In New Orleans, Louisiana, something with a weird sense of humor is stranding myth in a nonmagical world.

Tiffany and friends are adjusting nicely to life with Miracai, the cantankerous, carnivorous unicorn, and Verna, the Fairy Godmother. They have high hopes of returning to a semi-normal life, but whatever is controlling the strings of fate isn’t going to let that happen.

Adding to the daily chaos, an honest-to-goodness leprechaun is dropped into the living room. Verna wants him leave her alone, Janet and Tiffany would love to drop him off the roof, Miracai prefers him medium rare, and only Mark is able to tolerate the newbie for more than a few minutes at a time.

Much to Mark’s dismay, Kieran the Leprechaun is prone to creating vast amounts of mischief, and with it being St. Patrick’s Day weekend, he hopes they can figure out why the leprechaun is in NOLA before they run out of bail money.

Mark’s nerves are frayed, between Damn Duck’s Houdini tricks and Kieran’s hijinks, he’s not sure everyone can keep their sanity. He’d be happy if all of them came out in one piece.

A man can always hope.

I was given this book as an ARC for an honest review.
I gave this book 5 Stars.
This is the second book in The Fortune Cookie Diaries Series.
Yes you need to read the first book in the series that is free on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. These are very short reads. But worth it.

TJ has done it again with yet another crazy, chaotic book that left me laughing my butt off!!!

There is more of a story line in this one and it takes off right where book one left off.
Tiffy is getting Miracai (Meer-uh-ki) the unicorn, and Vera the fairy God Mother used to living in the real world and not the Enchanted Forest that they can't seem to get back to. But as they're finally adjusting to life, the realm of fates craziness is not done with them yet! They drop a crazy, feisty leprechaun, yes a leprechaun into their lives. He is full of mischief and gets into everything and turns their world upside down once again. And if that is not enough a tiny very blue dragon shows up and sets their kitchen on fire! What are they going to do now? They not only have 4 mystical creatures living with them now, their whole lives are now in chaos once again.

Come on this journey that is still going .. and see how they handle their lives and what fate has given them. Tiffy and Mark are falling in love through out all of this. Verna is now a match maker and our crazy unicorn is a service animal that helps at Tiffy's practice. When all this is done Tiffy just might need therapy!

Once again I loved this book. TJ did a wonderful job of telling a crazy story that was just so humourous and she added just the right amount of craziness to the second book to keep this story going. I can't wait until we can read book 3 I am sure it will be full of crazy surprises. Thanks TJ for yet another great story. <3

I am really liking this series. New creatures popping in that are unexpected. They're great and I adore their personalities. The house is full! And I knew there was something suspicious about that damn duck! Leave it to Tine (a dragon!, squeeee!) to figure it out. I can't wait to find out just what the secret is! My only complaint about this book is it wasn't long enough. I didn't want it to end! The characters are all doing so much blossoming. I'm ready for the next installment!

Another funny, light read from T.J. Loveless. I thought my house was full of chaos until I read Odd Number Five. Once again, Tiffany and her "friends" are caught up in more chaos and more surprise visitors. If you are looking for a book to make you laugh you can't go wrong when you read about these characters!

Still amusing but slower

Still a amusing read and did enjoy the new characters but this story did not grab you like the first story. Still want to read the next book to see how things turn out.
