DNF, I got like halfway through the second stage but I can’t do the lack of Biblical advice. I still definitely learned a lot about myself

Still learning

Even at my mature age , I still learn about people and myself with people . This book was great to explore the areas in which I was clueless about . It gave me a simple , easy to understand guide to better relate to those around me . A+

Found this book and it’s insights extremely helpful

Really great guide to managing your emotions and tendencies that can hurt relationships. There are new insights here that I’ve never heard of before as well as concepts which are not just reminders but necessary reminders.

Overall this book has good content about avoidant attachment. There are many thought provoking questions throughout. The steps are very detailed.

Audio book on Amazon is read by a robot. It is hard to take seriously and pay attention. Not engaging. The message of the book was lost.
