Tamayo Akiyama (秋山 たまよ Akiyama Tamayo) is a Japanese shōjo manga author and artist. She was a former member of CLAMP. Akiyama has also done illustrations for three novels (Kyokutō Shōnen and Komaranu mae no kami da nomi by Kobayashi Megumi and Watashi no Kare wa Hamster by Edō Kei) and illustrations for a CD (Psycho Sound Machine Drama by Ohara Mariko).

Liked it well enough, but there is apparently only one volume & it ended openly without tying up ends or answering a bunch of questions. This can be a little frustrating.

This was just a mess.
My sister told me it was bad, so I paid extra attention while reading.
I could follow it, barely. There was no lead up to anything, and it's an open ending anyway. Just an unfinished, dropped mess.

Giving it three stars is me being charitable, but sure - charity it is. There's so many books out there as bad or worse rated far higher.
'Zyworld' starts out flat and gets...okay. Unfortunately it gets okay way too late for its own good
