Over two decades in the making, The Book of Good Practices is is the most comprehensive collection of techniques for changing the content and focus of conscious now available. Of course, it's not that surprising that I'd say something like that since I'm a co-author. Still, this book provides more exercises and techniques to develop core human skills than any other book of which I'm aware. If it didn't, we'd have added more material!

The Book of Good Practices combines information from the most up-to-date neurological and brain-imaging studies with the techniques and materials of self-development traditions from around the world, both ancient and modern. Each section is presented with the intention of giving readers the most actionable material with as little use of jargon and anecdotal padding as possible.
