Anyone that enjoys lovely light reads with the right amount of romance should read this. Very empowering and moving.

This story follows Zoey. A girl that escapes her abusive husband. In the process she finds something she wasn't counting on...... . Love.
Hutch is absolutely adorable and the man any woman would be lucky to call her home.

3.5 Shooting Stars!

The blurb starts out with:
"When you have a good heart,
You help too much,
You trust too much,
You give too much,
You love too much, ..."

Well, for me, it was too much and too fast!!
I liked the story & the characters, but things happened so quickly as soon as Brennan landed in Sterling, Wyoming. I used the word "landed" on purpose because as I was reading, I thought of Star Trek's "warp speed" to describe the pace of the book.

The book could also have started with,
Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

Like a fairytale, most everything was PERFECT!!!!
-Brennan was, IMO, a combination of most of fairytale princesses! She was beautiful (of course) sweet, nice, vulnerable yet tough, and so on... Everybody in Sterling liked her and wanted to protect her.
-Hutch (Prince Charming) was the perfect book boyfriend! Didn't think a man like that existed, even in books. In a blink of an eye, he was thoroughly in love & devoted to Bren.
-Bailey (The Fairy Godmother) was the perfect older woman who seemed
to have adopted Brennan in an instant.
-Simon was Brennan's perfect, loyal friend.
-Darrin was the perfect villain/abusive husband. Perfect as in perfectly psychotic!!

Then, a lot of drama and action ensued in lightning speed. But the best part, as in all fairy tales,
Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

There you go, I gave it 3.5 stars because I'm a sucker for fairytales! ; )

Brennan is running from her old life & her abusive husband Darrin. She doesn’t care where she goes as long as he never finds her. The train stops in Sterling, Wyoming and she knows that this is where she needs to be. The less people around to know what she looks like, the safer she will be, or so she thinks.
She walks into a Diner and is greeted by Betty who is more than friendly and understands more than most, that everyone has a story. Bren asks Betty if there is anywhere in the small town to stay and she directs her towards Bailey’s Boarding House. Bren walks into Bailey’s and right away she meets the owner, Bailey who needs some help. Bren feels an instant pull towards the older woman needing some help. Bailey offers her a place to stay and she knows that she is close to finding her way home.
Bailey has sent Hutchinson up to get Bren for dinner that night since she can't make the trek up the step to the 3rd floor herself. As soon as Bren opens the door, she feels this crazy pull towards Hutch, something that she feels she shouldn't be feeling since she has just left her abusive husband behind in Florida. What ever it is with him, she doesn’t care. He is more than willing to help her about and find her way around.
Bailey starts working at Betty’s Cafe and is making a routine and starting to really like Sterling and everyone in the small town. She is really hoping that Darrin never finds her. For the first time since marrying him she can breathe and be herself. But she is still hiding her true identity from everyone and she is afraid that if they find out who she is, that they won't help hide her anymore. But Bailey keeps telling her, that when she is ready, she can tell her story and no one will judge her at all, because like most people drawn to Sterling, they are all hiding something from their past.
Once Bren finally lets Hutch into her heart, it is like a romance unlike any she has ever dreamt could happen to her. She has opened her heart 100% to him and is genuinely happy for the first time in her life, but like everything, she knows he is hiding something from her. Hutch has always been more than vocal with why he landed in Sterling, but he hasn't found the right time to tell Bren. He knows she is very understanding, but will she open up to him finally?
Bren has been keeping in touch with Simon who is her best friend and has helped her run from Darrin. Simon is starting to get worried and is coming to Sterling to see Bren and hopefully hide from Darrin himself. Simon comes to Sterling with his boyfriend Chris and they are right away taken aback by how close this small town is and how welcoming everyone is. They now understand why Bren is here.
Bren’s true identity comes out and it is like all along they knew she was hiding. No one passes judgement on her and she is finally free when all learn that Zoey is Bren. She feels like she can be fixed and no longer broken. Hutch has given her so much love and Bailey has become like a grandmother to her and when something tragic happens and hits this town, everyone comes together and stands behind all that are affected.
The story from this point on, moves and becomes intense and is way more than a page turner. My heart was beating the whole time I was finishing this book. This is the first book by Vicki Green that I have read and I am now on a task to finish her library. She has written this book with such intensity and love that you can not help but want to keep reading instead of doing daily house work.

Received an ARC of this from the author.
This was a truly lovely warm story. Travelling through the night on a boat I lost myself in this book while everyone slept.
I'm not going to say much about what happens except to say while reading this it's easy to believe that no matter how hard life can get there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Even though I finished this 4 days ago this book has stayed with me. The writing of this author is fantastic. I'm looking forward to reading more from her. I highly recommend this brilliant read.

OMG!!! This book is so intense and emotional. I fell in love with these characters and was so invested. Vicki makes you feel every emotion as the characters experience them. This book will make you laugh and cry. I want to go live in this town and meet these people. Hutch is an amazing guy and anyone would be so amazingly lucky to find him. Vicki's characters are so well written you will want to meet them too.

An HEA for a girl with an abusive husband. A place not on the map...where unlikely, unbelievable things happen constantly...one after the other. Skimmed parts to it move along. May interest a reader new to romance, not familiar with the story line.

I received an ARC copy of this book to give an honest review that I will post to Amazon as well as Goodreads. It will be added to my blog for any blog tour going of the book at this time.
Brennan is trying to find a safe place to live to get away from her abusive husband Darrin. Her friend Simon comes up with a plan after the last time she was hurt to get her out. He has her get a train ticket to just go anyplace and stay there until they can figure out something better. After a few stops that just didn’t fell like the right place; she decided to stay in Sterling Wyoming.
She get off the train and goes to the local Café to get some coffee and something to eat. She finds a place off towards the back so that she is not seen or bothered by anyone. Sets her stuff down when I nice lady comes up to her to see if she would like anything. Brennan is shaken at first but puts on her best smile and orders her food with a black coffee. Once her food and coffee arrive the lady whose name is Betty notices she is wearing sunglasses indoors but doesn’t ask anything just, but asks if she is looking for a place to stay. Brennan say that she way but didn’t have much money. Betty tells her about a Boarding House a few blocks away and she could get a room there for a great deal. Brennan get up from the table and pays for her food and coffee and walks out and waves bye to Betty. As she is walking she spots the most beautiful house with everything she would have in the house she wants someday. She rounds the corner and sees the four story Boarding House. Walks up to the front door to ring the doorbell but there is a sign that says “Come on in make yourself at home” so she walks in. She hears noise coming from the kitchen area so she heads that way. There is the sweetest older lady trying very hard to reach some spices on the top shelf but can’t seem to get them Brennan offers to help. Sets her stuff down on the table gets a chair and gets the stuff the lady needs. Then offers to take all the spices and move them down to a lower shelf for her to reach at a later time. The lady introduces her says as Bailey and the owner and offers Brennen a room on the fourth floor. She tells her all the things that can and can’t be done. She tells her that she can’t walk her up to her room but it will be easy to find.
Once she is settled in her room she relaxing and hears a knock on her door. She goes to the door and see this oh my of a man. Talk guy with blue eyes and dimples in his checks when he smiles. He tells her that Bailey asked him to come up and get her for dinner. He tells her his name and they walk down to the kitchen for dinner. They both are having feeling for each other but not sure why they are. Bren is feeling really uneasy around Hutch after dinner so she says she’ll clear the table and take care of the kitchen. Hutch stands and offers to assist her and this was not what she was wanting she wanted to be away from him so she can figure out what was going on with her. As soon as the kitchen was done she excused herself and went to her room to get things in order.
While she was in her room she turned on her laptop to check her email and seen she had a message from her best friend Simon. He is the one who helped her get away from Darrin with the help of Chris who provided her with a fake ID and got her a rinse to change her hair color to help her hide. She told him that she was safe and that she really misses them both but not to worry.
Hutch is in his room trying to figure out how he can have feeling for another woman after he lost his wife to cancer. He never dreamed he would be able to love another like he loved her but her can’t get Bren out of his mind. She is always there when he closes his eyes.
A few weeks go by and Bren is able to talk to Hutch and she is able to tell him a little of what had happen to her and he is very upset about what he has learned.
Okay I have to stop here because there is a lot of really good twist and turns that happen in this story that you really need to read for yourself. I hope that you enjoy this as much as I did.

I have to start off by saying I adore this book. There were so many different story lines and many ways this could have twisted and turned, but the author did a fabulous job at keeping everything together and took me on a journey I will not soon forget.

Zoey, escapes from an abusive husband with the help of two friends. We don't really know how bad the abuse was till later in the book but let’s just say she was lucky to get out alive. She starts over with a new name, new hair and new town. She just randomly picks a small town on a gut feeling and it was the best choice she ever made. I want to move to Sterling Wyoming. The people there are an accepting and helpful group and they have a common phrase, people come there to escape from something, everyone has a story.

Hutch, he also escaped to Sterling nine months prior, after losing the most important thing in his life. He gave up his football and modeling career because he just didn't have the energy to live any more. He found a place in that small town with the help of Bailey, a sweet old lady who runs the boarding house. There are other characters in the book that you will want to meet and will fall in love with.

This book took us on the journey of Zoey and Hutch. What I loved about this story is they both knew what they wanted and they didn't play games of back and forth. He knew he had opened his heart to her and she knew she had a reason to finally begin healing for him. It was very fast for them to recognize they were brought to this town for a reason and they didn't waste a minute to get there. Each had a hard time trusting their hearts, they both wanted to protect themselves from ever feeling the pain of their past again, but their love wouldn't allow that. They were both very mature in their actions and I respect that a lot from an author. We don't get to see much of that in books these days. No one was attention seeking, both committed to making this work and they both trusted each other enough to let the walls they had built crumble to the ground.

Zoey had to deal with the husband finding her and that whole situation became pretty intense. I was holding my breath and starting to feel the panic when it all came to a head, but not once did she waiver from the idea that Hutch would protect her. The two things I loved most about this book were the characters and the rhythm of the story. The author created characters that you not only will fall in love with but they will leave a lasting impression with you. There were so many times I would miss my Grandma when I was reading about Bailey, and I would cry for the pain Hutch had endured. I would sob when Zoey had to tell her secrets about what her husband had done to her. I just don't see a way you can read this book and not become emotionally invested with these people and this town. The second thing is there was a lot of action in this book. There was never a time I felt the story was dragging, but the author wrote in such an expert way I never felt overwhelmed or lost in the plot. I lost myself in the book, but never had to go back and try to figure out what was going on. The timing was perfect, the scenes were laid out in a way the events occurred smoothly, and I was very impressed with the balance.

Of course in the end we have a HEA and it isn't a cliff hanger, but I do wish with all of my heart we could see the story of Betty and Chuck unfold, what happens to Matt and will Simon and Chris be happy with their new life. You will experience a little bit of every emotion from happiness to anger, sadness to extreme joy. It was a wonderful journey to be a part of and I highly recommend this book. So many times Zoey and Hutch would have had the perfect reason to just give up but they never did. This book was about starting over; trusting your heart, allow others back into your life after you have been crushed by humans. It is also about what love can overcome, when given the chance. Please make sure you grab your copy of this book.

Given by the author for an honest review for her Blog Tour

Finding my way home is such a sweet story underneath the drama and the suffering..From the first page, you will realize that it’s special and wonderful..It’s a book filled with love..And I LOVED this book for that exact reason..

While you’re reading a book, you will pass various emotional states..Happy, Hot, Pissed off, Sad etc..But Finding my way home is different..It’s the first time that I remained on one state..Love..The writing is wonderful and the story is sweet and romantic..I don’t usually love a story that is SO sweet, to be honest..But this one spoke to me..From the beginning to the end..
Of course, despite its sweetness, there is a lot of pain and suffering in it..Abuse, Cancer, Loss, Violence, Craziness…It didn’t have any mysterious aura about it..Everything was crystal clear about it, so the sweet romance covered over anything bad..

I guess you could say that the story is surreal..Falling in love so fast and so hard..A grandmother like Bailey….A town like Sterling..It doesn’t happen in real life (I think)…But once in a while, everyone needs to read an optimistic, hopeful and beautiful book like this one..

In other words, the story itself is sweet, romantic and a bit surreal..Vicki’s writing is beautiful, truthful and soul-seeking…I swear, some authors just speak to our hearts through their writing..Vicki did that with Finding my way home..

How about I tell you some (not many) things about our characters?!

>>Zoey is a strong woman..No one can doubt that.. She survived so much and still managed to be a sweet kind-hearted person, who cares about people and gives love unconditionally..Yes she is scarred by what happened to her..But she is determined to overcome it and find herself again..She’s determined to build a life for her..Not let fear overrule her ever again..

She is a woman worth reading about..

>> Hutch is perfect..Seriously he’s perfect..Serious and playful..Caring and sexy..Thoughtful and romantic but naughty and umm well-equipped, as well….PERFECT…

For a man like Hutch, I would go to Sterling and even further than that…

Finding my way home is a sweet romantic book with characters who have lived through pain and loss, got stronger and fell deeply in love with one another..After you read it, you will be left with a nice little smile and a dreamy mind….

****May contain light spoilers****

I really wanted to love this story, but it just feel short of mark for me. I understand that I'm reading fiction, and can usually overlook a lot, but I found it hard with this story.

Brennan is running from her abusive husband. She does not act like a skittish, abused wife that just escaped her husband. Except for being told that she is afraid I didn't really see evidence of it. She did "jump" a few times at the beginning of the story when someone walked up behind her, and one time she freaked out when she was cornered by a strange man. But, I think anyone would be afraid when cornered by a man you don't know. She is pretty open to everyone and already flirty with Hutch. Almost from the get-go she is having lusty thoughts about him. She really isn't leery of him at all. I would think if she was abused, she would be more inclined to not trust people, especially men.

The new town she decides to settle in is just too friendly. Every smiles, and winks. It seems like everyone Brennan encounters winks at her. The first time or two was fine, but then over and over it became too much for me. Also, Brennan was super cheerful. I suppose that she would feel some relief with her new found freedom, but I would assume that she would still be looking over her shoulder. I mean it is just days since she escapes.

The insta-love between Hutch and Brennan was a little hard for me to swallow. She obviously shouldn't have been so trusting so soon after leaving her husband. He just lost his wife, his entire world, the woman he cherished more than anything, but suddenly feels more for Brennan than he did his late wife in a matter of a few days. To me, there was also an overuse of him calling her "Baby." He couldn't speak to her, or even think about her, without calling her baby at least once (or several times.)

If I could have gotten past these few issues, I could have liked this book a lot more. This story just didn't work for me, but it obviously works for others. I'm definitely in the minority. It is a quick read, and thought I thought the subject matter should have been a bit heavy, it was quite light. It also definitely has a happily ever after ending.

I just finished reading Finding My Way Home and I really liked it. I thought the story was quick and cute read. Bren and Hutch are very cute together and I was hoping that they would have the HEA~!

Brennan is on the run from an abusive husband (Darrin)when she stumbles across a town named Sterling. Population 586. She decides to stay there and hopes that Darrin doesn't find her. She meets Betty at the café and Betty offers her a job and a place to stay at the boarding house with Bailey. They all want to help her and know that there is something going on. She ends up meeting Hutch there at the boarding house. He has been staying there for 9 months since losing his wife to cancer. He can see that there is something wrong with Bren and wants to help her too. Will Bren be able to trust the town of Sterling to keep her safe? Will Bren being able to move on with Hutch? Most importantly, will Darrin find her? You will have to read and see.

I really liked the story, I thought it flowed really well. I liked the whole concept of the small little town wanting to helps its people. You definitely do not see that these days. Grant it, I know it is a story but thought this fit perfectly with what the other was trying to do! Hutch, is sexy, sweet and romantic. I just loved how he wanted to protect Bren right from the start. Bren is a sweet girl, and I just honestly wanted her to have her happy ending. She had been through so much with Darrin, I just wanted for her to be happy.

The secondary characters were awesome. Bailey, Betty, Hutch, Chris and Simon. They are just good people and were there for her when she needed it.

I really liked the chemistry between Hutch and Bren. It was hard for her to let her walls down especially when she is on the run and can totally see why. They were just awesome together. Their dialogue, sex. It was just HOT!

If you are looking for a cute and quick story then do not miss out on this one. You will enjoy it just liked I did.

Home Sweet Home! Great story of recovery and rediscovery with a hint of suspense. This story takes place is a very small town in the mountains of Wyoming. Where neighbors still help neighbors without expecting anything in return! Even though I'm more of a beach girl, the setting pulls you in and makes we want to visit Sterling, Wyoming ... and now a bit about the story...

Brennan (aka Zoey Carmichael) has just left her abusive husband. A friend helped her get a fake ID and a train ticket. She's been on the train for a while trying to decide where to start over when she arrives in Sterling, Wyoming - population 586. She is immediately taken in by the friendliness of the town. A nice local Cafe, Coffee shop, and boarding house are some of her first stops. Though Bailey, the woman running the boarding house, seems a little creepy at times, Bren fits right in and feels part of the small town immediately. It takes her a few days, but she does start to open up to Hutch and Kathryn. Hutch, a former pro football player, who lost his first wife to cancer also lives in the boarding house. Kathryn is the town psychiatrist. As she starts to feel more normal and starts falling for Hutch, and he for her, they see a news flash about her being missing. Her dirt bag husband has offered a million dollars to anyone who can help find her. Now the suspense begins, will he find her and what will happen if he does..... I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did!

Favorite quotes:
- "I knew someone would be here today that needed it. I saw you coming." Ok. That's a little creepy but endearing as well.
- I had given her everything: my love, my heart, my soul. How can I give that to someone and then once they're gone, give it to anyone else?

Finding My Way Home by Vicki Green is an incredible and emotional story of two people who were meant to find their way home to each other. Hutchinson "Hutch" Parker is a widow who lost his football and modeling careers when his wife died of cancer. Brennan, who's real name is Zoey Carmichael, is an abused wife running from her abusive husband. With something in both of their hearts they both ended up in a small little town not even listed on a map. They both were staying at Bailey's Boarding House running from their pasts. Hutch and Zoey never expected to find love on their quest to start over. Bailey, an elderly woman, on the other hand knew they were coming and would find each other. Finding each other the pull they had towards one another was something they both knew was unexpected but felt right. Zoey's husband Darrin, had found Zoey and was going to make sure she was his forever. Even with the town, and Zoey's friends they had no idea how far Darrin would go to keep Zoey from happiness. So much loss, fear, loss, happiness, and turmoil explains this book. Vicki Green writes incredibly well, she shows the emotions very well for each character. Finding My Way home will have make you smile, worry, and cry throughout the entire book.

Favorite Quotes:
"Hutchison Parker. I've been lost and trying to find my true love and my way home. And I've found both."

"Baby, I know we haven't known each other long but you're it for me. You fill my heart with love and happiness, something I haven't had in so long and thought I would never have again."

"I love you baby. Remember that. Always remember that. I'll never, ever, forget you. Take care of our baby."

~I received an ARC from Book Enthusiast Promotions in exchange for an honest review~

This was a quick, cute read. Brennan Michaels escapes from her abusive husband with the help of her her best friend and his partner. She gets on a train with no destination in mind. She ends up falling into a town so small it cannot be found on maps. It's here that she meets Hutchinson Parker, but most people just call him Hutch. He's an ex football player who had to find his own way home after he lost his beloved wife to cancer. When he meets Bren for the first time, it's like a spark of life comes alive within him and he finally feels something since his wife's death.

Find My Way Home is all about Brennan finding herself with the help of Hutch, but possibly falling in love along the way. This is a great read if you're looking for something that's got a whole lot of romance. It's precious love like Bren and Hutch that made me *sigh* and *awww* while reading it. Not only do they save each other, but they ultimately impact everyone around them.

Overall, I think this is a fantastic read by Vicki Green and I hope I have the pleasure of reading other books by her in the future.

I was given this book by the author for an honest review before it comes out to every one. As it says above this book isn't for readers under the age of 18 and that is definitely the truth! Finding my Way Home is about a girl, Brennan Micheals, who gets abused by her husband and runs away to a small town of only 586 people, it is so small that it isn't even on the map. There she meets a man named, Hutchinson Parker (Hutch for short) who lost his wife to cancer about 9 months ago. They start a relationship but the trouble ensues.

I have to give this book 4 stars. It was a bit fast for me, as I've said before in other books I like to get to know the characters more and it didn't seem realistic to me that they fall in love so fast. I know it is a fiction novel, but I just really like having more meat in my stories that I read. I loved how caring Hutch was to Brennan through out the whole book though. It makes me look back to how my now husband and I got together and smile. The sex scenes weren't cheesy which I like because some books you just sit there and go come on they seriously would not do that. I also liked that it wasn't a bunch of sex in it. It was tastefully done and it was an enjoyable read! I look forward to reading more of her books in the future!

Stepping off the train into an inviting town is just the medicine Bren needs to kick start her back to life while running away from her abusive husband. Did she leave him in the past or does her past come back to haunt her? I'll never tell...

I really enjoy small town settings in books. The author did well developing the characters. There was emotion and connections. Hutch's character is really sweet. Just a hint more of bad boy would do for me.

It was a little hard for me to get into the instant love connection. I feel that a little more time getting warmed up could have helped seal the deal for me. It made the story move too fast in my opinion.

The ending weaved me a little further into the story. Who wouldn't want to find their way into this little town. It does have that happy ending, if that is what you are looking for. I would recommend this book for the light romance reader. I will definitely see what other books Vicki Green has to offer.

*****Received an ARC of this book from the author for an honest review*****
Vicki Green hits a home run with this story for me!! I was captivated from page 1 and could not put it down. It is a full on love story. Do you believe in love at first sight? Usually I'm not one who likes books like that. I am one of those people who likes books where they fight it a little and there's some chase involved, however this book I LOVED! I think because both Zoey and Hutch had been through so much that it was awesome to see how love truly heals and how you have to live everyday to its fullest. I feel the author did an amazing job making you fall in love with all the characters and the town of Sterling. I especially loved Bailey! This is the first book I have read by Vicki Green, but it most definitely will not be my last!!! You have a fan for life Ms. Green!!!

I really enjoyed this book, it was fast paced- i mean wow.. Being fast paced everything happened so fast but sometimes that's the way life works, isn't it? That being said I can say that there was never a dull moment where it seemed to drag on forever, which in my book is alway's a good thing.

Vicki brought the town to life with her character's, making me want to move to there.... You can't beat good friend's, and home is where your heart is after all. I also felt there is a message to be said that you can leave a difficult situation and find your place in this world and the happiness that is deserved. Join these 2 lost souls as they learn to move past heartache, and tragedy.. The twists and turns will keep you on your feet & if you enjoy it as much as I did you will find yourself not wanting to put it down....

This was my first Vicki Green book and I will definitely go back to read some of her other work! The book was well written, had great dialog, a hot hero and a damsel in distress, and a sweet town full of wonderful people that was just perfect for starting over. The story involves Zoey/Bren who escapes an abusive husband and traveled to a small town where she could begin again. She meet caring people , who want to protect her, especially Hatch. He had escaped to this small town the previous year when the depression from losing his wife to cancer became too much. He felt the desire to protect Zoey and in the process, fell in love. She had never been treated with so much care and fell in love with Hatch as well. Their relationship was sweet and Vicki wrote in such a way that you cared about all of the characters in the town.

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Firstly this is a story I typically wouldn't usually read. I really never read stories about abuse if it's noted in the blurb. That being said I really did enjoy this book. It's easy to fall into this book and read it thru without putting it down. I really liked the relationships that are build within the small town that the main characters and sub characters live in. It's a great dynamic into the story. How people get there and stay. Very interesting.
The main characters "Brennan" and Hutch are easy to fall in love with. The story is full of ups and downs. It really ended up being an amazing book considering it isn't my normal type of reading material. Great book all in all! Would definitely recommend.

how do I start...WOW Vicki you did it again! I absolutely loved Finding My Way Home!!!

this story is about a young girl to escapes from a abusive husband. she is lonely, scared & afraid. she ends up in a small town and everyone is so friendly.

Hutch is a kind, gentle, loving man who is moving on from the death of his wife.

the two meet and Hutch helps Zoey feel safe again.

I'm not going to get into detail but this is a very emotional book! it made me laugh! :) it made me cry :( it had me sitting on the edge of my seat hurrying to turn the page to see what happens next!

I highly recommend this book!

4.5 stars of True Love. Loved loved this book Vicki really knows how to write them. It was amazing the way this small town took Brennan in and wanted to help her. Hutch and Brennan's relationship was sweet and special I mean honestly who couldn't fall in love with Hutch..After everything Brennan has went through she of all people deserve someone special to make her feel as special as she is. I love how this small town brought two people both needing healing together and they just fit. I love Vicki's book this one was my favorite!! This book had me reeling with emotion and had me all over the place not knowing what would happen next. Could not recommend this book enough!!! ~Raquel~

OMG yet another awesome read from Vicki Green. She is one off the authors who is responsible for the bags under my eyes! Once I start one of her books I know I have to read it in one sitting. This was no exception. Bung beef in slow cooker and everything else tuned out.

I follow Vicki around, I'm one of her stalkers.

In some places I was sad, other pages I was gasping for air and as for Hutch, I want him!!! He's everything a man should be and MORE. I was hooked from beginning to end.

To love
To hurt
To love again
To miss
To survive

*received ARC from author for honest review*

I must say this story drew me in from the start. I laughed, I cried, and really did enjoy it.

It was nice to see a woman recover after being in an abusive marriage and find her prince charming and to have said prince charming hurtle over his own pain and depression and the two find each in a little town that isn't even on a map.

There are some great secondary characters also in the book to round it off very nicely.

Overall, great read!

This was a very enjoyable book that kept me entertained for an entire evening and I was so upset when I finished as I wanted more and could not believe that it was done.

It moved along at an excellent pace from beginning to end, had characters that you just fall in love with and want to see succeed and a great story to go along with it as well.

Vicki Green is an awesome author and I look forward to reading more from her in the future.

I had the opportunity to read an arc of this book for an honest review. Here is my review. This is by far my favorite book of hers. It has so many different emotions that goes along with it. I cried, laughed, and got mad at it. I haven't read a book like this for a long time. Zoey and hutch pulled at my heart strings. It makes you believe someone has a hand in your happiness.
