Whether we like it or not, our daily life routine can quickly turn into a repetitive mechanical process of dullness. When we go to school, work, or practice, do we actually engage 100 percent in the activities that we decide to take on? Well, probably not. The reason for this is our level of engagement in an activity is constantly influenced by mood, attitude, and the staggering number of people that we interact with throughout the day. In other words, the terrible trio-mood, attitude, and those around us-subjects us to the mechanical motions of life. Perhaps the most comforting thing, though, is that as independent human beings, we have the ability to determine which parts of the trio actually end up affecting our everyday lives. This guide to hyping up your life provides several incredible tips on how to own the terrible trio. Once you implement these strategies in your life, nothing can bring you down. You can win-no matter what.
I was given this book as a present to me from my mentor... And, before a year was up, my life changed completely. It takes practice and it takes faith....but, I can tell you it's worth it and it works. Since that time I have recommended it to over 50 people, and I usually include a copy of "The Art of Influencing Anyone" by Niall Cassidy.....These two books alone will change your life if you understand, practice, and above all believe. Don't just read them once or twice....read them everyday, over and over, pieces at a time, for the rest of your life, and soon you too will be buying them by the case to give to every person you meet. Be prepared for amazing things to happen to you.
All the more that I grew up in another nowhere small town in Pennsylvania made Nihar Suthar's book all the more authentic and enjoyable. This is more than just a re-hash of motivational flotsam-jetsam floating through since the 1970s. Suthar is young and that perspective means everything here. Neither is it naive either. At a young age this entrepreneur has taken to traveling the world finding what motives us all, and it comes down to that we just want something to do and good people to do it around. The secret is that this living in that scenario is all about what we as individuals bring into it.
This was a quick read and very inspiring. Mr. Suthar has included numerous quotes and stories to illustrate his points and makes some very good points about how to beat the "terrible trio".
I was pleasantly surprised by Nihar Suthar's inspirational book. I've read several motivational books by masters like Wayne Dyer and Louise Hay and this book can easily fall into the must read categories for self improvement. It's an easy read, illustrated with short accounts of everyday heroes who have inspired and motivated others. If you're looking for a quick perk full of positivity for your day, choose this book. It's amazing what this young motivator has done, compiling beautiful quotes and stories to bring to life a short manual on how to improve your life by changing your attitude. Proceeds of the sales also go to charity, showing what a wonderful person the author is. He's really wanting to change lives through his writing. Nicely done!
I got this book as a giveaway in Goodreads with a personalized note from author for an honest review. I am not a fan of self help books. This book didn't change my perception. Like any other self help books author has a bunch of suggestions for the reader. He has put a lot of motivational stories picked from different areas. There is Gyan, stories and quotes. The part I loved about this book is that it is small.
Like many self-help books, this one has moments that are cheesy and oversimplified but the author has a way of tying the stories together that turn them into an inspirational read. Stick with this short book for a new perspective and a way to improve your life with minimal effort and maximum results.
