It Is All Equally Fragile

Rate this book
It Is All Equally Fragile is a peek into the fragility of our everyday moments. A delve into the hope that can bloom or wither depending on how it is held. A wide tooth comb through the muss of our intimate realities as women, lovers, friends, and mothers.

Some really exquisite poems and language in this one, as well as an absolutely stunning cover. So glad I randomly picked this one up at a small indie bookstore or else I would’ve probably never read this beautiful prose. Definitely recommend!

I'm not used to reading poetry regularly, but that pretty cover caught my eye at Smith & son and after taking a quick look through it, I thought it would be up my alley.
And it was.
These poems spoke to me as a woman, as a mother, as a person having lost dear ones, but also as someone who loves to spot the little beauties of life that can be found here and there. It's beautifully written and eminently relatable. Beauty is fragile, but that makes it more beautiful. And even when we think everything is dark, beauty is waiting for us at the end of the tunnel.
Highly recommended.

Honestly, I didn't care for this at all. The poems did not flow, most felt like a adhd conversation I'd have with a friend.
