Where The Moss Grows

Rate this book
Where the Moss Grows is a collection of poems and reflections for the quiet-hearted, the ones who have carried more than they’ve ever spoken, and the ones who have learned that silence can be its own language.
I didn’t write this book to impress anyone. I wrote it because there are feelings that don’t fit into conversations, truths that only reveal themselves when no one is asking. This is my way of placing them somewhere safe and if you’re holding this book, maybe it can be safe for you too.
Within these pages, you’ll find love that stays unannounced, grief that lingers in familiar corners, and moments of becoming that arrive slowly but change everything. You’ll meet the boy I used to be the one who felt too much and stayed anyway and you’ll walk with the person I am now, softened but still here.
This book will not tell you to move on or let go. It will sit with you, the way moss grows over quietly, persistently, without asking permission. It’s for the hearts that walk alone but never empty, for the walls we didn’t break but learned to grow over, for the people who stayed even in silence.
Where the Moss Grows is divided into six

The Place That Raised Me – memories, roots, and the places that shaped us.The Love That Stays Quiet – unspoken connections that never lose their presence.Carried in Silence – the weight we hold when words are not enough.Becoming – the journey toward self-understanding and self-worth.Where Pain Stayed Human – grief and hurt that still hold softness. After the Silence – the peace that follows survival, not as an ending, but as an arrival. This is for the ones who never stopped feeling, even when it was easier to turn cold.
For those who waited without knowing if anything would come.
For those who have been told they are “too much” and for those who have been told nothing at all.
When you close this book, I hope you feel less alone. I hope you remember that even in your quietest seasons, you were always seen. And I hope, somewhere in these lines, you find the kind of home that doesn’t need walls or doors just a page, and a heart willing to meet yours.

Where the Moss Grows is a deeply moving collection of poems and reflections that resonates with anyone who has carried unspoken feelings and silent experiences. The author’s words capture the quiet beauty of resilience, love that lingers unseen, and the subtle growth that occurs in life’s still moments.
Each section of the book from memories of formative places to unspoken love, grief, and personal transformation feels like a gentle conversation with the self. I found myself revisiting lines that lingered in my mind long after reading, a testament to the poet’s sensitivity and depth.
This is not a book that tells you to move on or offers easy answers; instead, it holds space for emotions, validating experiences that often go unnoticed. The imagery is delicate yet powerful, and the pacing allows you to feel each poem fully.
For anyone who has ever felt “too much” or too quiet, Where the Moss Grows is a comforting companion. It’s a reminder that growth, like moss over stone, happens quietly, persistently, and beautifully.
Highly recommended for readers who appreciate poetry that touches the heart and nurtures reflection.

Spoke from the heart
The time is so soft and persistent that beautifully captures emotions us all feel but rarely articulate
