just being with friends and family. She is not very comfortable around strangers or being the center of attention.

Lucas is a billionaire entrepreneur who gets what he wants when he wants and how he wants. Some conceder him a playboy.

Lucas is a fan of Alyssa's writing. He is wanting to pick up her contract for another book. He did not realize once he met her he had to have her. Will Alyssa give Lucas what he wants? Can she be what he needs? Will Alyssa be one of the women she writes about?

My review is short on this one because I do not want to go into to much detail the book is only 37 pages. But it is 37 pages of Hot steamy sex!!!! Guess I am going to have to buy the others to continue the story.

Alyssa is an author of erotic content. She's totally different than the women she writes about. She just lets her imagination run wild with them. While attending an event, in walks this wickedly handsome billionaire Lucas. He's just the type of man she writes about in her books. She is shocked to find herself pursued by Lucas thinking that she is not his type because she's not a barbie doll type. Learning that he thinks she's just like the women she pens, she's in for the ride of her life. I enjoyed the story and would definitely read the series to see the outcome of this relationship.

I really loved this. It gives an interesting view point into being an erotica writer and how being one doesn't necessarily mean you have a crazy sex life.

I loved the characters and it was just really great for a novella. I would love to read the rest of this series.

It was short but I liked it. They way he's fixed with Alyssa and how he pursued her is different of other books. I liked how she opens for the experience, even though she doesn't know him. Interesting reading.

this was a very quick read. Its hard to get a decent review and not give the story away. So Ill say this... I'm intrigued enough to look into getting the next books in the series. Maybe all of them should have been just one book.. smiles quick but enjoyable.

Alyssa Fox is an author, that writes what she does not live. That is until Lucas Edge offers to make all her fantasy's (and HIS) come true. Edge of Submission is a HOT start to the Breathless series. I can't wait to get my hands on the rest of the series!!

Slow starter...

It's was dry and slow to read. But once it picked up,slow or dry didn't exist. more like fast and wet! I felt the seems were to overly wordy. it baited me to want to read the next book.

Control

Passion...control..plenty of hot sex. Billionaire finds a new toy plays he does. Alyssa wasn't sure what she gotten into so fast with Lucas but she knew she liked it. A little bondage with more to come.

Short novella, highly sexual. And the pace and voice of the story was a bit off. It wasn't the worst book i've read but definitely not the best.

Steamy sex scenes, but there is no reason why they couldn't just wait to make the series a novel. There is barely a backstory.

Sexy, and I liked the characters, but not enough meat or pull to make me want to continue on with the series.

Alyssa may have just wrote books, but what Lucas gave her was so much better. Lucas may be rich, but he knows his sex life is lacking. I can't wait to read the rest of this series.

Whelp, I’ve done it again, something I swore I would never do again:

I read another book by Lucia Jordan

Only this time, I was suckered into it, because the author was listed as Katelyn Skye.

Well, now I know better.

I hate Lucia Jordan. I hate her prolificness, because damn she publishes a lot of book. I hate her shallow characters, I hate the super short book lengths, I (now) hate that she’s writing other horrible books under another name, and I especially hate this word: cum. There’s just something so 1970’s icky porn about it, it completely throws me out of the moment.

Skimmed this one, and yep, still hate this author.
