This is one of the very few books I will ever part with. I go through it a few times a year during baseball season. The book itself is pretty cool in that it basically gives you a rundown of the entire season of 1998, the year the Padres went to the World Series. Everything you want to know about this season and the team itself is in here. From the highs to the very few lows, it's a great fun book. Lots of color pictures to tell the story of one amazing, magical season.

I had to bust this book out again today, due to a war of words with Kristi "The Biggest Padres Fan Of All Time" McCarty. Really? Of All Time? Sorry, but you can't call yourself that when you don't even have this book. Nice try though.

FYI, the best part of this book is the Chapter dedicated to the Greatest Padre fan of all time: Me. It's an awesome chapter and really takes the book to soaring heights.

Pick up the book if your a fan of the Padres or just a fan of Baseball in general.
