Orphaned twins Willow and Ivy, have been dreaming of a happier life for as long as the can remember. After Willow comes across her biological parent's picture in an internet search, Willow and Ivy plan to runaway, but never make it past the bus stop. Sucked into a magical realm, Willow and Ivy are plunged headfirst into an adventure taking their lives on a different path. The only way back home is through a magical portal which opens with a magical elixir. But three elusive ingredients are need to brew the elixir. Together, as they desperately search for the ingredients, they face a man eating-worm, living skeletons, and strange forests while balancing, first loves, tough choices, and a ridiculous number of frogs. With the help of a wizard for a guide, their childhood friend Theo, and a warlock of dubious intentions, will they be able to find their way back? Or is staying in this new world a better choice after all?
