Very good book I am going to build a storage room so I can expand it much easier then a root cellar and it is warmer in the winter and easier to plumb and wire and live in it if neededdnt

and I plan to build onto back of my garage l helped my dad and grampa build a fall out shelter during the cold war and I slept in it many times very comfortable besides unless you have a machine to dig that much dirt you will need lots of help
