So this book brings to a close the story of Sebastian and Elizabeth and what a close it is. I love books that I can interact with and even though I have loved, loved, loved, books 1 and 2 it was within this book that I interacted more. I wanted to scream (well I actually did) at the pages Beth, yes your right! Go with your gut feeling! Jesus why can't they see what's going on! I was agitated, fired up and wanting to leap into the pages and do some damage! Not that I'm agressive - honest!

Oh boy I have loved these books, I have laughed, been shocked, frustrated and bawled my eyes out! I have to say Janey pens emotional scenes extraordinarly well, the scenes in this book between her and her son are oh so bloody vivid, heart wrenching and downright beautiful.

If all Janey's books are like this trilogy then I think she'll be reaping the rewards of a huge fan base very quickly and I can't wait for more books to be released.

If Janey ever wants more Beta readers I hope she can see me waving and shouting PICK ME, PICK ME, PICK ME!!!

Excellent end to an excellent trilogy and worth every single penny!

Love love love this book! I could not put it down! Janey ties up the Trilogy incredibly well with this book. I love how each book picks up where the last one left off, but you defintely need to read all three in order otherwise you'll get lost. Elizabeth becomes Sebastian's submissive and he opens her eyes to a new way of having sex. She enjoys having Sebastian take the lead which she needs and wants from him. The sex scenes in this book continue to heat up the pages! Elizabeth grows more suspicious with Scarlett and starts to suspect that she's up to no good and that her life may be in danger. Sebastian redeems himself as my favorite book boyfriend and I understood him much better in this book. I just wanted to hug him in the last book and more so in this book! There is a lot of twist and turns and you will be on the edge of your seat as you read this!

I love this series! So glad I didn't judge Lord Sebastian. WOW! Very pleased with the ending. I miss Joe though. That was a punch in the stomach in book 1 but it drove the point home.

Well written and an overall feel good book. I stuck with it and understand Lord Sebastian better and can appreciate him more. I wish there was more in the series.

I read all three books in one weekend. I could not put them down. Wonderful when books have that effect on me.

Thank you Ms. Rosen. I loved your books.

OMG what a book, fully enjoyed this book, when reading this book I was taken back by all the bad luck that Beth had to deal with when was she going to get some good luck, I really like Sebastian he really did care for Beth, Scarlett was a Bitch I really disliked her but I can understand why she was such a bitch and the way she was towards Beth, You can tell that Sebastian and Beth truly love each other and that love always conquers all evil. I fully loved the end of this book

Sebastian - Retribution (Kindle Edition)

Beth knows she has to get away from Penmorrow and more importantly to get away from Scarlet. Beth is convinced Scarlet is trying to kill her so she can have Sebastian all to her self.
Beth goes to the police after she's been home for a few days, the police have blood tests done and the results confirm Beth's suspicions .
A great trilogy, would highly recommend these books!

Janey Rosen does it again with her extremely talented imagination and writing! Sebastian is a lot more open as he helps Elizabeth through her darkest hour through the whole trilogy. It was a wonderful journey watching the two of them grow together so much that I was in tears when it ended. I look forward to many more works from this author!

I loved this book again. 9/10 I rate this book.

I was a bit disappointed by there not being a pregnancy between the two main characters. I think it's a little bit unrealistic to think that the lead female character wouldn't get pregnant when she's been having an unprotected sexual relationship with her partner for the best part of a year, especially when in the first book it was revealed that Sebastian's (the lead male) parents were in their forties when they had him, and the main female character has her 40th birthday during the book. I just thought that this would add an interesting element to the book that would make Sebastian protect his love, no matter what.

In this book the main female character suffers from a so say mental illness even though she suspects it's Sebastian's former lover whose giving her the drugs to basically kill her and get the man she wants, even though he doesn't love her. The former lover had a disturbed childhood and so is completely crazy. She doesn't love him, I don't believe. She just doesn't want anyone else to have him. She killed his previous wife and she 's trying to kill his love in the present. She killed her husband so the lead female character would come and live with him. The only reason the lead woman was meant to come to the house was so that she could give him the heir he needed to carry on his line. Of course this child isn't his (unfortunately for us) but meant to be her son or daughter from her previous marriage. When her son dies however, accidentally the daughter is the only one left. Sebastian accepts the daughter as if she was his own flesh and blood, which is sweet. Sebastian finds out about what his former lover is doing to his girlfriend and goes to find her. It's assumed that she drowned by walking out to sea.

At the end of the book the former lover appears though in their bedroom one night, without Sebastian there as he's away to confirm her death by drowning. The main female character is shocked and taken to the wine cellar, in the dungeons (the Dom/Sub room). There she is abused and mistreated by the younger former lover. Luckily for her though Sebastian comes back and finds her by herself tied to a device. He unties and soothes her by telling her he loves her. Then he leaves to find the former lover on the roof, where she jumps and commits suicide. The lead character then feints and a few days later wakes up in hospital.

While in hospital Sebastian again apoligises for doubting his girlfriend, telling her he didn't want to believe that his former lover was evil. Her daughter, mother and best friend are at the hospital too. Sebastian then proposes to her and of course she says yes and that she loves him and he tells her he loves her.

The book ends on a happy note, when the couple get married around those that love them.

Sebastian Retribution is the final installment in the trilogy. We rejoin Sebastian and Elizabeth exactly where we left off in book #2. Elizabeth continues to try to figure out how to be submissive to Sebastian, while maintaining her independence and identity. She also has to deal with the live-in maid, who seems to want Sebastian as well. The twists and turns in this book bring the trilogy to a close in a nice package.

I liked this book a little more than the other 2. I felt like we get to know Elizabeth a little bit more and we see her become more assertive and self-confident. She starts to think for herself about more than how to keep her man. I like alpha males, but I also like a woman who can stand up to him when necessary. The bit of paranormal plays very nicely as well. Be sure to read all 3 books in order so you don't miss out on any part of this story! 4 out of 5! {babusbookshelf.blogspot.com}

Ok so I have to admit that this series dragged on a bit too much for my liking. It's such a strange plot, what I mean is that it's not a typical romance and I have to say I didn't like either Sebastian or Elizabeth. He took dominance to another level and the fact that she liked it but loathed it at the same time got all my nerves. Obviously the story is full of angst, twists, turns and suspense. The sex is very descriptive and maybe a bit over the top. It's a love story, but I didn't feel the love so I found myself skipping some scenes which were drawn out and not really necessary. Obviously it's a HEA but at what cost??? If you enjoy harder dominance stories this is for you, I found myself stopping half way through and coming back to finish the series. It just didn't keep me enthralled so although it had a suspenseful story and plot it wasn't really my cup of tea.
