I received this book free in exchange for an honest review.
This is a very short book containing a collection of personal stories by various people dealing with the paranormal. Because it appears that each story is written by different individuals in their own words, this gives an added authenticity to what they are saying which makes it seem more credible and somewhat unsettling. In fact, I have to admit, that while reading it, I began hearing creaky floorboards and the like. And I live in a concrete and steel condo!
Many of the stories are small incidents and are memories from childhood days. Others involve particular houses that have a long history of being haunted, which spurred my interest to investigate them further on the internet. Overall, it was an interesting read. More stories and perhaps better editing would have helped.
