Okay, I devoured this book like I hadn’t eaten in days—and let me tell you, The Devil’s Price gave me everything I crave in a dark mafia romance and then some. Ariana Cooper didn’t just deliver tension, obsession, and fire—she dragged me into the twisted heart of the O’Rourke Empire and made me love every brutal, scorching second of it.

I went in expecting Finn to be dangerous. I mean, the man is a criminal wrapped in designer suits, with a smirk that says he already knows he’s going to ruin you—and you’ll thank him for it. But what I didn’t expect was just how obsessed he’d be. Like, not just "I'll protect you" obsessed. I’m talking burn-the-world-down-for-you obsessed. And I lived for it. He’s dark, possessive, and terrifyingly tender in all the ways that make your heart beat too fast and your moral compass spin.

And the heroine? She was no shrinking violet. I loved her strength, her fire, and the way she fought to maintain control even as the lines between justice and desire blurred. She’s a woman trained to take down men like Finn… but nothing could’ve prepared her for being wanted by someone like him. Their chemistry? Explosive. One moment I was breathless from the tension, the next I was emotionally wrecked by the secrets and sacrifices.

This is the third brother's story. It's Finn's time to shine. He's been the one though out the series to be all work and no play. He's given an order by his chief to find out what's going on with the trial and see if he can work the prosecutor. Siobhan is that prosecutor who thinks Mick has something to do with the death of a relative. The quick fall was one reason it didn't get a five. The way it played out was a will they stay or break up, will someone not survive, etc. Needless to say, Rowan protects family and things work out. It's a fitting end to the series. This is the 3rd story in the Sins of the O'Rourke Empire Series where we have Finn finds himself trying to get information from the opposing attorney, Siobhan who is trying to put away a fellow mafia man who is not guilty of murder. These two have a connection that turns into something more and both know they are crossing into unprofessional territory for Siobhan. As the case is fought in the courtroom Finn does what he can outside to undercover who’s behind the murder and why. Siobhan’s past drives her to ensure those who are guilty serve time but along the way the brewing war affects Siobhan and Finn does what he can to protect her. Having read books from Ariana Cooper before I couldn't wait to read this one.
Siobhan and Finn are from different sides at the start, she is fighting for justice and Finn mafia.
It also takes place mostly in a courtroom, but a with a lot of shooting outside it too.
She's convinced by evidence that Mick O'Rourke is guilty of murder and Finn O'Rourke has a plan to help Mick, who's been set up.
Finn Seduces Siobhan at first to get information about the trial and turns out to he a hot romance instead.
I was hooked from the start and when two mafia families are at war you know you are in for a good read.

Siobhan has landed a murder case that can change her career and her life as well. Finn is determined to change the tides by getting close to Siobhan but neither expected the combustive sparks ignited between them. Finn has become obsessed with Siobhan and when enemies get wind Siobhan finds herself caught in the middle. Will she win her case and lose the love forming between them. This story had me all caught up in the drama and connecting with the characters. It is well written with a great storyline and plots that brings it to life with dynamic characters.

I absolutely loved reading this bookit is definitely one book I didn't want to put down, the story was written well and the characters were amazing. The story was about Finn O'Rourke, and Siobhan, she is a Lawyer and she wants to put the whole family away in prison. Finn try's to tell her that his family has been set up and he will try and proove it and protect her aswell. Now her life is in danger but she is hiding a secret how will Finn takrrgʻ.

Good read

This is another good addition to the book series. Set in Ireland it deals with the criminal underworld of Ireland and focuses on the O’Rourke family.

Mick is on trial for murder, a crime that he’s actually innocent of. He’s committed plenty of crimes previously, probably murders too, just not the one he’s currently accused of.

Finn O’Rourke is tasked with getting close to the prosecutor to try and sway her to their side. It’s something he’s happy to take on Siobhan is a beautiful woman.

There’s attraction on both sides and as things heat up between them he truth of the case starts to be uncovered. As does the risks.

Do you enjoy reading dark mafia romance books with suspense, and secrets? We'll let me tell you that this book has all of that and a whole lot more. I found that Finn and Siobhan are going to take you on a sizzling and intense roller coaster ride that is going to have you sitting on the edge of your seat while turning the pages fast. I can see this mafia book becoming an Amazon #1 best seller very quickly because Ariana has done a FABULOUS job writing this intense storyline.

Courtroom Tension

The battle between Finn Siobhan began in the courtroom as the man she is prosecuting is the same man Finn is trying to prove was framed. Their chemistry was explosive, and the tension sonpalbable that it was bound to combust in an epic way. This story had danger, suspense, and spice that drew me in from the start. What a fantastic read!.

Maybe I had high expectations based on the cover and the description of the plot I don't know. It just felt bland. It was consistently ok and I kept hoping for something to happen to take it to the next level but it didn't.

Don't think I laughed so much at a sex-scene, ever.
I get a feeling that an American, has tried to write a story set in Ireland, but fail to understand that the rest of the world, is not like America....

I have never read a book where the main character get pregnant and you don't find out the babies sex or name!!! This series has drove me mad for this reason and many more!! Editing is really bad, there so man plot holes and things that contradict or just don't make sense!

The story is so shallow. The characters are undeveloped. There’s no plot building. It was hard to read, and I couldn’t wait to finish it.
