Airyon and Z was a one night stand. Z saved Airyon from a date rape drug date. Fast forward 6 months later paths cross when Airyon is working at Zs job. Airyon is hiding one big secret she’s pregnant with Zs baby. Gena was a non factor I don’t even know why she was in the book. Airyon and Z having twin daughters was too cute especially since his brother also had twin girls.
There are a few errors with whole paragraphs being repeated and even saying three grandmothers when only two was there.

I loved this story! There’s something about Zayn’s character that did it for me. The first encounter he had with Airyon he saved her. He had a protective instinct that continued throughout the book. This book has it all a one night stand, stem rep, spice, bitter exes, unexpected pregnancy, and a HEA! I loved how quickly Airyon & Zayn fell into a cute routine and the progression of their relationship. Billionaire status or not, Zayn was doing anything to protect his family! IKTR! Quick and easy read for me. ❤️🫶🏾

Zayne or “Z” was that dude!! Airyon would probably say, he was a knight in shining armor! The way Zayne and Airyon came to be was crazy! However, they way that they rekindled their relationship gave way to a beautiful love story!

I feel that there were a lot of great lessons in this book, E S P E C I A L L Y for parents! Like I sit here and think 🤔 would Airyon have been in a couple of those situations if she wasn’t so sheltered! I feel there is nothing wrong with instilling certain morals and values in your children, not even being protective of them.! However, the way she was sheltered, she wasn’t able to read people, or didn’t learn to follow her gut, just basically navigate outside of school & that could have been to her detriment.! She definitely said that she felt like her parents didn’t basically set her up for life & that’s a real thing.! & then to be so stubborn as a parent that you can’t realize that maybe your way wasn’t the right way and hold a grudge against your child for not doing things your way is crazy!!!

Either way, Gena was the head of the 🤡 clowns! & who would have thought Fahnah 😫! To know that Zayne was the protector he was, was everything!!! I’m happy about the relationship that was mended between Airyon and her mother, her father 🤦🏾‍♀️! This was a really good book & start to this series of standalones 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾!!

Just beautiful! I loved the strength in both characters but the way Zayne softened for Airy was adorable. Great read!

There was really no story

There was really no story, no build up, no action, NOTHING. It’s unfortunate too because it was a good plot. It had the make up to be something really great. It just fell really flat, I skipped a lot and don’t feel like I missed anything. They didn’t know each other and then BOOM they were just super in love. The whole friendship with the Fah girl was not even necessary, the one time they hang out she turns on her for no reason. There was no reason for the reader to even believe that the Fah girl and Gena were even friends for real. It was like the story just jumped around and then the end. I didn’t even read all the way to the end though. Once I realized I was already at 90% and this is where the story was going to peak AND end I didn’t even care to know what the ending was.

Don't go looking...

They say you shouldn't go looking for love, that loves finds you. Zayne saved Airyon just in the knick of time from Jahier. Who knows what Jahier had in mind but whatever it was it surely was not a real date. He had planned on harming Airyon. Zayne and Airyon did not know that one night at the high-end restaurant would change both of their lives. Airyon's parents may have been strict on her life plan until college graduation but they didn't realize how independent their daughter was. When Airyon literally did not have anyone in her corner she continued her life. She made things work until Zayne came back into her life. Zayne most definitely is an alpha male. He was stubborn he wanted things his way. He was a lifesaver and read Gena for what she was. Speaking of Gena, she was a sociopath that wanted the spotlight. Zayne being the man he was eliminated all the problems that came with Gena and other "frenemy" Fahnah. Zayne and Airyon did not know it on their first encounter but they were meant for each other. Zayne was the man that Airyon didn't realize she needed. They had a quite few speed bumps along the journey but their destination was beautiful. And they had little people in tow at their final stop.

The authors of this series did not come to play. This series is on 🔥🔥. Get into it these billionaire babies are stealing the show.

This is a cute baby by a billionaire romance. I was disappointed in the Fahnah character because what was the reason she had to do that?! Also for Gena to be cheating on Zayne, her fiancé, she was doing the absolute MOST especially if this was just a marriage of convenience. I mean it’s definitely believable for her to react the way she did for being dismissed by Zayne and then finding out Zayne was with Airyon, the pregnant new girl who she thought was beneath her. But if you had another man you was sneaking off to why did Zayne matter? Lol anyway.

And the whole I just offed these two women. For me was not believable because I didn’t get that vibe from Zayne. Especially if he let Airyon’s ex walk away scot free and he tried to drug & possibly *ape her. Like I thought he would’ve made sure both women to prison or something. Killing them especially when I thought it was implied that Gena also came from a very wealthy family was like oh okay sure lol.

I definitely think this book showed a great depiction of overly sheltered children and those children becoming adults. And also what happens when you stop following the plan your parents had for you. Airyon’s decision making was a direct reflection of her upbringing.

Overall I think this was a good read and look forward to more from this author.

I love a one-night stand that leads to a baby story, Iesha added in the workplace aspect and I was sold. Unfortunately this was just ok to me. I didn’t really feel the connection the way I needed to with Zayn and Airyon, I needed to see more of them getting to know each other and spending time together on page. I did enjoy the little twist with Gena, glad she got what she deserved. I won’t even start on Airyon parents, her daddy trash, I know that much. There were some unresolved plot points which made the story feel incomplete in a way. Like what was Jahier up to, where did the boutique dream come from. I think overall it just needed to be fleshed out a bit more. It was a solid foundation.

Airyon is a girl who’s always followed her parents plan for her life. On a date with her boyfriend she mets Z (Zayne) after an unfortunate situation. The two ended up having a one night. Airyon ends up pregnant with no way to contact the father. 6 months later, Airyon is stated a new job and guess who’s the boss….
This was my first book by this author. First of all, accidental pregnancy isn’t my favorite trope but I enjoy it when it’s done right. This one was just okay though. I didn’t really feel a connection with the protagonists, something was missing. I also thought the story was predictable. I even predicted a portion of the twist.
Overall, it was a quick read but I think the story needed a bit more developing.

Airyon met Zayne when her boyfriend tried to drug her drink. They ended up spending the night together when she decided to give her virginity to him. It was supposed to be a one night stand.
Months later she is starting a new job while pregnant. She ends up working at Zayne's company he shares with his twin brother. She had already decided to hide her pregnancy for as long as she could. Finding out that he is engaged to a witch had her even more resolved to do so. But he soon finds out.
This story was cute. They had sparks from the beginning. Even when she was trying to keep him at a distance he was right there trying to be a part of her world. I enjoyed this story a lot.

enjoyed it

This is my first book by Iesha Bree and I really enjoyed this novella. Airyon and Zayne such a cute couple. When Zayne found out about Airyin pregnancy he was not playing no games making sure she was good. I was sad that Airyon father didn’t come around after the incident.

flat

The book was flat. The chemistry didn’t feel organic. I know Airy was sheltered but she wasn’t personable. Who doesn’t have ONE friend? At least she defended herself. Why would you potentially name your kid Zara if that’s your brother’s kid name? Makes no sense. The random backstabbing was so unnecessary.

Some mispelled words and inconsistencies. The author continued to use a backtick instead of an apostrophe which was very distracting.

it’s for somebody. just not me

characters fell very flat. too much plot that wasn’t fully fleshed out. Saw every plot point and twist coming a mile away. There wasn’t enough reason (except lust) why these people are together. Plus the getting married for the company thing made 0 sense. Somebody already pointed this out but why were 3 of the baby names he suggested already his name, his brother’s and his nieces name? It feels like someone took a full length billionaire baby, insta love novel and cut out all the plot and character development, descriptions and depth.

I tried So hard to finish this book! It was so hard to get through. There was too many errors and at times it just didn’t make sense.

I do feel it had potential and could’ve been a great read if the author would’ve had an editor go over it at least one more time. I DNF @ 70%.

Thus just wasn’t for me. However, as always I still recommend reading for yourself and firm your own opinion. This just wasn’t my cup of tea.

I wish the author nothing but the best.

Over due and new beginnings

Airyon was over due for something good to come into her life. She was a 25 year old virgin who had a masters degree, a promising future and hopes for great career. She did everything her parents told her - focus on school, no friends because they were distractions, graduate, pursue a great career, take care of yourself and don’t rely on anyone. She was dating a guy and she was ready to give her virginity to him even though he was just an ok boyfriend. She had it all planned out for the night. She wanted an experience that she decided for herself. Little did she know that night would change her life forever.

Z was a billionaire twin in the family business. He didn’t mince words and he made sure things and people always went his way. He was brash and outspoken, but also valued family. His one night with Airy changed his life as well.

Being overdue for love was what brought them together - they’re one night made a beautiful new beginning.

No questions answered!

Airyon and Z met at a high end hotel restaurant when Z saved her from drinking a drugged drink done by her boyfriend she had planned on giving her virginity to. Then as they were leaving said restaurant to go their separate ways, Z noticed the boyfriend in a heated exchange with two men as they looked at Airyon. So he saved her once again by offering her his room. Long story short, she gave Z her virginity and left. They meet again six months later at her new job. He owns the company with his twin brother and family. They get involved, he ends his “business” engagement, they find out they are having twins; Airyon is set up by her so called new friend who’s in cahoots with the ex. They tried to kill her while Z is off trying to reconcile Airy’s relationship with her mother. Skip ahead to babies are born; Airy reconciles with her mom; Z has a dark side and they are engaged later. Could have been a great story but too poorly edited, too many unanswered questions and a disjointed story.

I quite enjoyed this secret baby romance between Z and Airyon. When Z rescues Airyon from being roofied at a fancy restaurant by her toxic boyfriend, sparks fly and she uses the opportunity to lose her virginity to him and break free of her parents’ tight control over her. Unfortunately, this results in a surprise pregnancy and she has no idea how to find Z until she starts a new job and finds out he’s her boss.

This was a familiar story in a Harlequin romance sort of way… I think some missing pieces that could have strengthened this would have been building up the suspense/drama with the toxic boyfriend at the beginning and coming up with a less unbelievable end for the antagonists at the end… I don’t think it was necessary or reasonable as a resolution.

Other than that, I really liked this and the build up of Z and Airyon’s story and the storytelling makes me want to pick up more of this author’s work.

Airy and Z💕

Airyon and Zayne’s introduction was unconventional and almost traumatic when I think about it. Their one encounter led to a lifelong connection and a lot of uncertainty—well for Airy. Zayne seemed to be ready to be whatever she needed from the moment they reconnected despite the Gena situation. I almost felt that he was extra pushy with Airy because he made decisions for her and bulldozed his way in at times rather than letting her think for herself. I did like he went to her parents on her behalf to get them on one accord, although I wish that her father was as empathetic as her mom. Also, I was hoping for more resolve on the Gena situation because it seemed like she got off too easy. All in all, I enjoyed this read.

Convoluted

“The Due Date: A Billionaire Baby Romance was a good read. The ending was much better than the beginning. Nonetheless, there were numerous inconsistencies in the evolution of Airyon & Zayne as a couple/romance. Foremost, it was an awkward moment if not bizarre to arbitrarily interject your “virginity” into a conversation with a stranger. …Thereafter, to recklessly surrender to this stranger, that just prior was in a relationship. …WHAT⁉️🤨Hmmm, I’m confused with Airyon: some events, vocational choices and or aspirations and socially inferior. How is it possible this woman has a Masters degree yet doesn’t know how to make friends or discern the qualifications of a boyfriend. …Possibly there will be clarity in subsequent installments.

I actually really enjoyed this story.
I love how an one night stand can turn into something more.
Getting pregnant wasn’t the plan for Airyon when she wanted to lose her virginity but life works in mysterious ways.

Now 6 months later she works for the company where the man from the one night stand works. He actually owns the company, and he’s the billionaire. Hint the “a billionaire baby romance”
But life has a way of connecting two people when it’s meant to be more.

Airyon and Zayne have this second chance to become a family for the babies. And it’s has some drama throughout the story but it’s good for a short story.

This story didn’t come to play at all, from the beginning to the end 🔥🔥🔥

The boss baby

Airyon is saved by a stranger from her boyfriend whom she thought she could trust. One night of pleasure is how she chose to thank him. Couldn't harm anything with someone she would never see again or so she thought. She finds out she's pregnant and doesn't have any details on this man including his name. To her surprise they meet unexpectedly when she is hired at a company that is he the boss of. Not only is he her boss but he's also engaged. She tries her hardest to keep her pregnancy a secret not wanting to ruin his relationship and gain a bad reputation at the job. Much to her surprise he has always wanted her and had been hoping to run into her again since that first night.

Great Story

I really loved this story from the very beginning. The reality of the devils that hang out on college campuses to prey on naive young ladies and the dangers of being date raped for these young ladies. Airyon was sent an angel by the Most High God, in the name of Z.

However, I think it was taken a little too far in how this ends for Fahnah. She was clearly remorseful in how she betrayed Airyon and told the police as well as Airyon. It just didn’t appear as if she was out to hurt anyone, but instead made a bad decision in trusting Gena as a friend. Being a bad friend shouldn’t cost you your life.

Imagine you have spent your whole life doing what your parents wanted you to. You’ve been so busy living your life by your parents word ,that you’re still a virgin at the age of 25 . This is the case for Airyon. One night after graduating from college , she is taken on a date with her then boyfriend. In her mind she is hoping to finally lose her virginity but what takes place at the restaurant hotel will changing her life forever . Iesha this was a great love story that had me ready to fight a few characters for sure . I loved this book so much I will be reading your entire backlist in time . The way Z the mmm, in the book loved his family is what we all deserve. Amazing amazing job.

5Star Novel for sure!!

I kept expecting Zayne to be put off by his affection for her. And as cliché as that can get, I was happy it did not happen. This novel was fresh, because I didn’t expect his personality to be what it was but I also didn’t expect her personality to be when it was. Even though it was shaping up to look that way. With that in mind, and gave me all of the desire, I need it to keep coming back in to finish the novel. I know that reads like it was hard to finish, but it was a very fine and easy read. I just love to point out that sometimes I have a burning need to get to a novel, and this novel gave me that desire!
