Born on July 25, 1978, in Beirut, Lebanon, Ramzi Najjar is an independent philosopher and author whose journey combines intellectual inquiry with lived experience. After completing his education at Louise Wegmann College, he earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut in 2001.

Najjar’s entry into the literary world began during the global COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020—not as an aspiration but as a necessity—a calling to express what had long been forming within him. This initiation led to the publication of his first book, The YOU beyond you: The Knowledge of the Willing, a foundational work that explores perception, energetic intelligence, and the limits of the mind.

He followed this with The Ultimate Human Secrets (2021), which delved into the hidden architecture of unconscious influence and the vibrational field shaping experience. This exploration was expanded in The Echoes of Enigma (2024), a deep inquiry into the Akashic and existential nature of memory, destiny, and energetic entrapment.

Later that year, he published How to Hack Back Your Mind, offering tools for mental sovereignty, followed by Our Matrix Decoded (2025), which exposes the systems—both internal and external—that quietly manipulate perception and experience. In The Art of Pushing Forward, also released in 2025, he examined the rhythm of progress and the energetic anatomy of resistance.

It was with his final three books that Najjar fully transcended genre. In The Ego Pill, he mapped the biological, relational, and spiritual crisis of ego collapse. In WHY GOD SLEEPS WHEN WE WAKE UP, he dismantled the final illusion—the internalized need for divine authority—and revealed the stillness behind all spiritual performance. Finally, in Exit the Echo, he presented his most refined and complete philosophical statement: a confrontation with the architecture of identity, validation, and performance itself.

Together, these nine works form a cohesive body of philosophy—one not confined by the conventions of psychology, spirituality, or academic reasoning. This is neither self-help nor traditional metaphysics; it represents an entirely new genre: a post-collapse, post-performance existential clarity. It does not seek to improve the reader but aims to dismantle the very structures that created the need for improvement.

Having completed this work, Najjar has chosen to close the chapter on writing. EXIT THE ECHO stands as his final book—not due to a lack of insight, but because what remains now belongs to silence, not expression. His legacy is not a message but a mirror—one that leaves nothing left to perform.

A manuscript entailing every dimension of our reality. A demonstration of what makes and breaks life and a stirring narrative on what it takes to turn your life around based on the dynamics and nature of our physical yet metaphysical reality.
Unraveling the never-been-talked-before dynamics of our existence, the book helps realize and employ a different approach to our living, based on the actuality of life formations both on the biological and psychological levels.

Truly Transforming

There are not many books out there which truly have the power to change your mind completely. The YOU beyond you possess this power. This book has the ability to influence your thoughts and change them for good. This was really a mind-blowing reading experience.

The 50% of the book is dedicated to declutter and detox our mind and body from al the pre-conditioning which defines our current existence. After a proper detox, the author introduces us to the real magic. The rest of the book is dedicated to creating a memory that will redefine our existence. According to the author, the memory is everything. I agree with this fact. Without the years of memory, we don't have any existence. So the true transformations start from there. The rewiring and rewriting neurological connections to achieve our maximum potential is not an extraordinary feat. But we should have the courage and will to take action. That decision lies in ourselves.

The style of writing is captivating and engaging. Because the author justifies every bit of his thoughts with scientific information. This made me re-think and question everything. We are living in a world which pre-condition our mind and body to run according to the rules set by others. We are really trapped inside this matrix. The true salvation begins by understanding our desire and breaking this pattern.

It will be an injustice if I categorize this as a self-help book. This is truly an insightful read.

What better time to turn towards yourself and do some soul searching than the middle of a pandemic? It can be daunting, nearly overwhelming, to consider all that make you who you are, but The You Beyond You by Ramzi Najjar is definitely the best place to get started on your journey. This book will allow you to clear out the cobwebs that are cluttering your mind and blocking your perception of who you truly are, or truly want to be. This book does more than spit knowledge at you; it successfully guides you towards your goal.
Self-help books have flooded the market and are generally a dime a dozen. Most of them spit the same old tropes and clichés that we’ve come to expect. We pick them up, thumb their pages and then put them down. Where The You Beyond You takes a stark turn is that it actually helps guide you through the messy work of rebuilding, reconstructing or developing your self. In a culture and a world that is so tapped out by providing support and services for others, we often neglect ourselves. Najjar helps the readers get down into the complicated core of their beings and work on taking care of themselves before being in the best position to help others. It has been said before that you cannot give to others when you have nothing left to give yourself.
The language is extremely user-friendly which makes this book a great pick for anyone in your life; a teenager trying to carve out their own existence, a middle-aged and tired worker, an older and retired individual. Each person is going to come away from reading this book with something valuable tucked into their minds. This isn’t easy to achieve as these demographics are generally quite different from each other. But Najjar pulls it off.
Best read in little chunks instead of trying to marathon your way through, The You Beyond You by Ramzi Najjar is an excellent self-guided tour into the self. It’s more than just a self-help book and it’s more than some whimsical drivel that’s trying to be deep. It is a deep delve into ourselves while helping us realize and uncover the building blocks that make us who we are, while giving us the tools to reshape our foundations and rebuild where we’ve gone astray. You won’t regret adding this book to your life.

Frequency and memory play major roles in our lives because within our being, energies are what helps our mind and body carry on. The electric charges hold the power in connection to our body and how it functions. What would you think if someone has done the research and uncovered strategies to solve all of your problems, granting you a fresh start with a newer and brighter vision? I'm certain many people would be seeking out this information if it would be a baseline to solving the majority of their problems and allowing them to see through a more logical and rational perspective. Everything begins with us and what we allow into our fragile perception of the world. To have the ability to right many wrongs and experience less overall toxicity, it's more of taking that dive, no questions.

In "The YOU beyond you - The knowledge of the willing": A great self-help guide that will positively impact your past, present, and future. Your life matters, turn it around now," author Ramzi Najjar breaks down the importance we have as individuals to be mindful of everything around us. The author mentions removing pollutants from our life due to their interference with our being's electric frequency charge. Everything we experience in life forms a memory that gets stored within our brain and body, which molds us into who we are. There is such thing as reprogramming ourselves as a way to strip away everything to get back to our true selves. It is advised that we maintain some form of logging system to document all of our thoughts during our waking moment to notice patterns, habits, and exposures we need to separate ourselves from. Memory has multiple stages that cooperate with our brain, our organs, and how we experience life. This new knowledge demonstrates that what we witness leaves permanent markers or damage to our being. It would take a lot of work for someone to step outside of what they originally were programmed to believe to change their mindset and limit the exposures that can cause them harm.

I've learned a lot by reading the intelligent words of wisdom from this author. As a psychology major, I understand how important impressions are for our psyche, and by mentioning imprints, it would cause someone to look deeper into their life. I highly recommend this book to others because there is a greater chance for success if individuals knew what is necessary to improve themselves, especially in today's world.

Worth the read.

This is a self-help guide book to becoming a better you & understanding yourself. The author used a friendly tone throughout the book and the writing was elegant and engaging. This guide breaks down things about your life and who you are such as what eating junk food can do to your body and how that can instill negative thoughts which can lead to being lazy and things like that. It also speaks about negativity and how having negative thoughts can lead you down a poisonous wormhole. This book dissects things and tries to make it easier for a person to understand that the choices you make impact the direction your life is going. It also tries to teach you how to sort of reprogram yourself so that you can live a happier and fuller life. A good portion of the book was focused on food. Detoxing your body and mind are key to understanding yourself and creating a better version of yourself.I thought the memory section of the book was interesting and I liked the quote “Our lives should be simplified as such in order to bear fruit.” The author does a good job explaining how happiness is acquired by experiences and how to use your experience and memories to help you find peace. He explains how atoms, molecules, and all sensory elements play a part in our body and mind.I didn’t agree with the authors comment about taking bad memories and throwing them away because some memories are too traumatic to simply throw away, but other than that I liked the author’s suggestions and directions.Overall, this was a good book for anyone that is lost and trying to piece themselves together to gain inner peace. It’s helpful because of how detailed the explanations are. I think it could be useful to others. I’ve read a handful of self-help books, maybe two of them were similar to this book but I found this one to be more helpful than the others. Four out of five stars but only because I felt like a lot of the information was repeated throughout the book.

In this empowering guide, the award-winning Najjar offers an extraordinary life approach to reach new heights as he lays out strategies for turning negative beliefs and ideas into positive ones.

Combining true-life experiences with scientific and psychological theories and ideas, Najjar eloquently charts ways on how to turn one’s life around to facilitate success in life. Beautifully written stand-alone paragraphs offer insight into the need to cleanse the mind by getting rid of decayed beliefs, habits, and energies and unlock a new dimension of reality.

The primary advice here is to develop a structure that not only help dissolve age-old beliefs and sour perceptions but also bolster better habits that could be turned into a directed drive to flourish and attain spiritual awakening.

Najjar provides plenty of practical suggestions and maxims to live by, and by sharing the real-life experiences, he makes his arguments all the more appealing. Heartfelt and wildly imaginative, this is a book that can change your life.

Najjar has delivered a winner.

One of the most interesting books I've read in a long time which deals with your own personal reality and how we should really see our personal environment in connection to what we thought. It deals with what the right state of mind you should be in and how to get there. How memory is important and how it should be used. We begin with reading about Ramzi Najjar' life before going into a self-help style narrative. I enjoyed reading the part about reducing negative influences in your life. It really lifted me up. There is so much to this book and so appropriate for anyone that it is one that remains in my collection to re-read at times when I need it! I received an ARC of this book but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.

The YOU Beyond You, by Ramzi Najjar, provides a much-needed wake up call for anyone looking for an answer to life’s many difficulties. I say “difficulties” in general because the author seeks to tackle a wide range of obstacles that are well known to us all.
Throughout the chapters of the book, Najjar lays out a step-by-step guide for reducing negative influences in our lives, discovering how to put things back into perspective, and then applying a lifestyle and mindset change built to maximize our experience through life. While many of the recommendations that the author offers to affect these positive life changes would be quite difficult for many people to follow, it is plain to see that the suggestions on offer would have a positive effect.
Without going into too much detail, Najjar’s approach to finding an awakened state by which to live lies with our ability and willingness to identify and weed out the poisons that drag us down.
According to Najjar, most of us spend our entire lives surrounding ourselves with sensory stimulation, and it may be that very stimulation that is causing most of our issues. Living in comfort zones with a limited outlook on life, becoming addicted to negative thoughts and feelings, and running on auto-pilot year after year, are just a few of the conditions caused by our current lifestyle and culture.
The author goes on to provide guidance on how we can learn to identify what types of sensory input are harmful and suggests that those harmful influences be removed. By doing so, the mind becomes free and that enables us to make judgements and decisions about our lives. From there, it becomes easier to see and maintain course on chosen paths without being deterred.
In my opinion, The YOU Beyond You is an inciteful read that will most likely have a positive effect on any reader that is ready and willing to make positive change in their lives. There are no magical formulae promised that will change your life overnight, which is good. Instead, the author offers a no-nonsense approach to viewing, modifying, and applying life knowledge to attain success. I think this work deserves five stars for providing a wealth of knowledge in a succinct format that anyone can benefit from.

“The YOU beyond you: The knowledge of the willing" by Ramzi Najjar is a self-help book which the author begins telling about his own life experience. After a long day in the office, he arrived home and began to question all his life: the way he lived, what made him unhappy and why he was constantly negative. Ramzi came to the conclusion that we are machines plugged into a 440V power supply, who do not enjoy day to day and that we are trapped in the illusion of mental freedom, when it is not like that. At this point, he began the mental and spiritual transformation that he writes in this incredible and inspirational book. It was, at first, a cleansing of the body as he himself titles it in the first chapter, continuing with a detoxification of the mind in order to achieve a restoration and total harmony.

This piece of writing is divided into six useful chapters plus a conclusion. In all these sections, I found real life experiences, helpful pieces of advice to put into practice and biological and psychological theories which I found really interesting. Also, the book is full of inspirational phrases that I took note of to have near me.

This book is a masterpiece that I enjoyed from the very beginning to the last page, and unlike most self-improvement books, this one targets an infinite array of areas in which I could, and ultimately must, improve. The You beyond You is a raw, honest, genuine and inspirational read that makes you reflect and ask yourself the difficult questions you wouldn’t normally ask. Am I happy? Is this the life I want to live? What am I doing with myself?

All in all, it changed the way I see some aspects in my life and in my relations. It really helped me. It is a highly recommended read!

“The YOU Beyond you” is a compelling and fascinating book written by Ramzi Najjar. In this book, the author explains the secrets to build a better self and change our life. As he describes, we are a product of the environment, the society, and the family we live in. Our personality and how we behave are constructed and created based on principles and beliefs that are passed down by the people who raised us. These teachings don’t allow us to consciously assess and process the reality we are immersed in and to identify the aspects of it that are good to us and the ones that are damaging to our well-being. Readers will be immersed in a expertly written self-help guide full of sensible tips to open ourselves up to the idea of internal reflection.
This will lead us to improve and transform our life to be able to live it to the fullest.
I really liked this book. I have read many works that can be classified as “self-help books” and that give tips for improving our life but this one is exceptional. Even though this book is a short read the reader is inclined to go back and read certain chapters of the book again.
Another thing that I find remarkable is that all the concepts which the book portrays are well supported and developed through facts, psychological and biological theories, and knowledge from the author’s vast experience.
The prose is clear and simple and, although some ideas may be complex, they are so carefully transmitted and described that they are very easy to understand and follow. No matter age, reality or objectives, this book is for anyone who wants to embark on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening. Don’t miss it, I highly recommend reading it.

To be completely fair as per us', I was searching for another book of Ramzi Najjar but I couldn't find it online and didn't want to buy ANOTHER book this month (packages are on their way) so I said why not give this one a go.
The book starts with the author saying that negativity aka the news and not only made him have a lot of intrussive thoughts and then he goes into why sugar is more addictive than cocaine, a thing that was proved by science.
I needed this book because I feel especially anxious lately. Most of our belief and perceptions today are nothing but a collection of misleading ideas due to the many blockages in our lives, that hinder to a great extent our understanding of our own reality. A must-read of at least once in a lifetime, for everyone who is willing to experience the real dimension of existence and go beyond the limited norms.
Like I've said this is a book that I clearly needed to read, I don't why we as humans run from exercise and meditation and breathe work, they are so wholesome and shouldn't be seen as a chore, newly believed thought because before anxiety I've run like Hell from them too.
This is not an easy read let me tell you that, well I guess it depends on how much you know on the subject but I've started from point 0. I'm glad I did but I did struggle reading this tiny book.
But it was super informative, deeply explained and it is for you to read if you feel lost, have ANTS or anxiety. It does help, every little step you take towards healing will eventually heal you for good.

“The You Beyond You” is a book written by Ramzi Najjar. This short read’s aim is to change our perception of life. This guide offers different methods to change the way we see and experience things. The author proposes to focus on different concepts and principles and leave behind those bad habits, beliefs and energies acquired in the past. It is a way of unlocking a new beginning and a different future. The author based this written work on past experiences but also on biological and psychological theories.
This is a work that calls to reflection. It was certainly a thought-provoking read. It made me think and debate with myself on many aspects of my life, even some which I had never thought about.
The narrative is clear and easy to understand. Apart from being a short read, I read it in a couple of sittings because one page leads you to keep on reading the next one.
Something quite simple that the author mentions, but which I found surprising because I’ve never thought about it before, is the fact that we can use positively or negatively all that we have accumulated in our memory. I think this idea is brilliant because we tend to think that once we learn something it sticks that way and never changes.
I would certainly recommend reading this book; it is a journey of self discovery and reflection.

“The You Beyond You” is a compelling book written by Ramzi Najjar. This inspirational book makes us see things that we take for granted and how things we consume have an effect on our minds and body. Along the chapters, author Najjar helps us to see that we almost always see life through ideals that are imposed on us, for example, advertising, stereotypes and more, and not through the reality that surrounds us. The author provides a step by step guide to help the reader identify and reduce the negative influences and unhealthy habits. The author also helps the reader to have a more positive mindset and take care of ourselves both mentally and physically.

This made for an interesting read that made me reflect internally. Najjar has written an inspirational and invigorating book that will inspire you to want to better yourself. The approach the author takes is sensible and realistic. A perfect read for a New year and a new you! I recommend the You Beyond You to all who want to enjoy a smooth read and a little motivation at the end of the day.

The You Beyond You is a quick read.  The author's outlook is interesting and at the beginning I agreed with some of his points on detoxifying your body and mind to begin your journey.  It does not indicate anywhere that the author is a doctor or a scientist.  He does not cite any proven research findings to support his theories.  Because of this, I take issue with the fact that, in more than one instance, he states that upon becoming imprinted with new (correct) memory, a disease from which you may be suffering will subside.  He further explains that "...even the worst disease can be healed just on willpower."  This is dangerous advice and can serve as reinforcement to not seek medical care for someone who may possibly have an aversion to doing so.

Despite its complexity, "The You Beyond You" forces the reader to take a second look at one's life.
It's as though Ramzi Najjar forces his reader to take a hard look at the shallow and worthless existence we call reality. Najib introduces self-improvement ideas after describing the most common toxic aspects of human life.
Overall, I had mixed thoughts about this book.
Instead of self-help gimmicks, this book gives real techniques and practical guidance on how to overcome ordinary challenges and see the world in a whole new light. I like that it's strong, powerful, and straightforward. You'll learn about a wide range of issues - from physical to mental - in a straightforward manner.
The language is user-friendly and simple to read. Hence all ages can read and benefit from this book.

Based on deep personal observations, as well as biological and psychological research into the blueprint of human behavior, Najjar tackles bravely negative sticky habits and how to break free from them, in order to turn our lives around toward happiness and success. Posing the question, “In a chaotic world, and a life of prevalent restlessness, how can we make sense of the nonsensical,’ Ramzi Najjar’s ‘The YOU Beyond You—the knowledge of the willing’ is a positive, motivational guide to finding a better sense of balance and living one’s ‘best life’ within the confines of a modern society.

Utilizing a linear, cumulative approach, Najjar assesses the problems ailing much of modern society and then offers a systematic approach toward restoring the body and mind. His writing is impassioned, rarely feels ‘preachy,’ and succeeds at taking a myriad of esoteric ideas and translating them into relatable, easy-digested text. While some may question the ‘science’ on display here—Najjar’s observations on atomic structure and genetics often wanders into the realm of conjecture—the author makes a valiant attempt to ‘show his work.’

Setting aside that minor gripe, the philosophical sections of this text are where Najjar’s writing shines brightest. The author’s observations feel both informed and earned, as are his thoughts on the ‘Mind Pollution,’ which essentially boils down to a eloquent variation on ‘you are what you consume.’

Najjar, the recipient of countless accolades and awards, was born and raised in Lebanon during a time of massive political unrest. Drawing upon his own life experience and utilizing research and reflection, Najjar offers an analytical approach to self-betterment for readers from all walks of life. While ‘self-help’ is a notoriously crowded genre, ‘The YOU Beyond You’ is a cut above—time and time again Najjar offers poignant, actionable advice and then backs it up with real-world experience.

Regardless of your takeaway, Ramzi Najjar’s ‘The YOU Beyond You—the knowledge of the willing’ is a thought-provoking read, one that is sure to challenge your preconceived notions, whatever they may be.

The YOU beyond you: The Knowledge of the Willing is geared toward helping individuals improve their quality of life. Ramzi Najjar shares his own experiences in his personal journey toward leading a fulfilled and happy life. Najjar advocates cleansing and purifying the body, mind, and spirit of any negativity and replacing it with positive energy. Najjar goes into detail in how to counteract all of the social media stimuli that people are bombarded with daily. He explains how certain foods can have an adverse effect on one’s brain and body, especially sugar and carbohydrates. He also talks about the mechanisms of how memories are recorded and stored in the body and the reverberating lifelong impact of memories on an individual’s approach to the meaning of their life.

The book covers topics such as how differing but connected memories are imprinted, explanations of the types of memories, scientific data and personal beliefs to reinforce subject matter, body contaminates and how to thwart them, environmental impact on society, hindrances to overcome, and the necessary techniques for people to incorporate into their lives so that they can reach their full potential. The You beyond you is an interesting book to read for anyone who wants to make a difference in their existence and feel more in control of their life. Although Najjar does a good job of sharing the secrets to living a longer and healthier life, better proofreading would improve the readability and quality of the writing.

The You Beyond You is a fantastic self-help book. The author communicates in a clear manner many tools and information about how to better yourself and have a better understanding of yourself. Najjar uses scientific studies to support his topics and he provides the reader with real life experiences to provide the reader with tools for self empowerment.

I really enjoyed reading this book as Najjar used a relatable and engaging tone throughout his book. The author touches upon topics such as how a negative outlook on life can negatively impact you as a person as well as bad eating habits. These are all things that we are aware of but Najjar helps the reader to understand how different your outlook on life could be by changing these negative habits. The author walks the reader through different techniques to reset and change certain unhealthy habits. I highly recommend this book to someone who is looking for a fresh start or to do an internal makeover.

When I first saw this title on Amazon, it immediately caught my attention. The "you" written in capital letters suggests that there is another you inside us that could unfold and approach life from a different perspective.

The YOU beyond is a self-help and spiritual book that serves as a guide to improve our mental and physical health. Its main themes are turning negative beliefs and ideas into positive ones and making sense of the nonsensical is possible and author Ramzi Najjar tells us how to do so.

Ramzi Najjar provides an overview of several topics throughout the book. Topics that range from body pollution, mind pollution and the process of giving rather than receiving. Mind pollution was an interesting topic because you don’t think about how much social media affects how you think about life. Najjar provides the reader with tools to think positively about life rather than how social media influences you. Food and medication are other pollutants that affect the human body. This topic was interesting as well because not only do you need to feel mentally healthy you need to feel physically healthy and the way you eat has a big affect on how you feel.

I highly recommend this feel good read, it has a lot of great information to help you feel healthy and happy.
