Eliza Prince is a woman on a mission. After birthing four children she's ready to take back her marriage bed and rescue her husband from the evil clutches of the couch. Though she's nervous Jett doesn't find her attractive anymore due to her stretch marks and years of nursing, her erotic desires and fantasies urge her to make a move before they lose each other for good.
Warning: This monogamous novella burns up the pages. It's real and heartfelt. Follow along with Jett and Eliza as they Find Time for each other and bring the spark back to their marriage.

Ok, I have a confession to make - I trust it will remain here and not be blasted all over the Internet. *Takes a deep cleansing breath* Ok, here goes. I like chick-flicks. Yep, I’m a man who admits to watching chick-flicks and enjoying them. I have watched Maid in Manhattan five times and I can’t get the image of J-Lo in that hot, sexy oh so short maid uniform out of my mind. Sorry, I digress. Anyway, so called chick-flicks can be extremely illuminating and damn thought provoking too.
So, you’re probably wondering what prompted me to make that startling confession about chick-flicks. Well, here’s the deal. I’ve just finished reading E.R. Pierce’s new book, Finding Time and I LOVED it. It’s a book written by a woman, about a woman and it’s entirely from the woman’s POV, but I still loved it. The thing about chick-flicks and books like Finding Time, is if a man is willing to pay attention, there is so much he can learn about the Universe’s gift to creation – Women.
I strongly recommend that every married man, single guy thinking about getting married and all men period – read Finding Time. Fellas, there are lessons to be learned from this book and I would be remiss for not encouraging you to read it.
Ladies, I also suggest that you give your SO incentive to read this book, like maybe go on a nookie strike until he finishes it. If he’s one of those guys who doesn’t like to read, then read it to him – he’ll thank you for it later.
Bottom-line, this is a funny and sexy book. It is not only entertaining, but it also shines a light on a subject a LOT of women and men will relate to – Finding Time to enjoy each other.
I don’t want to give the story away; just buy it, read it – you will not be disappointed.
Now, if I could just find some time to find myself. Muwah!!@
Wow...the freebies I've picked up lately have been very good and this one is no exception. What a delicious book about a couple that tries to spice up their sex lives by acting out on some fantasies.
You could feel the love that Jett and Eliza had for each other. This wasn't about a marriage that had gone stale, it was more about adding some zing to their sex lives and finding time for each other. They loved their kids and the life they were living, they just needed to add some pizzazz to the everyday routine and wow...did they ever!! Eliza got the ball rolling and Jett was right on board with everything she wanted to do. When Eliza got self conscious about her body, she had given birth to 4 kids and felt less than perfect, Jett let her know that he loved everything about her...he was so sweet! What a man!!
Eliza and Jett Prince have what looks like a perfect marriage. They're in love, they have four (almost :-)) perfect children, the world is theirs for taking. Of course, sometimes things aren't what they appear like. Those things are true, but taking care of four young children isn't easy. Eliza so immersed in the role of a mother, that she feels like she lost some part of herself. There is no more time for romance or even just to talk with her husband. And definitely no time for making love. And that has got to change.
The story is short, hot and pretty good. I like Eliza and I can see where she's coming from. Jett sounds like a lovely man, I just wish that we saw something from his POV. I liked it. ;-)
Great sex, relatable characters and a must read for every person in a long term relationship
Okay let me start by saying I had to step away from this book about four pages in. Why you ask? Because sometimes looking in the mirror is painful. Lets start with the fact that the main character's surname is Prince. Seriously. I have one child not four, but there have been times when I've had 3 jobs and my husband 3 so I guess that equals out to having 4 kids. ER Pierce seemed to be talking about my marriage, my life and everything that I'd been recognizing as an issue in my marriage. The heroine and hero love each other they are just getting separated by life.
"It was finally time to reclaim her womanhood and her damn husband." I love the fact that this line was in a book that didn't have infidelity or a woman who'd be degraded by her spouse. Eliza just wanted to go back to the passion from the beginning of her marriage. The love is still there why should she or her husband have to settle for less than the passion that brought them together? They shouldn't and instead of just going through the motions she did something simple. It wasn't some big elaborate plan. She didn't go and complain to her husband about what she didn't have. Instead she wrote a note to her husband telling him what she wanted because simply stating what she wanted was too embarrassing for fear of rejection. AGAIN where are your spy camera's set up in my house?
I loved this book. The writing was quick paced and once I got past the fact that I was the heroine and she was there to show me a way to get what I wanted and that it's okay that I want it I was through the book in no time. Great sex, relatable characters and a must read for every person in a long term relationship...on a side not E.R. thanks for the note idea...worked like a charm.
I might come back and raise my rating, cause this was really good! Very short, yes. But still great. Do you like the blurb? Does it pick your curiosity? Interest? Then read it. You will not regret it. Its all the description promises and more ;)
This was a welcome change from the usual romance -- a husband and wife rediscover the passion in their marriage.
I think this story is probably closer to the reality of a lot of marriages (and a lot of divorces); spouses get busy with working and raising a family, and they forget to nurture the one relationship that is the foundation for all the rest -- the relationship between husband and wife. Eliza takes the bull by the horns (or the husband by the dick) and puts her foot down and demands her orgasm. It takes guts to do that, and we follow Eliza on her journey from frumpy SAHM to sexy seductress. It's a fun, hot ride!
Synopsis:"Are you a mother or parent? Do you feel like you've lost your way as a woman? Wish you could find time and different ways to be intimate with your husband or partner? Here is a book for you.
Who is Eliza Prince? She doesn't know anymore. She's a mother. A wife. But what happened to the sexy woman? The woman who wore heels and skirts and had passion with her husband? Now, her husband sleeps on the couch, and she sleeps with the kids.
Finding Time is about reconnecting. An erotic marriage novella filled with fantasies and eroticism. It's about communication.
Every mother will relate to Eliza. Her body changed, her self-confidence shattered and she lost her female identity.
Now, she wants it back. Her desires are strong and she hopes her husband, Jett, will be on board with her plans.
Warning: This monogamous novella burns up the pages. It's real and heartfelt. Sexy and Erotic."
My Review: Boy did this book hit a nerve! After kids it seems like the relationship between a husband and wife really take a back seat but as we read about Eliza and Jett struggle to bring life and connection back into their relationship, it gives little ideas to bring home. Finding Time is a nice short read, perfect for after the little ones go to bed (maybe set the mood). Definitely some very hot scenes so reader be prepared.
Being the parents of four small children can be difficult, especially when a wife and husband try to squeeze out time for each other. This book is all about that. Eliza and Jett have little time for anyone but their four children, but they find out that each of them craves time for each other, to once again be a couple. This story is how they do this, what they think, write and say to each other, before realizing their best fantasies. It’s tough to carve out some free time, but they manage. In doing this, the author presents a good, realistic picture of their daily lives and how they are all intertwined as a family. It is obvious the author has experience in this area. Though it can be a difficult thing to do, the author manages to present a good picture of the modern couple and how they manage to have “our” time. While reading some passages, I almost felt like a voyeur, but that was the author’s intent—and she did it quite well. Parents or young children, newly married couples, couples embarking on marriage and older, more settled couples will definitely relate to this book and it story. I received this book free from Library Thing to read and review.
Every couple go into the relationship not being able to get enough of one another. Then marriage, careers and then children come into the picture and it becomes the real life of chaos. To find the spark that they start out with is a hard task to maintain. But Eliza and Jett find a way to do just that, and fulfill some fantasies they hadnt even known they had. For any husband or wife that feels they are lacking something in their relationship because of their growing family and stresses that go with day to day life they need to give this book a read. It will help give you the ideas to put that spark of intimacy back into play. Who wouldn't want to get back to not getting enough of their mate and be a bit more adventurous in the process? Well done Ms. Pierce!!!!
What a dream this couple are living. Things had been hard, kids, work, life got in the way of intimacy. Our heroine decided it was time to change that. She started to communicate to her husband, in ways she felt were embarrassing at first, but soon found he was on the same page. Sexy and a great reminder that we are responsible for our own dreams. A must read for mothers, wives and even fathers who are felling that their marriage is less than they wanted. Communication change everything.
This was a wonderful book. It helped me grieve the #1 marriage I had. It isn't about that, but it brings you through feelings in a way I didn't expect, but that were totally necessary and long overdue. Short and fun read too, by the way! :>D
Great story about a married couple finally finding time to reconnect and d be happy as both parents, and lovers.... sexy love scenes and very relateable characters....I recommend it if your looking for a naughty quick getaway read!!!
