They get right to the point (and to the heart of the good stuff) and don't waste a lot of time with "fluff" like a lot of people do!

Don't waste your money. This book took me about 15 minutes to read. I had stumble through gramatic errors but the worst was the fact that the author mentioned a number of times how she is a failed Realtor. Mind boggling. I would really like to see where she came up with the 98.7 thing....
