Jamie and Jake have been together for 5 years and have fallen into a rut. Jake is bisexual and this has never been a secret, even if he has remained faithful to Jamie during their relationship. When things get really bad between them and they are drifting farther and farther apart, they meet Brett at a party hosted by one of Jake's coworkers. Both Jamie and Jake want the Brit. Can bringing him into their bed save their relationship?

This is a sexy ménage story. However, while I found it to be entertaining, I was distracted often by major editing problems. With a proper edit, this would be a nice start to a series.

Part 1

3.5 Stars

Jake and Jamie are in a long term relationship, but something just seems off between them. Jamie has always known Jake had an attraction to men, but he was content on giving up that side of himself when he fell in love with Jamie. When they meet the sexy Brit, Brett, through a mutual friend, sparks fly. Could this be the answer they've needed to help repair their crumbling relationship?

I really enjoyed this quick read. It's sexy and to the point. The balance between the three was written well. Excited to see where this one goes.

Part 2

2.5 Stars

Jamie and Jake had an incredible night with Brett. They thought all over their problems were going to be solved with the addition with Brett to their relationship. Brett has been in this position before and it's sure this is something he wants to make permanent. Jake and Jamie try to woo Brett back into their lives ultimately their bed.

I was a little disappointed in this one. I like Brett's dominate side but it just seemed off. It was a bit rushed but I still am invested in the characters and need to see what happens.

Wow, this is panty-meltingly hot!

Though short, and unfinished, it is hard (pun intended) to find fault with this ultra sexy start to the story of Jamie, Jake and Brett. Possibly the overuse of the word 'Love' as an endearment, which seemingly Brett, as a Brit can't help... Otherwise it is delicious - enjoy! Now to go and find the next books in the series.

I have definitely added Ms Mattison to my 'Authors of all things hot' list!

This story hooked me in quickly with some intense boy-on-girl-on-boy action. Fun start to the story and looking forward to follow up story (part 2) as you have successfully left me "hanging". If you would like to read something more interesting, and less repetitive, than 50 Shades of Grey - then this will keep you entertained. (this review was originally published by me on Amazon)

This story takes you on a journey with a couple who have been together for years but they are growing apart. How do you save a relationship when neither one wants to acknowledge that something is wrong and if it isn't fixed soon, they won't have each other anymore.
Jamie and Jake have been together almost five years and living together for two. Things were great between them but for the past six months something has been off between them. Jamie knew something was wrong when she bought a very sexy outfit for a party her and Jake were invited too and when Jake seen her, he said that looks nice and we are late, lets get going. Jamie didn't want to let Jake go, she loved him to much for that. Maybe she will think of something at the party while talking to her best friend Angie.
At the party Jamie and Jake see a British guy named Brett and both of them realize how sexy he is and how he holds himself to a higher standard. Sam, the one having the party introduced them and Jamie had an idea. Maybe if she asked Jake if he would consider inviting the Brett into their bedroom, would he like the idea? Jamie could see that Jake lusted after Brett like she did..It was worth a try right?
This was just the first part of this story, I can't wait to read the next part of this story. Grab a copy and get to know all three characters. Jamie and Jake and of course Brett who is a Britt! This book has some great sex but can all three characters agree to this situation? Grab a copy and find out!!! You won't be disappointed!

Early this morning, in the midst of the first storm of the season, I read "We need him" by Sage L. Mattison. The synopsis intrigued me, as I am all too familiar with the tensitity of a relationship that is almost falling apart. Not familiar however with the concept of a "menage a trois", I was curious to see how the entrance of a third person into a relationship would work out - and how "hot" that would be. I read it in one stretch, as the story captivated me and the book has a natural flow to it. "We need him" is much more than an erotic novel. Yes it delivers delicious content (no need to turn the heater on whilst reading it), but it also gives an insight into the mental state of lovers (almost) falling apart. Love, lust, desperation, attempts to reconnect - it is all in there. The male-male-female triangle is not touched upon a lot either in novels or movies, but it certainly gave me plenty food for thought. Thus am eagerly awaiting the release of part 2 in November! I received this book from the author for an honest review via Goodreads.

Jake and Jamie's relationship is slowing falling apart after five years. They love each other it's just something is missing. See the problem is that Jake likes both men and women but since he's been in a relationship with Jamie he hasn't been with a guy. Now that things are not going so good Jamie starts to wonder if this is the reason. So she starts thinking of plan when the answer fall into their laps one night a their friends party. The answer is a guy named Brett. Brett is attracted to both of the and they are attracted to him. So Jake and Jamie talk about it and decides to invite Brett back to their place. By the end of the night everyone will get what they want. But will it only be for one night or could it be more?

I really liked this book. I could not put it down. The whole storyline is very believable and the problem for the couple is also very real. I can't wait to read the rest of this series. I highly recommend this book to others.

I began reading unsure of how this story would grip me; by the second chapter I found myself pulled into Jamie and Jake's world. The words flowed so smoothly I barely noticed my eyes jump from line to line - Seriously it was like eating an excellent piece of pie, You don't realize how fast you scoff it down and next you find it's in your stomach. I began reading in the afternoon and before I noticed the sun had gone down and I forgot about the negative degree temperatures tapping on the window ;). I do not usually read this sort of story, but found myself definitely intrigued and looking forward to grabbing We Need Him Part 2.

So hot!

This was so good but I need more!! You can't leave it at that. These three are so hot together and there was very little doubt on Jake and Jamie's side. Brett needs to talk to them.
Reading it again and it still is so good.❤️
