This review is going to be a short one,because i'm going straight to Final Vendetta after that killer cliffhanger Tempting Devil left me with.
The truth is out there,Imogene now knows who Gideon really is.
She also knows where he’s been the past 5 years,and what happened.
And even if it might’ve been hard to believe,she knows there’s no reason for him to lie about who’s responsible.
In the meantime,Gideon continues with his revenge,even though Imogene brings his heart back to life…..
The cliffhanger in Cruel Saint may have been one i needed answers to,this cliffhanger is so,so much worse…..and i’m bracing myself for what i will find in Final Vendetta…..

This right here is why I’m such a huge fan of T.K. Leigh’s! This book was full of suspense, betrayal, secrets, lies and revenge all the twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat! This is a thrilling ride and once the secrets and lies start to unfold oh boy oh boy it definitely keeps me on my toes! The spice is so satisfying it’s steamy hot the chemistry between these two is amazing you can’t help but feel the sexual tension between them and the emotions. I can’t wait for the final book especially after that ending! What a ride!

Well Sh*t! T.K. And her cliffhangers… you always expect it but somehow it still rocks your world. Book three needs to be here now.
Imogene, she’s been through so much and is finally having what peace she can with Gideon. But to find out your closest friend could be involved in what you’ve been missing the last five years and then all these huge bombs continue to drop one after another. What a tailspin of confusion, add in more trust issues and a strong sense of self preservation…
All this happening while her feelings for Gideon grow stronger and more recognizable, while those feeling also so become much more complicated. Their chemistry continues to be off the charts, and perfect for each other. They are drawn to each other in all the ways that matter. But can Imogene move past everything she’s learned and move on with Gideon, or will they both let the past control their futures. Gideons need for revenge just might end up being his biggest regret.

The freaking suspense had me biting my nails, and I kicked that nasty habit years ago!
Imogene and Gideon are a spicy pair, if only she could finally move on from Samuel.
The questions keep coming, and so do the answers, and I love every single word!
Best enjoyed when read in order, though.

T.K Leigh is known for her cliffhangers and this one is a doozy.
The suspense and secrets are off the charts as this story unfolds and I seriously am wanting to hug Imogene with what she learns, how she kept it together is beyond my comprehension. She is definitely a strong woman.
Can’t wait for the conclusion.

WOW!! What a rollercoaster ride this book was. Of course, Imogene has her suspensions that Gideon is Samuel but she can't quite put her finger on it. As Gideon keeps going after the men who ruined his life, he starts to get small pieces of his old self back with Imogene by his side. The ending is explosive, and I can't wait to see what happens in the conclusion.

The plot thickens and this story is getting better and better as we try to unravel the secrets, the betrayals and the reasons!
This installment couldn’t land fast enough in my kindle. Once it landed, I was so absorbed by this story and Imogene’s predicament everything else faded away.
The lines are blurred between good versus evil! This compelling story was rich with suspense and the chilling lengths people go to get what they want.
Well paced, eerily suspenseful is this a love story of a story about revenge and redemption?

Holy wow! TK had me hooked with this installment! I was even reading while I work which is a big no no. I loved the ups and downs that Gideon and Imogene had to go through in this book; that ending had my swearing really bad! I can't wait for the next installment but I also don't want this series to trilogy to end! This trilogy should be a movie!

I felt completely grabbed by the events unfolding as I turned each page, awaiting nervously and at times, in anticipation of what dramatic turn would happen next.
Most of the time, in a trilogy, when you've loved the first book oh so much, often times the second book comes out to be a bit tamer than the first one in terms of expectations - but that's not the case this time.
I've just fallen all the more for Gideon and Imogene and this book just gave me more to love upon for sure.
As we continue from the previous book, Gideon is clear in his vendetta and his plan for revenge but what he didn't anticipate was how Imogene would be his beaming ray of sunshine but also his only pointer in the moral compass of life.
The way the story twists, keeps you engaged wondering what might happen next especially as Imogene starts suspecting that there might be more to Gideon and he's hiding something.
Oh my... Some of the things that happened, I didn't see coming but was gasping in shock and definitely turning the pages fast to know what happened next.
The crackling and sizzling chemistry between Imogene and Gideon is undeniably fire as these two feel so deeply for each other and are also unable to stay away from each other no matter what the circumstances are.
Some moments though, I didn't know... But had me tearing up too.
I feel this one also will squeeze up enough emotions from you and make you feel oh so much with the various things that are happening on so many different levels.
My heart goes out for Samuel and everything that he had to go through to become Gideon today.
I'm sorry Imogene, but there's no debate that my man, Gideon might be morally grey but he deserves justice for all that happened to him and also to others just because they were his people.
Gideon is quite cleverly playing the game, tossing out his enemies from the gameboard with such well planned play that they have no idea that danger's upon them until it's really too late.
And then comes that twister of an ending out of nowhere... Just when... What the f.....😱😱 What is going to happen next now. 😯😲.... I seriously can't get enough of the 𝗌𝖾𝗑𝗒 chemistry between Gideon and Imogene.
But also What the heck... Ahh... I can't wait to get my hands on the finale, for sure.

I absolutely loved being in his brain to hear how he fought to maintain his cool Billionaire persona but then he'd have moments slip when he was with Imogene. I actually would've liked one of "letting his guard down" scenes to have happened later, but it still works and their fireworks as a couple are intoxicating. The only qualm I had was in book 2 when Imogene seems to see-saw between wanting Gideon vs the old Samuel (she seems to want the dom version of Gideon for s3xy times but also sweet Samuel). I felt bad for Gideon because she wasn't making what she wanted clear and he was already having Identity issue with himself. Guess they both were coming to terms with both his personas.
Nevertheless, angst like this, where she keeps questioning little moments of familiarity to Sam, were what I lived for!
He has a darkness in him along with his capacity to want to be loved but feeling hes changed too much. He is capable of great passion but also violence and that's so compelling and seductive.
I'm obsessed, enraptured, and spellbound by this tale of vengeance and love!

NOW this is hard for me to review BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH !! My heart broke 3 times:
1)I love Henry so much and he just wants to his best friend & brother safe & free from the nightmares
2) Emotional scene with a mirror that reflects Gideon face...no spoilers
3)am a dog mama and it broke me...😭
And yes my emotions are everywhere and even with the unconditional love of Gideon & Imogene my heart broke fir them again in this book...no spoilers
Next the love story. AHHH Imogene bless her and I can feel the heartache. The ghost of Samual she sees in Gideon & she struggling with the past & present. She said it best herself she on a endless seesaw never stopping.
Gideon is struggling that Samel Tate is making his way to the surface. Imogene brings him to the surface more and more BUT he can’t let him stop taking his revenge. At the same time he loves that she brings his humanity back to him which is what he craves. Their love is completely unconditional and I just love that you see that in this story

DO NOT WORRY there is plenty of suspense & action and we get him see take down another monster and learn more about the ungrounded fighting and yes there is a mystery man that behind it all. And he shoots first then ask questions but don't worry Henry is search on the Web for his identity for Samuel/ Gideon. I hope Henry gets a story !!
I agree with the barrister they two meeting is like fate. Fate help Samuel in the past and in the present helping Samuel get to his soul mate again. I just hope Fate will keep helping...no spoilers 🙏

We’re really getting into the meat of this story now, with Imogene discovering some shocking revelations in this installment of the Saint trilogy. Things are heating up between her and Gideon, but this feeling of familiarity she has, of how Gideon reminds her so much of Samuel, is really doing a number on her mental state. Add to that, the twists and turns that happen throughout this book had even my head spinning.
Gideon is on a mission of revenge and vengeance. He’s got a perfectly laid out plan, but Imogene thrown into the mix has him questioning himself. Will the vision of a future with her derail him? Or will he go through with his plan anyway? Is his thirst for revenge stronger than his need for Imogene in his life? I thought I knew the answer but all kinds of curveballs along the way had me glued to the pages to see how everything worked out.
T.K. did a great job of exploring how a “good person can do bad things for the right reasons” as well as “bad people doing good things for the wrong reasons” but I never could characterize Gideon as a bad person. A morally grey person, yeah, but after everything he’s been through over the past five years. I thought he was perfectly justified in all that he was planning and orchestrating throughout the book.
There’s a lot to unpack in this installment, so strap in tight with your wine and chocolate or whatever your go-to essentials are. I wasn’t paying attention to how close to the end I was getting, and in true T.K. fashion, she hits us with a doozy of a cliffhanger! And we’re supposed to calmly wait until January to get the final installment of Gideon and Imogene’s story! I am not going to be okay until I have that in my hands to find out what happens!

This is book two in The Saint Trilogy and it continues Imogene and Gideon’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. This book continues where book one ended with an explosive cliffhanger so remember that these books are not standalone ones and the story will continue. The twists and turns keep coming at a break neck speed along with betrayal, danger, suspense, surprises, secrets, drama, action and situations that will have you on the edge of your seat while turning the pages because not only is it addictive but you will be unable to put this book as the storyline will pull you in and keep your attention throughout wonderfully what will happen next. Imogene is such a strong person with how she deals with everything that is thrown in her path and Gideon is such a protector of her while hiding in the shadows so she doesn’t know but is kept safe from harm but will Gideon still move forward with the revenge that had eaten him up inside for so long or will he eventually give up because he wants that future with Imogene that they always should have had and just when things start to get interesting we get another cliffhanger ending that will have you desperately needing the final book so that you can see not only what happens next but also what the outcome is for them in the end. I can’t wait to real the final book in this amazing trilogy.

The plot definitely thickens in Tempting Devil, and another brutal cliffhanger ending. Yeah, I knew this was only the second book so I was about to be crushed, and yet, it was still very jarring LOL! Imogen is a wonderful girl who has tragedy in her past when the love of her life was killed, and it's taken a lot of time for her to even come close to moving on. She meets Gideon, and the future looks bright for them as she's finally caught feelings for someone else, however, he has a lot of secrets that won't make a ton of friends so I was on the edge of my seat waiting for that other shoe to drop with all the twists coming in hot. Of course it definitely helps that they sizzle right off the pages together, and a big kicker of emotional goodness to pull on the heartstrings. They're perfect for each other that's for sure, but until the past is finally put to rest, things are going to get very bumpy along the way, so you'll have to actually read the book to see what I'm talking about. In case you didn't know, this is the second book in Imogen & Gideon's chapter so you cannot start here as it's not the beginning. I CANNOT WAIT for the concluding chapter and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wow is all I can say. TK is the queen of suspense romance, but she even out did herself with this series. We pick up where we left off in Cruel Saint with Imogene trying to reconcile what she thinks she knows about Gideon and what he is telling her. She thinks she is going crazy after all everyone keeps telling her that there is no was Samuel could have survived. But her heart is telling her something different. When she confronts Gideon will he confess the truth of what really happened all those years ago and will she believe him? Gideon is hell bent on getting revenge on those that have made his life a living hell the last 5 years. His plan is coming together until old feeling start to resurface for Imogene. When his past finally catches up to his present will he come clean about what happened that fateful night or will he continue with the revenge he wants so bad that might just cost him everything? Just when you think that love will conqueror all a twist that you never saw coming hits you makes you wonder if these two will ever be together again. This book deserves more than 5 stars and I can't wait for the conclusion of this epic love story.

This was my second series by T. K. Leigh. I have always loved the subgenre she writes which is romantic suspense. This trilogy consists of Samuel and Imogene's story. I read Imogene's mother Julia and Lachlan 's story which was another romantic suspense trilogy.
Since I read only the first two books so far, the story isn't finished yet. But so far the books continued at a consistent pace. Sometimes there are some predictable turn of events since it's basically a revenge story. And like any other revenge arc, the story continues to build the suspense until something happens to trigger the climax.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the two books in this trilogy so far. I couldn't put them down until these ended. Another pro about Leigh's books is her books are bite sized. It's very easy to get into the suspense and come out of it with closure.
If you like romantic suspense with secret identity and second chance tropes, I highly recommend these books by her. But I also would advise the reader to read Imogene's mother's story first to understand the depth of Imogene's trauma in the past.

This is the second book in the Saint Trilogy. You have to read Cruel Saint first or you are going to be so lost. I for one, couldn't wait to be back with Imogene and Gideon. I don't even know how to review this book and not give something away. This book is such a roller coaster ride. Imogene is going to discover some jaw dropping things in this book. Her feelings for Gideon are complicated at best due to the fact that he reminds her so much of Samuel. This also really messes with her mental health at times. Gideon is out for revenge. Tempting Devil picks up right where things left off in Cruel Saint and this book is full of even more drama, twists and turns. There is such a tangled web in this story and while some things have been unraveled and secrets are revealed, there are many more that haven’t been.
Imogene and Gideon’s relationship is full of ups and downs, but I truly love the chemistry that they have and the connection that they have. Gideon didn’t expect Imogene and Imogene definitely wasn’t expecting Gideon, however, they bring out so much in each other.
THE CLIFFHANGER….UGH. The wait to find out what will happen next with Gideon and Imogene is going to be a tough one, but I can’t wait to see what will happen next.
If you’re looking for a dark, secret filled, romantic suspense check this one out.

I was so immersed in Tempting Devil that I devoured it in 1 day leaving me in shock! T.K. Leigh didn’t miss a beat picking up where book 1 Cruel Saint left off. Tempting Devil ramps up Gideons vengeance against his once business partner and best friend, which will shock you at every twist and turn. And his growing love for Imogene the love of his life, before his business partner left him for dead and stole everything from him.
The combination of love, suspense, betrayal and morally gray areas will have you gasping, your mind spinning and maybe even crying. Will the price of revenge be too much? What a fantastic read but the cliffy is a doozie!
Imogene and Gideon are getting to a place of trust with one another. Imogene’s thought process as she begins to question some happenings is written so beautifully. The poor girl has been through so much and you wonder how much more ahead can take. She is tough, strong and doesn’t back down.
Gideon is living on borrowed time…not going to give any spoilers away, but he knows he has made mistakes and he needs to own up to them. He’s scared, doesn’t feel his worth and does not want to hurt Imogene. At what point does love win over revenge?
I have to mention sweet Ollie…he’s my favorite.
Tracy’s writing is fantastic and keeps you on the edge of your seat while reading her stories. This one has some shocking twists but the cliffy will literally leave her hanging and begging dormant book!

This is book two of a trilogy. If you have read anything from TK Leigh, you know that she likes to leave you teetering on the edge at the end of the book. Yes this book has a cliffhanger., and a good one at that, however there is more of the story to tell.
Buried secrets, webs of deceit, revenge, chemistry and some truths will all be encountered in this book.
Emogene truly displays the depths of her strength and resilience in this book. Overhearing something she's not meant to sends her world spinning. She rebounds by taking comfort in her feelings for Gideon but that too seems only to be temporary.
Gideon is clearly on a mission to right all of the wrongs but could his compulsion for revenge cost him what he wants most?
Great world building, palpable chemistry and more to uncover. I cannot wait to see how this story ends.

Gah! It's the 2nd installment of Gideon and Imogene's story. This is when Imogene finally learns the truth about Gideon and she has to decide if being around him is what's best. It's not an easy choice to make and
In this book we also learn a bit more about Gideon's past and exactly what he went through. We know he's out for revenge, but as the events unfold, he has to decide if continuing with his plan is worth it.
This book is part sexy, part suspenseful and if you've read any of T.K.'s books then the end of this one should not surprise you. She loves herself a cliffhanger! I actually let out a "Oh noooooooooo." when I finished this one. And I can't believe we have to wait until January to get the conclusion!

After reading the second book in this trilogy, I honestly couldn’t say if I like Samuel or Gideon better! Good thing I don’t have to chose!
I loved what both Gideon and Mel said about the world and people being in shades of grey vs black and white! I’m loving this morally grey hero! I’m torn between him finding his revenge or losing a part of his humanity, but in the end I just want him to be happy and fulfilled.
I was honestly disappointed with Imogene towards the end. She seemed to waffle quite a bit on whether she could be with Gideon after learning everything. The morning after she seems to make a choice she does a complete 180!
These cliffhangers are killing me! I really want to know what happens after that crash!!!.

I have been o the edge of my seat!
Imogene is not going crazy or is she? Gideon’s blue eye’s stirred something inside of her. But of course his face was different not her Samuel. It’s been 5 years and the lose still remains.
Liam continues to have feelings for her but she does not. He accepts it but does he really? Liam and Sam were good friends, along with James and Alton.
Liam lost his mother due to Imogene’s sperm donor which is how they were friends. Liam and the others are hiding a secret a big dark secret.
As things start to unravel will Gideon/Sam be able to keep Imogene in the dark? Gideon with the help of Henry are ready to deal justice for Jonah, wrongfully accused of Samuel’s demise. Jonah never able to clear his name thanks to James.
How will Imogene handle the truth? Can she get her Samuel back?

This second book in the trilogy held me captive with its suspense and I couldn't put it down! I devoured it in one sitting and then... THAT CLIFFHANGER! I don't know how I will wait until I can get my hands on book 3!
Gideon and Imogene are meshing quickly and Imogene cannot help but feel sparks of Samuel in Gideon. Gideon is all out for vengeance but the more time he spends with Imogene, the more human he becomes and more Samuel. He never thought he could be that again, for when you go for vengeance, you better dig 2 graves. He was prepared to die but now is beginning to barely hope he might still have a second chance.
The twists revealed led us down a winding road with hiccups and even heartbreak along the way (have your tissues handy.). But just when you think things might be getting straightened out, the end comes with a whopper of a hold-onto- the- edge of a cliffhanger!

Tempting Devil is book 2 of the Saint Series and starts where Cruel Saint ended. There is more of everything. More drama. More back and forth and round and round. More spicy goodness.
Gideon and Imogene are caught up a relationship fraught with secrets, half-truths, and mistrust but enough chemistry to melt the sheets, each other, and the book, too. I don't think either of them were ready for what being with each other means.
I'm not a fan of cliffhangers but this book ends in one. I have come too far to quit so. I really have no choice but to wait for book 3 to see how everything plays out. If you haven't started this series yet I recommend you join me in this dark and delicious series.
