Help, I'm a Prisoner in a Toothpaste Factory

Rate this book
As Ronnie is cleaning his teeth one morning, he sees a message written in the toothpaste: "HELP!" it reads, "I AM A PRISONER IN A TOOTHPASTE FACTORY!"
Later, there is an even more urgent appeal: "HELP! THERE IS NOT MUCH TIME!"

So, with the somewhat dubious help of Uncle Roger, Ronnie sets off on the toothpaste trail, desperately trying to avoid the wicked clutches of the chemist.
But when Mum and Dad are imprisoned in Glum's Toothpaste Factory, Ronnies mission becomes even more dangerous.
Can he solve the whole extraordinairy mystery before he, too, becomes a prisoner?

This book is so witty at times and had laugh out loud moments.

"I confiscate everything on behalf of the Indian government, that's why. Everything that comes ashore, that is. Customs and exercise."

"Don't you mean 'Excise'?"

"I mean exercise -- they haven't issued me with a bicycle yet"

Would save it for another read when my kids would be sensible enough to understand the humor in it.
