A wonderful aid toward organizing your life and putting God first

Are you at a point in your life where you feel burdened and overwhelmed, not sure how to navigate life's course? With the many pressures and daily "to do's" on our schedule at times we all need a wonderful "GPS" to find our way toward clarity. In this book Prioritize Your Life and Get All Your Ducks in a Row, by Jennifer Waddle, she has used Biblical principles, the propensity of ducks, and areas where we can prioritize our lives to rid ourselves of stress. These areas will include our personal lives, family, marriage, finances, and cleaning helps.

As a duck by imprint will follow the first thing it sees upon birth, Waddle States so to do we as women of God need to follow Christ placing him first in our lives. With each chapter dedicated to a different area in our lives there will be scriptures to solidify points of discussion along with some excellent links to download. She candidly shares the following from her heart regarding this book: "This book is not about living a perfect life. Nor is it a fool-proof way to keep it all together. However, it is an instructional guide that will always point you back to the One who does have it all together. To the One who is perfect. "

Some of the things that will be discussed include the following:
– Strategies to connect with your children
– Ways to balance friendships with home and personal life
– Tips on budgeting and purchasing with excellent links to guide you
– House cleaning tips and links
She has also carefully designed a guide that will help woman find her strengths entitled "Your Amazing Life". It is a free resource when you signed up on her email link she provides.

I encourage you to explore this book as it is a step in a positive direction towards gaining greater peace, clarity, and purpose. I also encourage you to check out some of her other books.

This is a powerful little book and a good one for busy wives and moms. Ducks imprint for their own well being and Waddle wants us to imprint too - on God. We received the call to follow God when we first saw Jesus as Savior. She helps women see how we can follow God in our marriage, in parenting, relating to those outside the home, caring for self, in work, finances, and keeping our home. There are questions at the end of each chapter for personal reflection or group use. I really like the way Waddle always brings it back to God and following Him. We will never be perfect at this but we do look to the One Who is.
